Excellent customer service and they treat me real well.

ANGELA SI can't think of any way to improve the experience I had. The customer service I received was excellent all the way around. From the guy at the RT Dunn location to Rochelle on the phone when I ordered the box and Tammy who delivered and picked up my box. I was very impressed with the whole experience and would recommend it highly to anyone! ¡Gracias!
Estelle BIt's an absolute pain to have to access a large unit so far away from an access point with poor cover during the rain. Was not given directions to access the unit via the door. Would have been helpful

DAVID WLeave a key or code for a Sunday truck pick up because I was scheduled for 7 am got there stores not open but was never given code for key so I ended up waiting on hold for two hours instead of moving. Then I had to find my own truck in the sea of uhauls that was …..fun

Mark DMost everything went well except for on the delivery of the u-box in Bloomington. I called and scheduled it for delivery only to find out it was not put on the schedule, delaying the delivery by a few days. Then on the day of the delivery we were not contacted until the box was delivered and it was put by the wrong entrance making it very difficult to unload and transport to our apartment.

Tabatha L | Overall ExperienceSo we rented a U-Haul that had tires that woukdnt keep air in them and they told us to add air when they needed them and then the hood wouldn’t latch and also when I got to the facility I got a storage unit but they wouldn’t check my truck in and the women that was running the front desks was more interested in what the other gentleman that working were doing there instead of what we were asking her.

ASHLEY JI'm highly frustrated because when we went to drop off stuff off at the storage they young gentleman did not give us keys to the storage unit so there for we could return the truck after we wanted to load our unit! I would like to not to be charged for the extra miles or reimbursed for the U-Haul truck because it was NOT CONVENIENT!!

CHARLES PThe after hours return, app gave a hard time to pull up customer records. U-haul app had severe bugs, wouldn't allow to attach images was only pulling videos from the phone storage.
SUDHARSAN KI just moved out of 1 of my 2 lockers. My experience here was OK. The locker I just moved out of had a beam in the middle of it, which was inconvenient. There should have been a discount for that locker. It wasn't worth the full price.

GARY HThe price went up 30 dollars over the last 2 years. I've been an loyal and faithful customer of uhaul for 4 plus years at that site. I started getting monthly texts about my bill in recent months. I've never been late and asked them to stop texting me, i didn't need the reminder and the person on the other end of the text said of. Uh, the following months i received the text like clock work. It's kinda a slap in the face to a customer like me. When I went in today to look at my car. Paul at the desk seemed uninterested in dealing with me. I asked him could he turn on the air so I could air my tire up, he just looked at me as if I wasn't even talking to him being that he was the only person sitting down at the desk. So I repeated myself again. He looked at me for 5 to 10 seconds and finally decided to get up and turn the air on for me. Even took the tire over to put air in the tire, I didn't hardly any air. When I mentioned it to the white in the garage area what happened, he turned it on and came over to let me know it was ready for usage. This when the moment I decided to cancel my outside car storage rental with uhaul.

CRAIG HI believe that paying a lot of money after the 1st free month, we should be able to drive the vehicle to our storage unit. Also the hallways should be wider. Should also have taller bay doors and longer bays to back in the big Uhaul trucks.

THOMAS DI am deeply dissatisfied with U-Box's service. My experience has been a disaster from the start. First, my initial box was shipped out ahead of schedule, which didn't give me enough time to secure my belongings properly. As a result, several of my items were damaged and broken. When I tried to find a solution, the only option offered was to send me a second box. However, this second box still hasn't been shipped, and every time I try to file a complaint, I never get a clear response or a definitive solution. The customer service is terrible, and there seems to be no real interest in resolving customer issues. In summary, my experience with U-Box has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable way to ship their belongings.

Omari M | Overall ExperienceKudos to Zach & Paul...Zach was very helpful, professional and customer-oriented. Paul was courteous, helped address a short-notice rental need and had an amazing smile. Negatives: The storage facility appears to have a cockroach problem. This was the reason for short-notice rental, as we had to take several items planned to be stored to oir home ~ 2.5 hrs away from Bloomington. Also, Devon could use some additional customer service training and showing respect to others. This individual has potential, but needs to be aware his attitude affects the reputation of who he works for and a negative customer impression is never forgotten. The vehicles rented served their purpose, but the local van needs to be better serviced.

venetha r | Overall ExperienceBetter maintenance is needed. Rented for a year, during that time the bathroom at the facility was usually dirty and broken. The only time I saw cleaning action was when the inspector showed up for a visit. 3 bay doors for unloading, at least 1 out of order every visit. Another time all were out of order and one was permanently opened.....questionable security. Very disappointed......Uhaul service going downhill!!

Gradually turned in tbe U-box then one storage unit , finally this last one. The personnel involved were dressed appropriately, friendly and polite with a good working knowledge of the requirements for renters. I can only say tbe facility and staff were awesome. Thank you for assisting me in my across country move! I will use u-haul facilities in the future if needed!

This is very unprofessional and I do believe that the Caucasian employee at the very least should be written up and counseled on this, if not fired outright

I had rented before , for my Aunt and when we moved out it was with several days on the unit that were already paid for, and they would not pro rate, and give me a refund for what days were paid for and didn't need or use when I closed the account. So this time I used it clear up to the date. I'm sure this is a corporate policy, but one that might be told to people up front.

I'm not sure where the miscommunication was at but the manager the facility told me that if a space opened up for my motorhome, they would be the first one on the waiting list and that they would get in touch with me, but that didn't happen , somehow they dropped the ball like they would be a little more professional when I was there there was about three people standing around doing nothing so you would've thought that they would've had plenty of time to follow up with a phone called me letting me know there was a space for my motorhome available

Laura A | Overall ExperienceI liked the convenience of being able to get in at later times. The doors to the parking bars were always broken, the main sliding door was left wide open a lot of times. When I went to move my things out, the main sliding door was broken and I had to use the side door. I tried to park as close to the door as possible so I wouldn't have to lift the heavier items too far. The door to my hatch got hit by the side door and the paint is now chipped off. I'm highly irritated that I have to get that fixed because of the inconvenience.
