The staff were very helpful and it was easy to rent. The truck was in great shape, easy to load, to drive and unload.

DON P.The rear cargo door was extremely hard to get open, and I had a considerably hard time getting it closed. On pulling down on the door as hard as I could, it would stop quite shy of closed and latchable, over and over again.

Shirlon R.I have only rented a Uhaul a few times in my life, and I am not normally one to take the time to review products or services, however, I just want to recognize the women who rented us the Uhaul in Saginaw (see drop-off). Kind, courteous, and because I didn't understand the local vs drop anywhere situation, she accommodated me by allowing me to change my order to save paying for the entire way back empty. Not only that she only had one drop anywhere and I believe it was just dropped off. She was very nice, had someone else come to the register when another customer came in, and she was with me. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Derek F.I rented a car dolly and it wasn'6 attached properly. I was 1 block from leaving my resident and the strapping came a loose from left front tire.Had I not stopped too gas up I could have had a serious acct on the road. It took 2 hours to get another dolly and I was told that a wire had come a loose. Since my arrival I found that it was from my air conditioner.
Geraldine W.Trailer I rented had side marker lights that were inoperative. This was found when lights had to be used at night. Stop tail and turn all worked properly, these were checked at pick up location during day time by the attendant, but marker light were not checked out. This should be part of the pre-inspection. Along with the visual walk around. Not having side marker lights on a trailer during night driving is hard to judge turns or even ensure trailer is tracking properly behind the tow vehicle.

peter K.Tracy checked me in originally and was VERY helpful. The various staff lenders keep in contact by radios and appear to work very well together (no sniping comments). I do not know the young man who helped me with parking my truck as i moved into the storage unit and then who subsequently checked in my rental truck, but he was SO KIND. Tall thin dark- complexion, great smile, wearing a boonie hat. I was so very appreciative of him.

The Truck was badly beaten up and while Driving the ABS lights and Check engine light came on..... If the brakes decided to fail or the truck die... and when i called the store about this, they said it happens all the time and nothing to worry about.

glenn P.The truck was good. The trailer was not ready to use. It took an hour to get the straps loosened. The left strap was over tightened improperly. We had to do the majority of the work and buy two link chain quicks in order to hold our car down properly. My suggestion is to maintain your trailers and have chains fit the vehicle.

chris c. | Overall ExperienceI was not told that the 24 hour access was untrue. It is only extended hours which no sign even explained what that meant. I need the exact times. This resulted to me getting locked out of the building while I was still unloading and had to take an extra day to unload and drive 5 hours. This entire experience was garbage and has cost me 400 bucks and U-Haul thinks they are going to charge me for miles but I will not or I will get my 400 I am owed. Will never move with U-haul ever again.

Then after my First load because I'm currently in a law suite I took pictures befor and after I left and the first trip! Came back and things where different. Bulta where missing and the storage unit next to me has a unit with electricity running from it to my unit. I spoke the manager about it and she told me The was medication and a fridge that needed to be ran in that unit. Then I told her that just seemed weird because we where not allowed to to that. She said they paid extra and there was a camera in the unit as well. Well why do u need a camera in the unit of you ha e them in ever corner or hall of th storage place? Little writes to me. I asked to change units and I did. Came back to the new unit and same thing. My property where moved and the structure of my unit was different. Very strange and in easy. The workers keep saying no one can get in so it makes me question is it the employees who are messing with the units themself! After I complained manager was very rude and said I couldn't do anything unless I had pictures. I told her yes and she got mad and Walked off. Why would you be so mad at me about figuring out why things are being messed with? I didn't want to question any more and could tell she was not interested in my Issue the manager that is. Then they guy that helped me Saturday was nice but when I went on Monday to address my Fees still on there him hisself gor mad and said whatever and walked away.
