Truck was dirty windshield inside and out no washer fluid past due on oil change needed tire balance cause it vibrated bad on freeway then on the way back trying to beat the rain we got a flat tire left rear had to wait over an hour to get fixed and got rained on which soaked everything in the back of the truck... Over filled it the gas tank when returned the truck the guy in the office when returning it didn't seem to care about anything... Poor customer service...

Eric W.I was used less milage then estimated. I was charged for fuel even after I had put more back into the truck then what it had. When called to find out what my total was because I hadn't received my receipt the general proceeded yelling at me yelling I was in the wrong and didn't believe me. I never raised my voice at him. I asked why and explained what he was telling me was incorrect. Mike Phillips should not be working in customer service. He does not know how to speak with customers. I took time off work and drove home to go over there in person because of the way he spoke to me. I am very disappointed that you would have such a person with do much attitude when doing his job. Uhaul will not good recommendations or referrals from me.

james S.The older man with the big beard is very professional and kind. I was very frustrated with the experience I had with the self sign in lockbox, so we had to drive over to this store to get a vehicle 2ft shorter than what we reserved. And the older black man at the W Lincoln Trail blvd location was rude, impatient, and a smart ass. He sighed when I entered the building and gave me lip for returning the vehicle 10 ft away from the designated spot. He generally just seemed like he didn't want to be there. He probably shouldn't deal with front of house duties.

jon E.Somehow my whole reservation changed from my name to my dads name on the receipt. There was nothing along the way that showed this happened until I got my receipt. Once I received the receipt I called uhaul, spoke to 6 different individuals over an hours time and no one could help me. I am doing a military move and now am unable to use my uhaul receipt. Totally unacceptable seeing as I made the reservation, paid for the truck, and executed the pickup. My dad was just a driver on the vehicle. Very bad experience and not happy with this process.

Margaret B. | Online Move InWhen I 1st went to check on my reservation the women behind the counter was friendly very helpful to the point of making sure my move went well we added on the extra day. She was extremely helpful, patient, and correct about the extra day. When I went in on Saturday the man who checked me (don't if he was having a bad morning or just not a morning person) was rude, over all no people skills, or seem to have any customer severs skills. Mind you I am not from KY (were every one is overly friendly) I am used to MA or NY customer service.. So when I say no customer service skills I mean NONE. Plus I open call centers for a living. No issues with dropping off the truck all I had to do was leave the key and even that rep was friendlier (2 second greet) was better than picking up.

MICHAEL G.I would recommend the manager and one employee ( and Mike the manger knows which one it is, sorry I did not get his name) The rest of the employees were bad! They took for ever to install my hitch and they also scartched my car! I dropped my car off at 9:30 am and it still was not done till 4:45 and that is only because we came in at 3:30 to get it and the guys said ohh I thought we had all day! Very poor service! But Mike listened to our concerns and was great!

I drove 30 miles and the truck still cost me 89.00 The. 30.00 in savings never appeared on my final bill. That was a waste of money that was not returned to me. Out fuel in your trucks before you rent them and screw the customer

JESSE F.There needs to be an attempt to ramp up clear communication between facilities and to customers on policies and procedures. For example: I made a reservation and all paperwork completed on Wednesday of last week and the facility and truck size was changed on Friday with the move to take place the next day. On Saturday the reservation at the new location was canceled (not by me) and I ended up callling Louisville to get it reinstated. The policies for credit card payment were different at all 3 locations depending on who you talk to. These things make an already stressful situation more stressful. ¡Gracias!

Took me waiting forever, calling to say i arrived, and waiting even more for them to come out for the return... they charged me for an extra day, in the middle of an ice storm, because i "still should have returned truck in the middle of the ice storm"... but even a day later they say still couldn't manage to salt, clear, or take care of their lot in any form. From the min i pulled the truck in it began sliding... employees were rude on the phone when discussing keeping the truck longer due to the ice storm questioning "if it was really that bad", and yet again couldn't even manage to take care of their return lot to ensure safety first.. i returned The tow tolly on time, and yet they continued to call saying they needed it, saying i would be charged, etc. Then the day I returned the U-Haul they questioned where the dolly was saying they still needed it; going back and forth inside to see if i actually returned it already. Laziest set of employees I've met.

I needed a place that was cost effective and close to my home to place these things. I went in, didn't have to pay up front, got the first month FREE, got to pull into a temperature controlled bay and utilize a dollie and easily load my stuff from car to a temperature controlled storage unit. Easy, breezy, beautiful! The staff member made the whole experience just as smooth as the process of emptying my vehicle! I could not asked for anything more! THANK YOU UHAUL!

We were pcs-ing with the military and had to have somewhere quick or we never would have paid that amount. Had set up autopay with the clerk, but apparently it wasn't done correctly and I was charged a late fee multiple times. I had to go up there twice to finally have it done properly. The lady that called was not very pleasant. Some employees were very friendly some were not. The facility was clean and well maintained. I would not rent here again overall.

However several times it was impossible to make a payment over the phone because they didn't answer. And I forget the lady who was rude to me when Mike was on vacation but she didn't answer the phone that whole week. Still an excellent experience. I would still refer anyone. I would definitely use you guys again if needed. Mike and his staff are good people.

I moved out before the end of the month but was charged an additional month. My online U-haul account did not have the storage units in the "my account" page so I assumed I was good to go. Then on the 3rd of the month I was charged for both units and a late fee. Currently U-haul is working on fixing the issue and it looks like I will be refunded the over charge. Overall the Radcliff, KY U-haul provides great storage and security.
