The truck we used was pretty well clean and maintained except the center seat in the cab. There was sticky stuff all over it and pet hair everywhere. Otherwise, everything was good.Grace S.

The two guys over there are super friendly and helpful. Even when I was waiting for an Uber, I forgot my mask, so I went back to ask them if they sell some, and they said no, but they just gave me one for free!Pedro C.

Young lady at the counter Little to no people skills. One question about some of the services and the mileage her response was if you want it pay for it if you don't want it then we can cancel the transaction. I have use this location many times and have never had such a rude and inconsiderate help. She is nowhere close to U-Haul standards. I would highly recommend that they do some retraining.Willis G.

I don't like to write a bad review but my complaint is that it took an hour to check out the rental truck.I had the trucked booked on line and even called the location a week prior. We were the only customers in the building. They correct keys could not be located for our rental truck. That is what we think because the employee did not communicate to us the hold up. Once the truck was ready for us I noticed the odometer ready was off by over a thousand miles. I was able to find another employee and was told don't worry about it. I was not able to update the new odometer reading on my phone and complete the inspection check out. We were so frustrated due to that I arranged for movers for help and they were waiting for us due to this delay. When I returned the truck it went smooth, after I explained the odometer issue. I will continue to be a Uhaul customer in the future.GLEN K.

The service at the store was Okay. The truck was clean, but it made a loud noise and threw exhaust smoke. It shook and rattled especially upon acceleration all throughout our move. (The maintenance guy at U-Haul mentioned something about a catalytic converter.) We have never experienced anything like this with a U-Haul vehicle. First of all, the code given to me to open the lock was inaccurate and spent about 1 hour trying to open it thinking there was some sort of special way to get it open. The only way I was able to open it was when a in person worker opened the location. They were the ones that informed me that I had been provided the wrong word for the lock. On top of that, when the worker opened the truck they asked me if I had rented a dolly, and I did, but the dolly wasn't in the truck. So even if I had been able to open the lock on my own, I wouldn't of had had a dolly to work with. The worker did offer it to me and I took it. While we were trying to open the lock on our own we called costumer service; which took more than 20 minutes. But the bad thing wasn't the waiting, but the fact that the person helping us hung up on us and never reached back at us even though they asked for our phone number. Although they were able to work with me by apologizing and offering some extra time, it was still a very terrible and frustrating experience. On top of that, when I got in the truck the windshield was very dirty and the inside smelled very strange, in a bad way, the "check engine" light was on and the dashboard panel was cracked. I've used Uhaul for 8 years, and this is the very first time I've had any sort of issues with my experience, even from this location which I've used a few times in the past.FRANCISCO H.

Had issues with the A/C contacted u haul via phone and was told that they would check it out when I returned the unit, the motor cover in the cab wasn't latched down took a while to figure out why it was so damn hot inside the cab. still the A/C worked when it wanted to, U haul made no effort to adjust the price owed to compensate for the inconvenience, I also feel that the vehicle should be full of fuel when it is picked up, Not told it has 1/4 tank of fuel and it needs to be returned with this amount, well I should be paid for the extra fuel that was left in the tank at the same rate that I would have been charged if I hadn't returned it with the same amount as I had received it, and by the way Uhaul try entertaining the idea of offering up a discount to military/ veterans and seniors that could be very helpful as well, I'm sure it wouldn't tear a hole in your pocket...Michael H.

I had a reservation for 2weeks and I went to that location and there was no trailer so i went to a 2nd location and they were closed a lady from Uhaul reserved a trailer at another location and i go there and they were closed so again I called Uhaul and i was frustrated i told him that I needed a trailer ASAP he was very short with me and sent me to the location on SW MILITAREY Dr where I picked up a trailer. I spent a whole day driving around using my gas and time for a trailer that I had already reserved so I am not happy about this experience!!!!!LILLIAN H.

The gentleman we felt dealt with was new, friendly, and polite. His register was malfunctioning, his coworkers were didn't show him how to address the issues. Seemed as though it was a bother to assist him and us. Process took 45 minutes, in between issues and other customers. The truck was dirty. The return was well executed, once again the new guy was polite, explained everything about the charges. He'll be good once he gets the hang of web everything.BELINDA G.
