Natashia Govan charged us $12.00 for fuel when we had fuel the truck to the same level that was at departure. Also, the attendant DID NOT go outside with me to inspect the vehicle when we returned and we had rent uhaul many times before and other locations always inspect the vehicle when we return. If there were any discrepancies, it could had been addressed there before doing an wrongful charge.

When I went to pick up the truck at the loactaion I rented from they didn't have the truck. Therefore I was forced to choose a Diderot lo again further from where I was moving that required the same location for drop off. This resulted in 59 extra miles being driven which in turn I had to pay for. That is not right at all. Also I reserved a dolly. That wasn't available. This is a moving truck how could a dolly nut be available. Overall I am very disappointed
Michelle J.The Corporation should update the rental software so that a customer can only rent a uhaul vehicle when it is actually at the facility and available. Previous customer was not actually planning on returning it at the time they said they would and only did so when the office staff called them. I had to wait 1 hour past my reservation time to get the uhaul I needed. Staff said that happens all the time. It is not fair to make a customer wait for their reserved vehicle. I should have received a discount for having to wait so long, but did not.

I booked my U-Haul rental 5 days in advance to avoid any stress or uncertainty for my rental. I arrive to my location and do the mobile pick up option (which i always do). I get to the point where I need to pick up my keys and the front desk tells me there's no U-Haul for me. There was nothing they could offer me at all. I called all the U-Hauls in my area and no one had anything. Again, I'm a small business florist and there was no way i would be able to transport my large items without a uhual. I was about to make a happy - almost - married couple very upset thanks to uhual. How could i make a reservation but in reality there is no uhual for me to pick up? I have never experienced so much anxiety in my life. I deserve my Money back.

Amit S.When I first rented the Unit, the fron gate had been broken and left permanently open for several days, and for at least a few weeks after my first visit. Upon starting my contract, I was told that I couldn't either apply my Military discount or my own insurance because it was "too late" because she had already started the application. I would have to wait until the following month and contact customer service and ask them for assistance. About 3 months into the rental, the climate control in the unit broke and the temperature raised up to 95+ degrees. The staff on location did nothing to explain or address the issue or to offer any compensation for the lack of AC and potential damage to personal property. When I called the main customer service number to address the issue, no one offered help and was directed to the location. Calls to the location were never answered and a message from Rep the main number was never returned. All in all, this facility is crap and would never rent anything from there again.

Kirk S.Worst Service I ever had in my life. When I Arrived at the location apparently the systems were down which is no big deal things happen but the She pure lack of professionalism was appalling. There was a woman and a man at the desk. The woman contacted another location to ask if their system was also down which they confirmed that it was and apparently informed them to take all of the customers information down with a pen and paper. The guy who was handling a customer be very clear that would be the only customer that he would do this for since he is not going to sit there and do all of that work for all of these people. The woman and man employee sat there in front of multiple customers and complained about the job. I went on to ask since the payment system wasn't working if I did everything online if that would be sufficient which she replied that it would be. I completed everything online and all that I needed to do was show her the phone with the truck number so she could give me the key. Keep in mind that we have all been waiting in the office for about 30 to 40 minutes at this point. I tell her that I have the truck number I just need the key and she tells me to hold on in both of the employees leave the office unattended for over 25 minutes. So not only was the office left unattended with access to computers to the keys to merchandise etc. but she also made me wait an additional 25 minutes went all she had to do was give me a key. It's add insult to injury I was there with three kids one of which was a newborn baby. This was the most unprofessional company I have ever been at. He needs a hired new staff and have trained management on site.
PATRICIA M.Firstly the truck had an air pressure error that I was told was due to a "faulty sensor". The gas indication on the paperwork was exaggerated and once I showed pictures to the clerk she corrected it on the paperwork to reflect the correct gas amount. I returned the truck with slightly more gas than I had received it with (have pictures of this as well). Received a receipt with a charge for 2 gallons of gas! Currently on hold for 51 minutes and counting, waiting to speak with customer service to make the correction. Really unethical behavior and I will make sure to share this extremely negative and unethical experience on every platform available to me. Really glad I took pictures of everything!

Rainy was next to him and super friendly as well. on Monday I went to pick up the cart reserved and Nicholas was fantastic. He explained everything in detail and helped me hook up the cart to my vehicle. In general, you have a courteous staff and are very professional. This also includes a nice African American lady working next to Nicholas. Veronica was her name? Can't recall. Sorry.

We spoke to a representative in person who guaranteed access on Sunday. When we called to see about unloading into our unit on Sunday morning they said it was still not available. This inconvenience was never communicated with me and caused serious problems as we had people lined up to help with the move on Saturday. We had to park the trailer overnight Saturday and when we tried to access our paid unit on Sunday it was still "not available". We requested a refund and the representative advised up to 10 business days to process which I feel is unacceptable. We were so upset that we found another company to do business with for a more reasonable rate. We were very unsatisfied with our experience with the location at 4747 N Nob Hill. Side note the representative did allow us to use one of the Utility Dolly's for the 2 days free of charge and for that we were thankful.

I have plans to utilize the unit into August. That's a long time to keep things in this unit.
