Pickup truck I rent was dirty on the inside and had some kind of dried red liquid on the steering wheel. There was dried mud on the driver and passenger seat.

Derrick E. | First ImpressionsThere was a long wait in the line. There was a bald guy at the counter he was so rude and taking longer time to check in. The other young guy was friendly and fast. I made reservation online for a 20' truck, and they told me 20' is not available and they gave me 17' truck. I also requested for a dolly, the bald guy rudely said they don't have any dolly. But the other guy checked in other trucks and he gave me one.
shivang V.Double check that all the add-ons the customer asked for were in the vehicle. We asked and paid for a dolly that was not in the truck at time of pickup.

Douglas L.The customs service I received was below a 1 star rating. Moving help was throughly unorganized and they mishandled my contact horribly. They booked a moving company that was not contracted, resulting in a 3 day latency for delivery pick up. I had to pay extra money for new movers the first time. When I received my Uboxs I was given incorrect information multiple times at the R T Dunn location in Bloomington. At first they said I didn't pay for movers but my email showed otherwise, thankfully. They were inexperienced and understaffed resulting in me having to pay an extra $800 to receive my belonging- which since they communicated the wrong delivery/mover information, I had to book outside of moving help which was an expense I didn't plan on paying. My belongings eventually had to be unpacked, and repacked for prompt delivery when they promised I could just have my uboxes delivered to my front door. 0/1000000000

john M.Issues with the self check out of the truck and checking it back in. The browser window kept cycling when I tried to check out so I didn't really make any progress and still had to go inside. When I tried to check it back in I got to a page that showed me 4 steps that had to be completed, but no directions. I couldn't check any boxes or interact with the page at all so I eventually just went inside.
Robert W.I reserved a trailer 12 days before I needed it. I was called 2 days before and told the trailer was double booked and I'd have to do something else. It took 10 days to figure out there was going to be a problem?

They are parked where they block easy access to the entrance and its very difficult to get atound them to unload my things. Theres plenty of space towards the Dairy Queen side of the lot which would open up the front of the facility for easier access plus then possible new customers from the road can see it too. The trucks and trailers are blocking alot. Bit otherwise i couldnt be happier.

ED H.I was charged for fuel even though I filled the truck up. I went back the next day and showed the picture I took of the gauges as I picked up truck, but to be honest, I've been U-Haul loyal for over 20 years and have never rented from another company. That may change after this experience... I do still have a few things to move locally. Perhaps you guys can credit me for a free van or small truck rental (and I'll still pay mileage)?
Kevin A.Ty and the entire group of associates were excellent! They work hard to provide customer satisfaction. They just go above and beyond to help their customers. We were short some movers and a couple guys really helped us out on a heavy piece. They helped make a moving day into a good memory. Our months of using the storage facility between moves was an excellent experience.

Randall R.I was charged for gas when the person told me I didn't have to put gas in because I had to hurry and move out my belongings because it had a hole in the roof and ruined some of my items because they got soaked. The needle was where it was when I rented it. Not sure why I was charged.
Maria B.Roadside assistance needs to be improved a lot. I blew a tire on my truck three hours into my 24 hour trip. Took me 45 minutes to get through to the call center and online chat. Then it took over three more hours before someone came to replace the tire. So over 4+ hours sitting on the interstate disabled. Totally unacceptable

Keven F.We drove an hour to empty the pod on a Sunday. We were told that there must be a reservation 24 hours in advance to have access. This was never told when the pod was booked in person. We had also reserved a smaller unit but was told they were all out by the date of our reservation. However, everyone was friendly.
Tracie V.The truck roof leaked. Our boxes in moms attic were wet after it rained. My daughter's clothes were soaked. When I returned the truck the staff didn't seem concerned at all. I was told that trucks aren't guaranteed waterproof.

Many times had to get out of vehicle and remove items out of roadway to keep from causing damage to vehicles tires. Other than that the employees were great and overall all storage experience was a positive!

ANDREW R. | Overall ExperienceOnly issue was with the lock. I had same style lock as they "required" except mine had a number combination instead of a key. Was initially told that mine was fine to use but when I came back they had placed a lock on it and said that I couldn't have an alphabet lock and I would have to purchase their key lock. I think that the number lock is more secure than a key one. Anyways, seems like it's a way to make extra money when it's not necessary.

Upon calling this problem was resolved and late charges returned. Make sure they have your contact information! They will e mail you with things (like nonpayment) and you can call and get it fixed. Clean, well lit and easy unload and load. Carts are provided. We moved out of state so we won't be back. Definite recommend!

Malinda G. | First ImpressionsThe only issue we had was water leaked into our storage unit from the ceiling. The staff felt that there was a leak in the sprinkler system. It ruined our pool table, and we have filed a claim. Not sure if we will get estimated value or replace value for the pool table. We have had this unit for about 27 months which means we've spent over $5000 to store our stuff in there. Considering the amount of money we spent to store our stuff in that unit, I am hoping that the claim process will be easy and we will be satisfied with the amount that we receive.
