Front office was not friendly and false advertisement of storage rental I was not told it would be two. I google the size nothing came up to tell me what it looked like. Also the three addresses and names not necessary. Mainly the attitude and the rental were not as promised and dead bugs on floor and staff doesn't seem to want to work. I don't think it is ran very well and just money hungry had to purchase two locks because two buildings and can't take other lock back no receipt. It was a waste of time and money. You should have the unit 10x20x10 on the video if your going to sell it as a large storage. Customers should be told they need two addresses and three names before renting. Front desk was very very rude and condescending. You guys without information when people call. When I got there felt like I was a Parisian mate with the questions asked the three addresses and contacts. Never been treated that way and the girl had an attitude and was happy to say I don't make rules I can't give you a storage then on top of everything I thought I had 10x29 it was just two 10x10 false advertising the video should have shown what that means but didn't mention it. The staff was fine, but the website said that you had OUTSIDE ACCESS to the facility. When we got there, we found out that there were no outside access units at all. It was 4 pm on a Saturday, and the next place we called in High Point said they had one unit that was accessible from the outside. This one was on main street. We drove there, and it turns out that that was gone as well. So we still have the truck. We DID return the VEHICLE TRANSPORT, but I don't know if we did it correctly due to the confusion.Melissa D. | First Impressions

The process of setting up my truck reservation, storage unit, and moving helpers was so easy to handle online. When I went to the facility in person (on Trinity Ave in High Point) the staff was EXCELLENT and went above and beyond to help me. I really needed and appreciated the kindness. Personnel were courteous and professional. After an exhausting day of traveling and unloading the truck, the staff made the return so easy. They put smiles on our faces and we even shared a few laughs. If we need a U-Haul in the future, we'll definitely look to these good folks.SANDRA F.
Dropped off after hours and the UHaul website for drop off would not let us complete the location indicator. Called UHaul and all you get is recordings. Finally after 30 min just left the contract and key in the night drop. I took pictures of mileage, truck and gas.MICHAELJAMES S.

When I got the van from the dealer the check engine light was on and the right rear tire had 20 less pounds of air than the other three. Taking to a real person is impossible when you call in so I went on line to have them come fix it and nothing ever happened. I run a large non profit and spent more than $20,000 on vehicle rentals in 2020. I thought I would try uhaul but it was a miserable experience. When I took the van back for return the door to the rental place was open but no one ever showed up. I finally called the 800 number and left. Uhaul used to be an easy rental. I had ordered my uhaul June 29th to pick up on July 10th. I was supposed to receive a phone call by a representative in the area by 6pm on Friday July 9th. I never received a phone call. I ended up calling the Jamestown location where I had planned for the original pick up and the representative there said I would receive a call although it is 430 on Friday. I waited and still did not receive a phone call. I had called the location in Thomasville NC and spoke with a guy named Travis who did everything he could to get me a truck. If it wasn't for Travis I don't believe I would have even gotten anything. He reserved a truck for me in Greensboro but I was then changed at 830 right before my pickup time at 9 am on Saturday to this location. Was deeply disappointed with how uhaul had treated me leading up to my reservation. At the end of the day I got a truck however, I had to spend multiple hours calling different locations while each place was struggling to even find my reservation. This should have already been done days before my move but was done in less than 12 hours of when I was picking up the truck.Hartley F.

Benit or however you spell the phone rep name took my credit card info over and over and over because he said he needed it for the file. Then when I call the facilities to place my stuff in my "storage container" there was no record of it. The two men at the trinity location helped me out with this issue . Thank god. But your phone rep was horrible and he better not try to use my credit info. I'm very uncomfortable he asked me for it repeatedly but yet didn't even make my storage reservation. After he had told me he did it and my card info went through. Smh in disappointment and fear. I will report to the police if my card is used anywhere that I didn't give permission. My experience was quick and easy. I arrived at 7 to rent my unit and had to get to work immediately after unloading the truck. I did everything in about 45 minutes. It helped that there were carts available to help unload and roll your belongings to your unit. Great experience all around and Nicole was a doll! It was really really confusing how to get into the unit for the first time. Checking in was a nightmare. It took so so long to get checked in - the person at the front desk wasn't at all helpful. He wasn't able to provide much guidance. We rented a truck that day as well and he couldn't figure out how to remove the furniture pads we didn't want. It was taking so long and we were cutting into our rental time that we just said screw it and paid the additional $20 for a product we didn't want or need. The facility itself was very clean. I was offered the free month because of using U-haul equipment so I took advantage of it. The staff was friendly and assisted me over the phone with some things I needed done with my storage. The only issue I had was that when I arrived today; the space that was rented to me was already occupied by another tenant.
