The only issue is that the rear door was very hard to lift. Maybe rollers needed to lubed. Overall good experience

Roger W.Get a new management team I believe new training is necessary for all. I decided to give them one more chance after a very bad experience with the Van Rental and because they were literally close by I rented an appliance dolly got it home loaded up fridge and out that there were no buckle on the strap. He ask why didn't I bring it back first of gas is to high. The question is why didn't he inspect the equipment before he rented the equipment it appears to be a systemic problem at that location.

ROBERT LEE T.I'm sure you heard this many times, but please just start out every truck with a full tank. It's very difficult to judge how much gas you need when you have to read your chart. If people don't want to fill it up, just charge them a premium to fill it up.

Asia B.Order was placed 24 hrs in advance. Upon arrival the vehicle was never cleaned. It appeared in months (photos are available) along with stringent odor. The guy attempted to provide another vehicle with animal hairs and brown fluid spilled throughout the interior. The guy then attempted to clean the 1st vehicle by spraying Lysol, never wiping down the vehicle interior. Approximately 1 hr or more was lost waiting for a clean vehicle (email verification can be provided). The mileage was probably not accurate from Hamlin Hall to that Location seemed a little off. My fault for not checking.... Seeing that's the only location we have no other choice but to choose this location. However, you guys gotta do better!
Debra F.It took over 45 minutes to checkout and the worker was painfully slow and couldn't answer any questions. We also got the truck and it needed fuel ASAP. It had 16 miles until empty. We were given a fuel credit, but it was very ridiculous having to fill up immediately.

JOSE A R.I thought that I had been billed a day or 2 after the rental, but received a notice that they didn't take the money out and am not able to pay the remaining bill until Friday the 22nd. And I have intentions to get another truck for the this weekend to get the last of my belongings but can't wait a week after the rental to be billed for it, I'm moving and spending money in renovations to the new home so if the process was done faster I think it would be more beneficial. I also put more gas then when I picked it up and don't see a reimbursement in the bill for that with the price of gas these days. Other than that the truck was great and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful getting everything taken care of.
Zach W.I had coverage on the uhaul and when I called in after the truck got stuck in mud they told me it would be a $325 dollar fee. We were stuck for 9 hours looking around for a tow truck that would be cheaper after the 9 hours we decided to just take the hit. By waiting that long I became ineligible if turning my truck back in same day which caused me to lose out on even more money. When I turned the truck in nothing happened. A lot of miscommunication.

I would say that my overall experience was "below average" if not for the smiles that the staff showed me.
