I realize that it would require more effort on the employees part, perhaps they could clean the snow and ice off the front window, ( I rented a 15' truck ) or provide a scrapper of some type. I did not have anything so I was forced to use my sleeve and hand to get it off.

I visited this location on two occasions. When I went in the first time, I was informed that I had to come back in a few hours to get my truck and shipping container. They had not arrived on time. When I went back the second time, I had to wait at least 15 or 20 minutes to get assistance. Also, my truck was still not ready when I arrived. I realized at some point that someone did not show up for work that day. I think the service I received was fine, considering there was only one person working each time I went in. However, it was not excellent customer service. Also, I never looked in the shipping container when I picked it up. I thought I was supposed to have 6 furniture pads, but I only was given 3.

If someone calls because they're needing a moving vehicle, maybe the person over the phone should also admit that they keep a certain amount of trucks for online reservations. We are lucky we figured it out since we absolutely needed one for this weekend.

The truck that I had reserved and drove 3.5 hours to pick up was not there. I did not receive a phone call or any other type of notice that the truck was not available now. When asked about another truck I was told only a bigger truck (26foot) was and I had to pay the price for that truck extra $40.00. I told the kid at the counter that's not right and explained that I had a reservation and now you want to charge me more.

The employees should arrive to work on time. The employee unlocked the door at 7:20am. The business opens at 7am according to the business hours online. The employee unlocked the door, did not acknowledge the 3 customers waiting, and walked away. The employee seemed irritated to be there. The employee asked me when I made the reservation as he could not find it. He found it and told me that he did not have all the equipment requested. Why didn't someone call me to let me know that I could not get a dolly?

The guy at the counter looked like he'd been asleep his entire shift. He directed us to the wrong truck so we just stuck keys in the door til it unlocked. After finding out truck and driving off the lot it sounding like it was going to explode. I returned the truck and forgot to check the location in on the app so I called and told uhaul I'd returned it. (I rented for 24 hours only used 3 hours) this was Sunday. On Tuesday (today)8 receive a call from uhaul asking if id ever returned the truck. I used less miles than reported so I should've already been refunded the difference but the employee failed to do his job. Very unprofessional I don't recommend

The uhaul should not have been on the road. The shifter to the transmission was all wrong, not in tight position. The manifold gasket was leaking. Very dirty. Uhaul was given with less than 1/4 tank of gas. We had uhaul back by 1:30 proof in pictures and they showed it checked in at 4:15 so charged another day.

apparently somebody didnt get the oil cap on right or not all we discovered oil all over the hood . we call for help to fix the problem so we end up setting at rest area for 2 hours. The truck air conditioning did not work and it was hot and loud because we had to ride with the windows down going to Florida

very low tire pressure (avg. around 30 psi) in 60 psi tires. place needs more workers. no one answers the phone. I showed up first thing in the morning, on time, and my equipment was "buried behind other equipment". place is a joke really as far as an operating business goes

Very disappointed in this recent uhaul experience. The vehicle had been smoked in by previous driver. It smelled really bad. Ashes were laying on the seat and throughout the cab. There was food left in the vehicle that I had to dispose of. Uhaul has to do better in maintaining these vehicles. Honestly, I should get a refund or a credit due to this situation.

The truck would rev up to 4 almost 5 rpm's just by barely touching the brake pedal. Then you would have to just wait for it to go down before you could hit the gas or brake. Some hills I would only be able to go 40, some I could go 65. It would rev up to 4 rpm's just out of the blue. My daughter was following us and thought I was being stupid. The truck had a mind of its own.

Customer service was awful. The Sunday staff need to be taught how to interact with customers. No one ask if we had been helped. The guy at the counter said maybe 3 word during the entire transaction. Had to ask about the free lock that was advertised online. I was charged for all the mileage, when the add on line said first 30 miles where included in fees any miles after the first 30 were .69 per mile. What's up with that, Uhaul?

I wasn't sure how much gas would use so I filled gas tank before starting trip. It was 1/4 tank start of gas at pickup location. I put in $100.00 of gas and ended up using little of it on trip back and forth. I think it would have been fairer for client if tank were full and then after using would return with full tank. Not sure would actually use this facility in future moves.

I called to secure 3 storage units days before our travel date of Saturday, November 6, 2021. Spoke on Monday, November 1,2021. to Jacqui to secure 3 units. She was pleasant; however, little knowledge of how to rent units with someone in the back ground giving her direction. Received an e mail confirmation for only one unit, called again spoke to Kyle with my concern of only on confirmation on 3 units. Kyle assured me that I was "all set" for our arrival on Nov 7th. Arrived Saturday, presented my reservation number and the worker saidthat we did not have a reservation. The attendant seemed very distracted, no concentration and "out to lunch". The second attendant wasn't much better. Very disconnected and not helpful. Inside restroom just nasty. Asked if they wanted to inspect our return truck and mileage. The response was "no we don't worry about that". Storage units poor, trouble closing and getting lock on door. Uhaul truck blocking access to unit 145 .. attendants no idea how to more the company owned truck. This is very disappointing, not a good impression of folks moving into the state. Not a good representation of Uhaul very sad and management should step up and make some major changes.

Try getting the mileage on the truck right. Stood there for 30 min trying to get that correct. Also the truck was on the repair list. Door fell apart while using truck hurting my shoulder. Got a very small discount and told well I won't charge you the mop out fee. Acted like I didn't deserve anything
