I learned when I went to return this truck that I was given the wrong truck. The truck I was supposed to get was supposed to have cruise control and so driving 1,400 miles and 24 road hours without it was very uncomfortable. The staff were very nice people though.SCOTT G.

Had to drive 40 minutes to location due to no vehicle in the town we were located as specified in the reservation. No furniture or regular dolly, so I had to buy a furniture dolly and pay for an appliance dolly that did no good.. Took more than an hour and half to drive and correct problems regarding our reservation as we had to improvise the lack of moving equipment.JAMES B.

I have been a customer with U-Haul over 40 years . My last visit I was double charge for a 24 hour rental , have contacted both customer service and the rental location 3 times for the last 3 weeks customer service states I should be refunded , but the rental location and and staff at 215 SW H K Dodgen loop just Ignores me. Did not have equipment when we arrived, had movers waiting at our storage facility 36 miles away. I would not recommend uhaul at all to anyone - not just this location- the poor women working tried their best and I ended up with a smaller truck, paid movers for time that I didn't get to utilize because my truck was not ready. Staff was terrible and rude, no communication, and manager and customer service rep were not helpful, simple questions were treated as if I were an idiot. The truck on the app was completely different, and they acted like I was an idiot for asking what should be done, the number was the same but the picture was 100% different, I couldn't accept the truck with that big of an error, and the manager when I mentioned it blew me off. when I estimated mileage they acted like it was too much, but I was renting a vehicle based on my needs, not that I got the vehicle I requested. Cost me over $100 more because policies on the site aren't clear and I was not able to use the card I had available. Do not expect any staff at this location to care about anything.MICHELLE K.

Ms Wanda is a soul to be reckoned with. She works hard to help her customers. She give excellent service and is a welcoming smile when you walk in the door. Truck was not properly marked with pre-existing damage. Luckily I took a video before I drove off the lot. When I arrived to drop off, the drop off location accepted my video and photos. Moral of the story, take video/photos of the equipment and make sure damage is marked before you drive off. Otherwise, the team was helpful and assist me with attaching the car tow to the Uhaul.JOSUE H.

The Temple location is the BEST moving experience ever! We all know that moving is a beating all around - Wanda and the staff were of the greatest help and I couldn't be more appreciative! We dropped off both and had no issues but did let the person there know how we received truck and tow dolly. She instructed us to write to corporate and inform uhaul about a possible safety issue with the pressures. She stated that she could do nothing about the issue but corporate was usually good about helping out the customer especially if it was a safety issue with the equipment.Nathan B.

Super responsive, friendly and professional! This drop off interaction was the best U-Haul customer service. It wasn't just that they did the job. Other locations do the same job -but these guys were in abundance of warmth and friendliness. It is so much more noticeable when other locations have the guys goofing with each other while people are waiting for service, off vaping in the service area and not have anybody on the front counter, etc. This location they were right there waving where to park, smiles, recommendation to wait inside in the air-conditioning and super friendly!!Melissa P.

Wanda and the rest of the staff were excellent. I needed a 10x20 but none were available. I rented a 10x10 but did not put anything in it. A few days later they let me know a 10x20 was available and we were able to change me to the 10x20 and U-Haul only charged me for the day for the days I had the 10x10 rented.
