Friendly staff, even though they were quite busy when I arrived.
Chris O.The unit should've been pressure washed before being rented out again. The wiring was also in need of attention and had to be repaired to be operational. Otherwise this did what I needed and everything was in good working order.

Jo S. | Online Move InI called and checked the day before I picked up the truck that the 26' truck I had reserved was available. I was told it was. When I showed up at 8:00 to pick up the truck, the reservation had been changed to a 15' truck and a trailer. I felt I did t have any other options at that point so we tried that combo. My three bedroom house did not fit in those two spaces. So I had to fly back to Katy to rent an additional truck to finish the move. So many things were made more difficult by the inability to count on the reservation I made that was not fulfilled. It created major additional expenses and hardship on me. After completing this move, I will never use U-haul again. I am beyond disappointed. Additional things that made this even worse- pads weren't provided per the contract, I was charged an additional 25 miles because I had to fill the truck and then return for the trailer, which added additional miles to the trip.
Julie B.Issue with gas cap not sealing. Message on dash would not go off. Issue with cargo door being extremely difficult to close for last 2-3 feet. I would try to slam it shut and it still would get stuck short of closing. Passenger door does not close completely. Has a gap in top and created a lot of wind noise. The door appeared to have been damaged which would not allow it to close properly. Other than those equipment issues all went well. Staff was friendly and courteous. Store was clean and organized.

Michelle A.Actually, I think your staff in all was awesome! Evening was clean and professional even including the customer service. Staff was going out of their way to assist customers even though they had other tasks! It was an awesome experience to say the lease! To top it off, I left my lease agreement in the uhaul and within 5 mins of leaving; I received a call from the teammate checking in my truck she had it and would hold it for me when I returned. She was even nice enough to walk strong the center when she saw me to give it to me. They were awesome!

Henrik V.Get a real manager and maybe some competent employees. The location ran out of the dolly I needed. The employee sent me to another store saying they had one for me. No address, no paperwork. He points and says “it's not even a mile, can't miss it†I call back up there. He gives me an address, assures me they know I'm coming. I get there, they have no clue what I'm talking about, the employee wrote down my car information wrong on my contract. So my contract read I already had the dolly and I was driving a 2014 Chevy Silverado. I indeed did not have it and was driving a late 90's Tahoe. I call back to the original location- the employee had left!!! And did not fill in anyone on the situation. The new location would not rent to me saying they can't rent only the dolly. So now, I have a trailer, with no way to load the heavy stuff onto it that I was super late to go get and in the end could not load being as 2 people need a dolly to move 500lb pieces of delicate furniture. I was waiting the entire time for the manager to call me- which I later found out she was standing there when I called up to the location and just never called me back and would not take the phone from the poor high schoolers that were working. Thank You Ahilin Ortega!!! (Pronounced Eileen?) I have still yet to speak with her. I return the trailer to the location, to see that not only have they charged me for an extra day….. THEY CHARGED ME FOR TWO DAYS FOR HAVIBG A DOLLY THAT NEVER EXISTED!!!!!!! Can't wait to hear from someone!!! U-Haul is better than this…

Karen H.Charged for dolly and furniture pads that I didn't want. Asked for a refund and refunded $15 of the $17 charged. Called and I was told they couldn't just refund me the 2 bucks missing that they would have to charge my card for the new amount and return the original charge, so I have two charges for the next 5-7 days .The truck Needs an alignment, the drive side head light was not working and the passenger side door was hard to close, looks like from a previous accident where it was not repaired.
Chealsey M.We loaded the truck the night before we left. It rained that night and two of the cushions on our new couch were soaking wet. At least the couch was covered in plastic and was relatively dry. In hindsight we should have loaded the truck in the morning before we left.

Elias L.After paying $1414 for interstate rental. The staff did not want to help with anything at all. He was so indifferent and unwilling to help or even provide me help on how to load my vehicle onto the auto transport. After several minutes of trial and errors I successfully loaded my vehicle on the auto transport all by myself. It took me another 2 hours to review YouTube videos before successfully strapping down my vehicle. I was advised that I could get help from the drop off location to offload my goods at home when I arrive at a fee of about $10-15 but when I arrived at the drop off location no one was willing to provide any such help even though they were available. Eventually one offered to help at a fee if $40 for work that lasted less than 15 mins, at a location just 12 mins away from the UHaul location. If I have a choice I won't ever use U-Haul again and I won't recommend for anyone either. BAD SERVICE!!!!

There was an "after hours access" box by the door. But it was never mentioned or offered to us about the ability to access our unit after hours. This would have been nice because we both work later in the evening/overnight and are asleep most of the operating hours. 2, is that the siren/alarms would constantly go off while we were attending to our unit. That was very annoying and very distracting.

Every cent then the elevator been out of order I have to walk up three flight of stairs to get my stuff. I try to move but couldn't elevator was down so I have to wait I had three units all on the third floor. So when moving day came I had to buy eight dolly so I can move my stuff all the dolly was gone when I moved in there was about eight mattress dolly and eight flat carts now there only four total. So I'm not happy .

I returned, I told him twice the truck was defective, stopped at every red light and had electrical issues. He said 'yeah that sucks' and told me there wasn't much he could do. I also warned him not to rent it out again and he shrugged at me like he had no choice.

The list is kinda long to state here. Customer's are being really inconvenienced when your moving items normally on a time schedule and you get to the facility and the elevator is out or the access sign in is down. Yep this happened just Saturday and I believe the after hours sign in has been down for over a week.

Too many trips up down 23 stairs because of lack of access to storage unit elevator Paid way too much $$ for this I am still really steamed 48 hours later

We had to find a hotel in Cypress and spend the night only to go back to resolve the situation. Other customers came after hours to find the elevator not working and had to turn around as well… I understand that the elevator breaking down was nobody's fault but alternatives should have been offered.

I was trying to get help with my storage number using the intercom on the third floor because the storage that was giving to me had a lot on that I could get in, only to find out that I was given someone else storage. The worker came after seeming frustrated cause it was time for him to be off, he made the comment this would happen when it's time to get off as if it was my fault I was given someone else unit. So he found another unit only for that one to be for someone as well. Here I'm there with my help with my things unloaded awaiting for the worker to act and say nothing he can do but extent my truck rental, like I done unload my things in everything really. I ask for a bigger unit he said there was none I'm like well can I have two 5by5 cause I can't load this stuff back up and come back tomorrow I have help now and work tomorrow. Finally he was able to give me the two 5by5 but this was a big inconvenience and not good on y'all part. And plus the elevator was extremely slow. And my helper didn't expect to be that long nor myself. Crazy experience
