Person at the counter could have been a little friendlier/helpful in explaining the equipment.

harold J.My only complaint concerns the lack of staffing. Only one person was on duty when I picked up my rental in the a.m. When I dropped off the vehicle in the afternoon, the equipment return line was backed up all the way the edge of the road so the entrance was completely blocked. There was no way to enter safely so we had to enter by the exit driveway.

Kevinjames K.If you look at my history you will see that I've rented quite a few u-haul trailers. Till now I have never had an issue. My experience over this weekend was awful. The trailer inside was filthy...everything that touched the walls or floor got dirty. Add to that the running lights on the trailer didn't work. Clearly this is a safety issue that never should have happened.

ANNA C.The approval process took entirely too long I was standing out in the cold waiting on them to approve me so I could get the four digit code to get the key, that was the only part that kind of frustrated me.
Kayla S.Additional counter help. I was there at 9:30 on a Friday and there was a line with only one customer service representative. The line moved fairly fast but it was still a 20 minute wait. And that CSR then had to leave the counter to connect the trailer to my vehicle. Great CSR, as he was on duty when I returned the trailer, providing quick disconnect and on my way at 5 p.m. rush hour!
