I have rented trucks several times from this location many times with no issues. This time the truck was not real clean and a/c was not working properly. One of the staff members could have been a little nicer but maybe he was just having a bad day. Everyone else was wonderful and otherwise everything went smoothly. I will definitely keep renting trucks from here and not let one less than optimal experience and minor issues change that. I do recommend this location.Nathaniel B.

The two guys that did our install were very knowledgeable about the trailers. They realized I was switched into a larger trailer that would have been too heavy (when full) for my car to pull. So they made sure that I was put in one size smaller to ensure a safe experience.Alexa M.

Because of the location's topography, exiting this location is very difficult. I would recommend perhaps reconfiguring the entrance/exit of this location to make it easier for people driving/hauling large trucks and trailers to get back on the road.Daniel M.
The trailer had rocks on the floor. It didn't take me long to sweep it out, but I don't think I should have to clean it before I use it. The staff should be trained on proper safety with trailer removal. My tailgate was dented because the wheels weren't chocked and the trailer rolled when it was pulled off the ball. Staff member also cut her hand trying to stop the trailer from rolling when she put her hand between the trailer ball hitch and the tailgate trying to stop it. I had to push the trailer back so she could get her hand out. This is unacceptable that your staff isn't trained for safe trailer removal. Luckily, her injury and the damage to my truck wasn't worse.Michael R.

Truck seemed very old. Employees were as helpful as they could be.Rachel F.
There was a young lady there a around 4:50 pm that had a very nasty attitude. We were met out side by the lady yelled at that there was no storage available before I could get a word out she stormed off as I told her back that we had a reservation and was that now not available as well. She did not responded as she continued to enter the store and help others. I/we continued to ask about our reservation as she and another young lady contiued to act as if we were not there or even talking to them. The other young lady finally attempted to help us by walking off then returning 20 mins. later with info about our reservation (which she never mention she was going to do) and helped us and showed us to our unit. So if my comment is really impotant to you I would suggested hiring someone with a better attitude, willing to admit error and who's welling to help and not cause and issue where there was not one to start with.Ronald G.

This management team which was here today between 5pm to 5.45pm when I dropped off the tracks , is waste team I have ever dealt with, very terrible and racist, which corporate could call me on 412 680 7841, PatPatrick M.
The employees at this location were very helpful on advising what size truck would work best for our needs. When we returned the truck back to U-Haul Jessica waited on us. Jessica cared about her customers and it showed in the way she treated us with respect. We would definitely rent from this location again.James V.

This Uhaul location has a 'Rodent' and 'Rat' problem. I scene a very large 'Rat' when I moved out. These units are not sealed. Meaning rotten and rats can move from one unit to another. You can smell the malt balls odor throughout the storage facility. The facility looks clean and orderly. Please request and ask to see these units. To see my points. I can't recommend this facility to anybody. They certainly have a rat problem at this location. This is the honest God 'TRUTH'.Kenneth B. | Overall Experience

My unit had mouse droppings in it. When I showed Jessica, she said she would have some one clean it. Whoever cleaned it didn't clean it all up. There were several locations in the unit with mouse droppings. I loaded my belongings on one side of the unit and will see if someone can clean the remaining droppings. Or I may do it myself. I know many storage units have mice, but at least TRY to make it look like you don't. . The locks don't work well on the units either. I have to go back up to have them drill a bigger hole so the lock actually works. The unit should have been cleaned and inspected before I checked in. I wish I could say I'd recommend it, but I can't right now. Fortunately, I will only need it for a few months. If this were going to be a longer term rental, I think I'd look elsewhere.Robert J. | First Impressions

No one explained to me that there were steps to get to the unit which we found difficult but our main issue was the height of the unit. We had a truck full of furniture that would have been too tall to fit in this unit and also a fridge. I was never told the type of storage I was offered was short. So only a small load of stuff was brought there. I had to rent another place Saturday from A normal style storage unit. The uhaul storage was free to us however the unplanned mileage put on the uhaul truck cost me extra money. I will be contacting uhaul about this because not only did I have to rent a unit elsewhere I now put an additional 20 miles on the truck. I made several trips to move out. Once, the sliding doors weren't opened. This was around noon, so it wasn't because it was off hours. This made it very difficult to move out using the door, which is down a narrow hallway. I called to let them know it was locked and waited on hold for over 15 minutes. Apparently, you get kicked over to a hotline when you call. She was no help, said to just go inside and tell them. I said I will not, that nobody wears masks that work there, even though it's required by our Governor to wear them in businesses. Once, I came a little after 7pm, and access to the storage units were closed. Online and on the sign, it is posted that OFFICE hours close at 7pm, however it states that access to storage units were to be until 10pm. Wasted trip all the way down there. Because of that, I had to scramble to move out the day of. There is always junk in the parking lot, at least by the loading dock where I frequented. Because I made so many trips every day to my unit, I noticed some used band-aids a little further down in the hallway. They were there for days and to my last day, were still there. Everything is so dark and dingy inside, also. Rent kept going up. Once, I received a notice that they were painting, so they needed to raise the rent to keep it maintained. When they painted it looked fresh and new. However, it was not maintained. I noticed when I was moving out, that several holes were patched all around, but never painted over. So, all you see are all these spackled holes everywhere. Lastly, as I mentioned, nobody there wears masks. It took me over a week, making a total of 30 trips to move everything and so I saw several times throughout the week of employees talking close to customers with no mask on. Whether it be showing a customer a new unit inside, behind the the counter at service, or them showing or receiving storage trucks from customers, they never wore a mask. I saw all customers wear them. There is even a sign in their window to please wear one upon entry. I understand it's inconvenient, I know, I moved wearing one the whole time. Some days were very hot, and yet I kept it on for respect of others.ARAM DAVID P. | Overall Experience
The unit was clean, but I was extremely disappointed to find that my large storage unit was located on the 2nd floor with the only access to the unit was to carry large, heavy items up steps.
