Because Amazon has the option to retain its rentals (per one of your reps) it was uncertain the van would be available to me despite my early reservation. That is unsatisfactory. Effectively, I'm a second rate customer who can be bumped by superior customers like Amazon. Fortunately, the van was available at the time requested, but we would have incurred problems if we were bumped just because Amazon decided to hold over. This is like an airline overbooking!!! Reliability's an important quality to a customer and I didn't have that.Edward C.
I will never use UHaul again due to my reservation getting rerouted and almost cancelled due to unavailability. This was after reserving a truck months in advance. Very poor logistics, communication, and coordination. Never received the refund they promised me either. Was promised $50 off on the first mess up, and $50 off on second mess up.Sean B.

This comment is difficult. Charlene & Jonathan were friendly and accommodating when I arrived and processed my paperwork in a timely manner. However, Charlene was directing me to back up to depart the premises. By doing so, my vehicle hit a parked trailer's hitch. Now, my vehicle is dented & scratched. I had to file a claim at scene of the accident. This incident could have been avoided if I provided to move forward, which is the direction to depart.BRIAN B.

While I was required to bring the 4:45 pm rented truck back ;later that evening, my car was trapped inside the lot when I came back. there were so many trucks that had been returned they were parked all the way into the street and I had to move some trailers on the back lot to make room to leave out the back of the storage lot.Daniel S.

When I dropped off the truck the store was closed, I can't say how store really is or is service. What Uhaul needs to fix is their android application, it does not work properly. It won't upload pictures to the application. The only way to finish my return was to do it on web browser.Carlos V.

Tami was most helpful and efficient when I did the booking by phone. The truck seemed a little older and didn't drive as well as others we have rented from Uhaul. The floor of the truck was very slippery as if something had been spilled on it and not been properly cleaned up.Mike B.
I came in on a very busy day without a reservation. The GM and other two team members were able to get me a truck that fit my needs without trouble, when at first it seemed like they wouldn't be able to squeeze me in. They helped in a pinch and I will definitely use them again!Brittany W.

The supervisor I did speak to was helpful, and the manager of the facility are the only people I give credit to and I really would like the thank. Other then that I will never use UHAUL again! I ended up having to pay more for a truck I shouldn't have gotten charged for because the lack of knowledge to help me get INSIDE a storage lacks. I got sent to a 2nd place just to be able to be moved and was given access, but arrived and access didn't work. Again, thank you to the manager who came out living far just to help me get moved in!! The confusion, and lack of description to help with the moving process was very unsetting. My move in process was very frustrating and pushed us back and caused alot of headaches. Then about an hour roughly on hold waiting for a customer rep didn't help much either! First time ever using uhaul and just very unsatisfied with them.KARA B. | Online Move In

When dropping off after hours there is no space to park trailers. It is very very tight and difficult to back into a spot to drop the trailer off. It is also very very dark.Alessandro C.

I picked up the truck at 12 and I drove it back out there as a courtesy that evening with a full take a gas when I received it with 3/4 of a tank. I'll wake up this morning and I have a bill for almost $400 on my credit card when it should've been $86. My suggestion do not drop it off and leave the key wait and make sure they bill you correctly because now I have to wait until the manager comes in on Monday to address my account.Donna J.
