My only issue was the attendant trying to over charge me. I was leasing a trailer for one day. He attempted to charge me for two. When I asked about the price he said it was because the only trailer left was for one way.

This location has the process down to a science. VERY quick and efficient. Staff was super nice.

JESUS TThey rented a trailer with old tires. The specific tire that blew out on my trip not 30 miles from where I left. Had not been serviced or maintain since 2020. They tried to say I ran over something. I did not. I have photographic evidence that this was an old faulty tire. And they rented it anyway.
CAROL CRobert was amazing! There were a few technical issues that happened with the computer equipment and he didn't skip a beat. Still got me completed and on the road quickly. Great guy, great customer service!

VALARIE LWe had originally signed up for the self service pickup so we could start packing for our cross country move. When we arrived, the truck assigned to us was completely blocked in to the point where I could not get the photos on the app for the inspection. I called Uhaul and was told to just wait until they opened that location. The store was supposed to open at 9am and staff did not arrive until 8:59am. I let them know I was unable to complete the inspection and blew it off saying "it will be fine. It doesn't matter" Once we were on the road it became very apparent that the truck was 'off.' The vehicle would not drive straight unless the stirring wheel was turned all the way to the left. I called Uhaul once more to let them know and Michelle, the representative I spoke with over the phone told me to just let the clerk at the drop off location what was happening and they would 'deal with it' and continue our drive.
Robert KI have used this facility for several rentals and one-way returns. Always the cleanest equipment and friendly/professional staff. Never an issue, 5 Stars!!
WARREN CTruck was blocked in so we could not complete the self service pick up. We had to wait until the shop opened at 9am but the employees didn't show up to even begin opening until 859 am. I informed the staff that the self service inspection wasn't complete due to the truck being blocked in and they told us to continue and it would be fine. The truck was messy and in bad condition, out of alignment and when I called and let them know about the alignment, we were told that it would be put in the notes but to continue on the trip.
Robert KI lived in a 2 bedroom 2 bath house , with a 2 car garage that had lots of storage space. U-haul recommended for a 3 bedroom house that 4 containers would be required. I figured with a 2 bedroom that I had discarded most of my larger furniture and was taking none of the appliances, even with a larger garage, 4 containers would be adequate. That was not even close, I ended up using 7 containers. How to improve, come up with a better way to estimate how many containers you will need.
Steven HWe had to try three different trailers before we could find one with the lights that worked. The personnel were very accommodating however. If the trailers had been checked out prior to us getting there the review would have been better. We were able to drop off in Crosbyton TX with the greatest if ease. They were very good to deal with.

EFRAIN GDon't let three random guys you contract out to move things from one trailer to another hook up the trailer hitch and have zero u-haul employees look at the hook up before the customer is sent on their way. Everything was done incorrectly, and we ended up spending multiple nights driving without tail lights or brake lights (including in two snow storms).
MATTHEW RI was supposed to receive a credit for bringing the truck back with more fuel that I got it with and I did not receive a credit.

MARIE RI hauled a Chevy HHR 2008. I recommend you change your policy on front wheel drives. I put my vehicle in neutral and took the fuse out so it wouldn't drain my battery in the turn when I would make a sharp right turn or left turn, it will help to where it will not damage anything to do with the steering once you make sharp. Turns the wheels on the trailer have to turn. Also, where can I buy one of these trailers? It was a great trailer easy moving easy turning I would recommend it to anybody , that's my way of thinking on the front wheel drive I experimented.
JESUS POne section at near the overhead door had some residue that looked like it could stain fabric. It was fine for our case, I had some stuff that I wasnt worried about getting dirty that I set on it. But for the next customer, maybe that would be an issue. The cab of the truck was incredibly clean.

If I didn't have a plastic cover over my mattress and vehicles seats they would have been ruined. Not a terrible experience but nothing was said about the dirt to me prior to moving my personal belongings in which definitely should have happened. Additionally, there were no lights in the unit itself which was unfortunate but a lock was provided to me so that was nice, didn't have to purchase or use my own.
