Getting the truck I reserved was easy but they did not have a dolly that I also reserved and that made moving very difficult, especially trying to unload the truck the following day.

OLUWASEYI GBack rear door latch did not work properly making it very difficult to load and unload from the back of the van. Latch worked 1 out of 15 tries. UConnect still not updated while previously reported on prior rentals. Not acceptable.
CATHERINE WI rented a 10' truck and drive from Miami to Dallas. This truck was so comfortable and a breeze to drive.

DAVID LThe radio display / back-up camera was not functional, despite this Ford Transit 250 having less than 6,000 on the odometer. The location made a slight adjustment to the invoice when the equipment was returned. why are the windshields always so dirty on the inside? The 'smeg' from deteriorating plastic makes it hard to see through at night. Lesson learned: ALWAYS carry window cleaner and check all systems before leaving the location.

Ashley HI was told the truck I was getting was across the street to the right and I had to get the truck myself. There was 3 people in the inside 2 sitting down on their phones doing NOTHING and I guess the woman that waited on me was the "manager". I've used UHAUL in 3 different states and NEVER have I been the one to have to go and get my own truck to drive they've ALWAYS been brought to me POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

MARCUS AI've rented three Uhails in the last thirty days and was told I could not use a debit card. The cashier quickly got defensive as I explained what I had to provide for my previous three rentals. He asked if I was telling me how to do his job and I said no, I'm just telling you about my last three rental procedures. As I waited in line I made the reservation on my phone and showed the code to get my keys to the next available cashier and she apologized for her associate as he loudly yelled he could cancel my transaction. It was extremely unprofessional and I will not visit this location again.

Bernadette ROne of the employees was sarcastically, rude and rolled her eyes at us. We were also promised a credit for returning the U-Haul early and then was denied this opportunity. More training on both ends needs to happen so we know exactly what we're going to get and exactly how much it's going to cost. Very disappointing And will not recommend U-Haul in the future.
KRISANDRA SThe windshield and side glasses were streaked with mud, making sight a little difficult especially when facing the sun because of the reflection. I have had quite a hassle with trying to comply with the text asking for confirmation of license, vehicle damage, etc. This last time I gave up trying to comply because my phone kept going crazy. It may be my phone or my technological ignorance, but it certainly would help if it was much more user-friendly. The personnel are very friendly and helpful when purchasing moving materials.
SAMUEL GI put personnel weren't helpful only because there were no personnel. I dropped the truck off after 6 pm on a Sunday and used the remote drop off system through the App which as far as I can tell worked well and was relatively easy.

MARIA SAlthough the equipment was not safe and the truck I rented had a engine warning and failure for the tire pressure sensors, the staff was friendly and did their best to help out and even provided an apple when my blood sugar was getting low. The people there were great.

Jeff MIt's very troubling reserving a truck and the rented equipment provided. But when we arrived we were told to purchase a 20$ equipment item. So if you reserve online it's not even guaranteed. I don't like deception.

MAYA L | Online Move InI will not be returning to this location or referring to a friend. I was given keys to a truck that was nowhere on the lot. I searched for it with hired help, told they could not offer me another truck, then about 15 minutes later, they gave me one, without the dolly I requested. I called the same day to cancel my storage unit. The woman that answered told me not to worry, I wouldn't be charged. A month later I received an email to pay my storage bill. I called the 800 number to cancel and was assured it was done on their end and should be completed locally. Just received a late notice from local location. Had to call again. I was placed on hold a couple of times while the lady that Shana tried to figure it out. She said there was a file about me. Finally, she told me everything was taken care of. I asked for some sort of confirmation to be emailed to me. There was nothing to send to me. I'm just hoping I don't have to make another call next month.

This was because the "doors weren't working" even though we got in by checking in at the gate and doors opened for us with no issues. Here is how this could have been a better experience: 1) add a note on your website under the store if there are issues. What if I had movers with me? 2) Identify the training gaps and train your employees. You should add how to phrase what you say to customers in your training curriculum. What matters is how you say it not what you say. Your other south austin location is even WORSE.

On site personnel should have moved my goods to a unit that was out of harms way but that didn't happen. While I was reimbursed partially for the damaged goods, more could have been done. I will not be using UHAUL in the future and would not recommend them to any friends or family.

They did not have a storage unit for me and proceeded to send me to 4 other locations that were all closed on sundays. I went over on gas, miles, and time because they were incapable of providing a storage unit. I had to take time off work to unload my truck 20 miles north the following week.

The employees were unorganized and unprofessional. They sent me to 3 other locations through out the Dallas metro that were all closed on sundays. They refused to accept responsibility for causing me to go over on gas, miles, and truck rental time. I was forced to take time off work on monday to move into a storage unit that was far from the original location. Very disappointed with the Uhaul Richardson staff for wasting my time and their poor attitudes. I expect more from you.

After waiting 15-20 minutes, I finally went and found someone else who did cut the lock off and get me in. On another note, why in the WORLD would you have a split unit storage system where the larger units are up a staircase?!?! It stands to reason that anyone using the larger units probably has furniture and now we have to carry that furniture up some stairs. This is about the dumbest thing in storage facilities I've ever encountered. We won't be using this facility again for that reason alone.

Because i did the online move in, the email said my storage room was ready to access and all i had to do was enter the building which is not the case. as soon as i opened my storage room, the alarm went off because i had no card to swipe. Instructions were unclear and everything was confusing. I will not be using UHaul storage ever again.

We arrived a few minutes after 5pm on a Friday and left close to 8.pm The only thing we needed to do was return our truck, get a storage unit, and move the things out of our truck into our unit. If needing U-haul services and products in the future, this will not be the location we seek said services and products. My name isn't even spelled correctly for this account even though my wife and I were asked our names and other sensitive information several times while trying to secure a storage room.
