First, I left assured all lights worked even though the running lights did not. The person hooking them up said he had to play with the connection and I sat in my vehicle said they worked. Leaving at night I got on the freeway was pulled over and TICKETED!!!! For no running lights!!!! Next, the person who checked me in ( Nicki) was about as aloof and rude as could possibly be. This is my second encounter with her and my wife has had one as we rent often from this location as it is convenient. I did not say anything to my wife but mentioned this time and my wife said she made her feel like she worked for her not the other way aroundâ€" in fact my wife will not go in their when this person is there. We thought long and hard doing this but enough is enough!!!! Never again from this location and will not ever recommend this location even if it is a big store. I am fairly sure we are not the only complaints on this person as I told the person disconnecting the trailer we were writing a complaint about the rudeness of the person inside and he rolled his eyes and said he knew who we were talking about.JAMES MICHAEL C.

I have been renting a storage unit at various times from Uhaul for 5 years straight.derwin t. | First Impressions
Lady on the counter was very professional and made the transaction goes smooth. I have been in different uhaul locations such as the one in michigan avenue and middle-belt i had to wait forever to pick my truck. I really recommend this location because she did everything to make me grab my truck within 5 minutes! Just keep it up your hard, and your dedication will drive more business for this location!! Find a way to immobilized the dollies! We rented a 10-foot truck. We traveled 40 miles plus with an empty truck to and from the moving locations. The two furniture dollies and the utility dolly moved around and banged against the walls of the truck and sounded like shot guns! I would use a covered car hauler if available. You could retrofit a snap in canopy frame for the current open trailers. I have a Cobra Roadster, no top so enclosed is necessary.DOUGLAS ARTHUR T.

They do a great job in keeping the storage area clean. During several days, I kept running into the cleaning person who was busily mopping the floors. When I first moved items into the storage units, they were both very clean. Got there half hr early to rent a 15" truck. Instead of waiting he gave me a 17". Much appreciated but the exterior windows and truck was dirty. If i would have took the time to download your app and reserve a truck myself on Sunday it would have only been a mile or two to pick up. instead of 8 miles one way.MICHAEL V.

Don't make customers drive to other locations after being instructed, only to learn no trailer there as well, was told by employees of other location, they should not have sent me there. Vicky Elkins is a terrible manager that does not communicate effectively and lies about communication with clients. Leaving solely due to the fact that Vicky poorly manages this facility. Nobody even answers there phone when I call. My locker was spotless, and I'm hoping Vicky doesn't claim otherwise because she has a vendetta. Cargo area should have been swept and clean prior to my use, scissor jack was not in the Cradle kept getting in the way. Needs larger mirrors convex mirrors are awful very hard to see anything around the van. And was never told about a $20 fee for returning the vehicle when nobody was there even though I stated it three different times. I did have one issue when an unknown light / icon came on and I pulled over to call instead of going back to the facility due to mileage â€œNO ANSWERâ€ I wait 9 minutes on hold so at that point I proceeded to my destination the light / icon stated on the whole time the interior lights on the dash was very dull also a better explanation of the vehicle would have been niceGAYLE MARIE T.

After trying for 20 minutes I had to give up on checking in the equipment when I returned it after hours. Now I'm being charged a convenience fee. I have the photo of the odometer on my phone but it wouldn't let me upload it. This needs to be improved so others won't have this problem.ANDREW H.

Fill the trucks up to the fill mark . I got my truck it was at 1/4 tank of fuel I its kind of bad to have to start your trip spending 100 to fill the tank before you even load it .... then I get billed if it's under the correct level but . .... Terrible way to do things, said I was missing 7 GALLONS of gas when I filled up the night before to make sure it was correct. $40 dollars completely wasted all they did was argue and say their end was correct when we explained and told them exactly where the gas was at when I received the truck. Will never ever ever ever go back to this location and will most likely never use uhaul ever again aswell.Robert R.
