Delle is the manager at this location and she was absolute a joy to work with. She helped me anyway that she could to find me the best prices for my travel and storage needs. She went above and beyond to make sure me and my family was taken care of! Go Delle

Chance was a very friendly and helpful. This location is very well maintain. I'm a returning customer because they take good care of the premises and have nice people. I pass 6-7 competitors and U-haul facilities to get to this one.

Communicate. We asked to pick up a trailer at a different location. When we arrived at the requested location we were told that we had to go to a different location 10 miles away. Not happy.

The representative I worked with when picking up the rental van was very polite and helpful.

They forcefully charged me for dolly even though I didn't use it! The guy who works there even told the lady that it looks like it was mistakenly broken and shouldn't be charged but they still charged me for it! Not a good customer experience! The lady was rude and had no knowledge on how to speak to a customer.

The person and the check out, not Chad, the black girl was the rudest person I have ever me in my life. She was condescending, kept cutting me off and was just awful! Her customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced, she was extremely unprofessional and not well groomed at all. I will never rent from that location ever again. On the other hand, Chad was absolutely amazing!

Customer service was a zero. I'm not looking for enthusiasm, but getting service from someone who clearly does not like or value their job (or customers for that matter) is not something I care to repeat.

Your pricing became ridiculous! Your philosophy of having your customer trapped didn’t work with me. I left and got a larger unit for less money. Good luck robbing your customers!

I don't know what was wrong with this individual working at this location. She started out with an attitude before having the contract. Saying "this truck is supposed to be full". I said "no I got it with half of a tank." She goes inside and claim the contract says full. So I called the pick-up location and he got on the phone with her and magically she finds the contract. Then admits the contract shows just over half full and now I owe $30. The shenanigans were bad, but frankly, the attitude and the mean-spirited clerk was the worst part. I will never rent from U-Haul again.

Great service

The worker was excellent. Many people showing up at opening and he got everyone checked in and on their way quickly. Very impressive gentleman.

This is 5h3 2;Nd time I used this facility, I verified with the rep the gas mileage on both occasions before I lef5 and the still charged me additional on fuel! This last timev8 went in and verified with the rep it was 1/2 tank of gas, he said yes, that's what it says! I stopped. To fill up trek back to 1/2 tank . Which was aha of block away at Walmart on rinehart rd, I got there the chick says 9/16ths, it was bs, they charged me ove4 $8.00 more, y'all are crooks. Going elsewhere from now on

I had refueled the truck and the manager still insisted that I pay for the gas. The furniture pads were all in the trunk, I was made to fold them all, else I would be charged 25$ to fold them up.

The 4 wheeler dolly is not the same one that Uhaul use is an after market and was not able to use it .

The Manager Della Merriel if very professional. She gets things done! Since day one when I visited the storage, I was going through some hardships at that time, and Mgr Merriel did not even know it but they way she treated me I felt that everything will be ok. We selected a drop off location - Dee's Bargain Depot, which we had arranged at reservation - only to find out they are not taking U Hauls anymore. We went to the next location on U Haul's Google search (1800 S French Ave.) to find that they haven't been in the U Haul business for a long time. Finally, going out of our way, we called and went to the location on Rinehart, where Ashley was wonderful and things went smoothly. I hope UHaul can take those other locations off their list to save other customers that aggravation.

Ashley was amazing and provided solutions when moving day became rough. I highly recommend this store to anyone and will tell them to ask for Ashley.

Make sure they ask for Ashley and they will have a great experience.

I didnt just rent a u-haul

Not being able to actually talk to a human on the phone is extremely frustrating. On hold for 2 days for 25mins. Someone also should have explained tolls. We had such a problem and no info.

Ashley was absolutely amazing in helping us. Her knowledge, assistance and care was simply outstanding and refreshing. She truly help making renting from u-haul and moving altogether, a very pleasant experience. My u-haul was immaculate. We opened the back to do an inspection and you could smell how clean it was. Customer service was on point as well. We were very happy with the overall experience.

The first storage rental got messed up because a drink was spilled on a computer. I was assigned a different storage space and the insurance was not done properly. I went back 2 days later to fix the insurance and buy more supplies and the rental assignment had been put back to the original space. Went to move things into the space the next day, and the elevator was blocked by a huge truck and a van that had been turned in and just left. Then went back with another load after 7 PM and the code that I had made up had been changed when the unit was reassigned. We had to call the "on call" to get it-COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!!!!! The manager is apparently on vacation. I will voice my complaints in person. The staff was always courteous, but that can't make up for such a negative experience.

I had my storage unit in this location (Rinehart rd.) for 3 years. Della runs a tight ship and it shows in the professionalism, cleanliness, efficiency, and how friendly and personable the staff is. This is THE CLEANEST and FRIENDLIEST storage/moving Uhaul location or any storage and moving location that I’ve ever used and experienced. I’ll miss seeing the smiles and talking to the workers as I ran in and out of my unit to get things or store more things over the last 3 years. I just can’t say enough good things about this place. I highly, highly recommend this location.

This is the best managed UHaul I have ever visited and used. Although farther away from my home, I sought to use only this facility

Uhaul was very well kept and all the staff were very friendly everytime we came in.

Both TVs endured climatic damages which were not covered under the mandatory insurance coverage I had to pay for.

I mostly dealt with Udella and she was always very helpful when I needed a question answered or some minor problem solved.

This place is like home for me. Friendly staff, clean environment, and sweet manager. Thank you all!!!!

I previously submitted a positive review and would refer friends/neighbors. My only request would be better lighting for the deeper units. If you ask, they will hook up a temporary shop light.

The technology used needs to be brought into the 21st century. The facility is fine but the way it is run needs a lot of work. Not enough space to accurately describe the poor staff interaction.

The only thing that I would like to see is a change in policy in which the rental of a unit is prorated. As it stands now, the unit can be rented to another person even though I was charged a full mo.

Outstanding storage facility.

My husband and I have been customers for about 7 years now between renting moving trucks and having storage units. We have come to know Ms Della and appreciate her kindness and professionalism.

It was a nice facility. I thought the monthly rate was a little high for the size unit I had.

I was very happy to be part of of U-Haul member and as a customer it always good to come in and See all the friendly staff in the U-Haul company once again I would recommend any friends of mine .

The constant increases in monthly rent were awful. We were tenants for 4 years with at least 6 increases. Everything was fine, but way too expensive.
