Reserved a truck 2 WEEKS BEFORE MOVNG DAY! And THE DAY BEFORE I received 5, yes FIVE TEXTS listing DIFFERENT PICK UP LOCATIONS, TIMES AND TRUCK SIZES. I spoke with 2 MANAGERS personally to "confirm" proper equipment and pick up and that was bullshit as the MORNING OF PICKUP 6 MINUTES BEFORE OUR PICKUP TIME RECEIVED 3 MORE MESSAGES WITH MORE LOCATIONS AND FOUND OUT THE LOCATION WE WERE AT DID NOT HAVE THE DAMN TRUCK! I WILL NEVWR RENT UHAUL EVER AGAIN!!

Angel pointed out that the gas syphon cap was missing and should have been installed prior to turning over the truck to me when I picked it up. He pointed out where the gasoline had been sloshing out of the gas tank. Good thing that I only half filled the gas tank. I was not offered compensation for the extra 1/4 gallon of the tank that I provided upon return which came out to $50.

Who ever Joe is (call center maybe) wanted to charge me a xtra day just because I asked for a xtra hour. I rented a unit for 8 hours thinking that's all the time I needed. It would of been same price for all day, but know these greedy people thought they could gouge me. On top of that, they forgot to give me my appliance dolly. Also I had a appointment, but that didn't matter, they didn't honor the appointment.

Before my reservation was transferred to this location the first location called and asked if the truck is available and the answer was yes , so i drove there already 45 minutes late and they told me that the truck is out of gas , 10 minutes later they said all gas containers are empty , after long talk the gave me empty 5 gallon gas container , made me drive my own car to gas station to refill it on my responsibility and then empty the container in the truck ,drive it to gas station and go to my house at 1.00 pm instead of 11.45 am

I had reserved on a 26' truck at the Redlands location on 11-12-19. Yesterday a received a call telling me that a truck is NOT available at Redlands and I have to go to San Bernardino. That was not acceptable. Way out of my way to where is was going. Last time I reserved a 26' truck at Redlands, when I got there I was told that there wasn't one available and I would have to accept a 20'. We volunteer to pick up wheelchairs and this made us to make two trips and double our mileage. Our organization, "Wheels for the World" rents a 26' truck, at the Redlands location, every week. Please try to do better. I would like a response.

I had one problem… I called to reserve a truck. They took my Credit card information, They said to reserve the truck. So when I got there (To pick up truck), They got my information again And I ended up getting charged twice … when a person gets charged by phone. You might want to let them know, when the person get there. It’s been paid Or deducted from the card

U-Haul needs to get their employees more help. The two employees there were trying their best to help customers, but customers kept coming, and unfortunately some customers are impatient and rude despite the employees’ efforts. U-Haul needs to stream line the rental process and have help when picking up and dropping off vehicles.

We booked online and when we arrived they wanted an alternate number. I don’t have any alternate number except my business number which is on my other SIM card in the same phone because my phone supports dual sim. So I was denied my rental because my phone rang for both numbers on the same phone by ANGEL NAVARRO.
