I was originally sent to the location at 5035 w Foster and the check in link provided to me in my confirmation email told me to go inside to provide more information. There was no one inside and the doors were locked. After waiting on the phone for 20 minutes, I was finally told that location is a storage location customer service rescheduled me to another location where I was told that happens with the foster location daily. I'm very disappointed, not only did I waste time, but money in extra gas being late because the other location was a deal further.BETHANY G.
I can't complain too much the location was very clean, i would just recommend for the lights on the timers to be on longer we were in the storage unit and the lights kept going off on us. I would also recommend better signage on truck returns we ended up going to the wrong side to return the truck and had to go all the way around to bring it in the right side. I had a 12:30 reserved 17ft truck and downloaded all my info last night. I arrived at 12:20, but did not check out until 12:40. This caused me to be late for all my pickups. You need to be at this location a half hour before the time you need a truck. Unfortunately, after teaching I wasn't able to get there any earlier. Usually, there are two people checking people out, but today it was a few minutes before anyone was checked out. The staff is nice and very professional, but overworked.douglas M.

I opted for remote pick up, that didn't happen. The truck had only a 1/4 tank of gas so I had to fill up right away. Poor customer service, poor directions on how to return the truck. Had to hunt down some when I did return the truck. Truck was fine, just poor customer service.LAURA M.

The return of the truck process was horrible. They overcharged me for gas that they werent suppose .SANTOS C.
Luciano primarily & I believe Kevin were great. Luciano helped convert the absolutely useless mobile pickup truck share thing that didn't work to a human rental and got me on the road as soon as he was able. The mobile pickup was telling me my work number was the same as my own number--not the case. I then in chat 'help' (use term loosely), was told they couldn't verify. Well, they never called. Just 'couldn't verify virtually.' Well, I am really, not virtually, living & wrote my employer's number in chat, even woke him to be sure he'd pick up, but U(HAUL) never called. Complete waste of time, energy & my pissed off boss is what I got out of the supposedly no hassle mobile pickup. Digital pickup 0 stars (unable to complete) Virtual 'help': 0 stars (unable to decipher 605-5449 is different from 714-0192 & no verificaton call ever made) All other stuff & in-house customer service: 5 emphatic starsBRENDAN B.
Make sure the person getting the truck ready for the customers knows if they are doing self check-in or if they need to be helped. Otherwise, the customer ends up waiting for keys.JANET K.

The only issue I had was I was charged overnight fee. The truck was returned before 7:00 exactly at 6:57pm. I called and was told that the funds will be returned but it shouldn't had be charged because there was still employees in the buildingJULIA M.

I was not ever told that there is a few for 24 hour storage so when I got there it took about 30 minutes to even get to the point where I had access to the storage. I have an upstairs unit and the ramp up is impossible. Spent over an hour trying to get my UHaul and trailer back down off of it. I had to use the restroom in the facility and someone was there listening to music, sounded like a party. It was overall just way too much for me.Montoria M. | Online Move In

The app didn't work when I checked in, however, so I wasn't able to go through the checkpoints on the truckâ€¦and noticed a headlight was out after leaving the lot. There was a single employee present and a long wait to be helped. Once I was assisted during checkout the employee was so rushed that he couldn't process my transaction properly. He offered no information on how to access my unit. I attempted to access on my own immediately after being checked out and I was unable to access any of the doors. I returned to ask why and found out he never processed the transaction. I then had to wait again for the single employee to come back from 'hooking up a trailer' which was partly true, the smoke break being the other.. Then this employee was unable to read credit card numbers on his own, I had to repeat phone numbers and card numbers repeatedly over 10 mins for him to finally be able to actually process the purchase of the unit. I then had to ask him multiple questions on how to access, where the unit was located, etc. as he offered no detail proactively.nick k. | First Impressions
Veronica was very polite and helpful. She even gave me a water bottle after I asked if there was a Coke machine. (I was extremely thirsty after moving everything into the facility on a warm, humid day.) My only suggestion for the facility would be to put in a little ramp of concrete to cover the big bump at the threshold between the parking lot and the indoor storage facility. There's a big bump whether you go through the large garage door or through the small door next to it. This makes it difficult to push a fully loaded cart over that bump and into the building. I went to drop off my stuff on the storage only to be blocked off by all the Trucks, so I had no access to the drive up ramp not only that but, there was a lock on my storage unit that I did not have the key to so I couldn't take anything in it even if I wanted to.
