I reserved a truck through your online no contact system I got to the place that he told me to go to he told me online to go to a different place which was a Taylor Store I got there there was no keys available for any trucks until someone showed up at the store the store opened at 9 o'clock no one showed up to open the doors until 945 I had movers at my house by 9 o'clock waiting for me to show with the truckMICHAEL WAYNE B.

I ordered a u-haul truck from the app on my phone and went to pick it up at 5 because that's what I had scheduled on the app. First of all, when I went to get the key, I waited inside the store for about 15-20 minutes and there was absolutely nobody else in there. Apparently there were a lot of workers in the back though, because someone finally came inside and yelled â€œhey you got someone hereâ€ and a bunch of workers came out laughing, as if me standing there waiting for 20 minutes while they were probably goofing off in the back was funny. Once there was finally an employee to help me, I showed her the key number on my app and she said she had just given that key to someone else. She had to go on the computer and make a whole bunch of changes so I could get a different truck. Just a super difficult and unprofessional experience if you ask me.Kaylee B.

Told me I could use the after hours drop off spot so I could drop trailer on my way to work the next day. Then chatted me $20 after hours fee. Did not return my call. So I emailed u haul directly. During my personal experience with u haul for our move. The truck which was rented to me didn't have any heat at all. Passenger side seat beat also didn't work. I was under the impression a dolly of some sort was be available on the truck but it wasn't. The service given by the office was great Everyone there was friendly, kind and respectful. The inside of the truck was dirty and the the part where you sit was dirty with crumbs all over. There was no cleaning done and I had to do itJordan L.
My 26 ft truck was so filthy it I could barely see out the windshield, it had previous damages and when asked about notating the damage, they said just do it on my phone yet my battery was dead and could not get any help, they just stood around and never offered to physically inspect the truck, awful service with an I could care less attitude towards the customers! When the front desk clerk asked one of the shop hands to assist with getting the truck, they just walked away and the clerk had to go retrieve it. The clerk just pulled up the truck and walked away never knowing what else they needed from me, this place is run by lazy unprofessional people that clearly hate their job!Frank M.

I had dropped off my U-Haul equipment after hours at this location two days earlier than expected, they charged me $20 drop off fee, which is not right,if anything I should get a discount for dropping the damn things earlier than expected, would never recommend this or any U-Haul place that charges a damn drop off fee, total bsJeffrey L.

First, I left assured all lights worked even though the running lights did not. The person hooking them up said he had to play with the connection and I sat in my vehicle said they worked. Leaving at night I got on the freeway was pulled over and TICKETED!!!! For no running lights!!!! Next, the person who checked me in ( Nicki) was about as aloof and rude as could possibly be. This is my second encounter with her and my wife has had one as we rent often from this location as it is convenient. I did not say anything to my wife but mentioned this time and my wife said she made her feel like she worked for her not the other way aroundâ€" in fact my wife will not go in their when this person is there. We thought long and hard doing this but enough is enough!!!! Never again from this location and will not ever recommend this location even if it is a big store. I am fairly sure we are not the only complaints on this person as I told the person disconnecting the trailer we were writing a complaint about the rudeness of the person inside and he rolled his eyes and said he knew who we were talking about.JAMES MICHAEL C.

I have been renting a storage unit at various times from Uhaul for 5 years straight.derwin t. | First Impressions
Lady on the counter was very professional and made the transaction goes smooth. I have been in different uhaul locations such as the one in michigan avenue and middle-belt i had to wait forever to pick my truck. I really recommend this location because she did everything to make me grab my truck within 5 minutes! Just keep it up your hard, and your dedication will drive more business for this location!! Find a way to immobilized the dollies! We rented a 10-foot truck. We traveled 40 miles plus with an empty truck to and from the moving locations. The two furniture dollies and the utility dolly moved around and banged against the walls of the truck and sounded like shot guns! They do a great job in keeping the storage area clean. During several days, I kept running into the cleaning person who was busily mopping the floors. When I first moved items into the storage units, they were both very clean. Vicky Elkins is a terrible manager that does not communicate effectively and lies about communication with clients. Leaving solely due to the fact that Vicky poorly manages this facility. Nobody even answers there phone when I call. My locker was spotless, and I'm hoping Vicky doesn't claim otherwise because she has a vendetta.
