I would say this is the best location to rent truck and storage space. The staff all worked together to assist the customers. They were fast, knowledgeable, eager to help, explained things in details and very friendly. It was a great experience. I did not expect that. I have been renting trucks back to back for the past several years. I have been relocating and moving, basically in a year basis. I also rented a truck this past summer to move furniture for a tag sale. This location, by far, has been the best. Good business!MARIBEL V.

Have the staff pay attention to their customers. I was charged for 2 trucks when only renting one. The staff were having inappropriate conversations in front of me. My only issue was I needed it on Sunday and emphasized to the attendant how important it was that I only had one day of helpers to help me move the stuff in but when we got there they had forgotten to remove their lock from the storage unit and the place was closed. So I had to pay a crew to come out again the next day and bring my belongings. But it's a nice storage unit,the price is reasonable and it's very clean. The return process was a little difficult, especially the after hours drop off. There was no help, not even internet service and so I took pictures of the vehicle and left. Now U-Haul is going to charge me more money for failing to close out my account. There was internet connection to their website and tapping the AA in the upper left hand side of the web address. The truck was in very poor condition, ran very rough and had a broken rear view mirror which made backing up dangerous . When I returned from a nerve wracking drive I was told they knew the mirror was broken and it will be replaced. They went on to explain that as long as the broken pieces had not fallen out the truck was rentable. Terrible customer service. Large flag out front stating "Fuck Biden". I didn't fill the gas and I new I had to pay for gas they said I had to pay for 6 gallons I only drove 28 miles seams like an awful lot of gas for 28 miles.The people were very pleasant. I used to be a dealer many years ago and the tank had to be full that way no questions about the amount of gas it takes.DENNIS V.

The staff working appeared to not care about their jobs or the company. My drivers license was never checked, the woman checking me in literally said â€œwhat everâ€ repeatedly while processing my rental. When I came back, I asked if I had to complete a check in process. The woman actually asked â€œit still runâ€ to which I replied â€œyeahâ€ and she said ok. Their was ZERO professionalism in the location!!!Lawrence L.

I rented a 15 foot van. Dash had check engine and check gas cap messages. Brought to attention of attendant and told not to worry. Got on the road and saw gas gauge 1/8 below full. Wanted to stay on schedule and did not go back to center. Returned full at a drop center 170 miles away. The drop site did not care the the tank was short 6 gallons from the pick up site. The van did get me to my destination safe but I was aggravated by service lights and being shorted on gas.Andrew C.

Worst customer service I've had from any place of business that I can remember. Younger adults working desk were less than attentive to customers, and seemed to have more interest in conversing with themselves than in helping with any customer in line. During my return, there were two employees behind the desk, with only one helping customers, and the other on his phone. Line of customers, but no interest helping. We reserved a 26 foot truck so we could move the contents of our apartment and storage unit in one trip. When we went to pick up our truck, we were told that the 26 footer needed to be serviced and that there were no 20 foot trucks available, so we were given a 17 foot truck, which resulted in us having to make 2 separate trips and prolonging our moving process by about 4 hours. The manager was helpful and assured us we would receive the $50 reservation guarantee credit within a few days, which we did, but the extra mileage cost negated that credit.Justin D.

Customer service at this location was unacceptable I had to wait in line for service for over half an hour when a reservation was made. Too many people not doing any job at all. I would not suggest a location for a unit rental right now. There needs to be a supervisor or manager on duty at all times since employees are not responsible enough to do their jobs.TISA G.

The truck had issues starting, the visor was broken and in our vision, I was overcharged and we are just not happy at all with this location. And to make matters worse, I got a call today asking where the truck was and we dropped it off Sunday at 10am!! Very unprofessional. We even tried to go in to get the rental and the line was super long, we did the app sign in and that was a process. People kept giving us misinformation, telling us to look for a lock box in the parking lot, I felt like I was on a roller coaster. WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION.Ian H.

Overall the vehicle got the job done, staff was excellent, the vehicle had sever mechanical issues and will most likely leave a customer stranded soon, uhaul should consider a better safety inspection process when determining vehicle road worthiness, a simple test drive would help in that regard, the truck I rented in particular had bald tires, worn brakes, transmission concerns and the engine was hesitatingKyle G.

First U-haul truck had a flat tire when we went out to take it but they gave us a different u-haul truck. Was a little confusing the way they added two charges but then took one off. Then we had to extend for 7 more days and they were very helpful. The second charge was taken off our bank account and when we went in to return truck the final payment was charged to account. The U-Haul place was very clean and neat and the customer support was very polite pleasant nice professional and helpful. I would definitely use them again and tell my friends and family to use them as well.JOHN C.

1. Uhaul app is unusable (for andriod) 2. No desk staff, all staff were huddled around a screen in the back room, had to wait for someone to get to a desk, like it was an inconvenience 3. When asked where the rental was, didn't give any directions where to find truck, walked around 3/4 parking lot in 20 degree cold looking for truck 4. When bringing rental back, no one to greet at return lane waited 10 minutes, and burned additional gas that I put into the rental, was charged for the idle time of the rental 5. Worst uhaul experience so far, won't be using Uhaul again for next move.David Y.

Be sure to check-in when you drop off a vehicle that was rented. They allow you to leave it with out a final check-in, but that gives U-haul the ability to charge what ever they want because you waive your right. 7 miles over the trip I was charged an additional $65.00. U-haul should not be trusted to do final inspection without you being present. Protect yourself customers and be smart.JAMES C.
I was charged multiple times the WRONG price and then found out it was the assistant manager who kept messing up my original order. I was there for OVER an hour and then upon return the amount charged was SUPPOSED to be corrected and refunded and I was supposed to get a call back telling me how much would be refunded and never did. In July I rented RV Space 175, which was a 12 x 42 ft. RV space. Shortly there after I was transferred to Florida and had to check out of that space. After arriving in Florida my company canceled the relocation due to COVID and I quickly realized that I needed to contact the U-Haul location and reserve a space. I called and asked to speak with Tim or Mike so that I could explain my situation, but was told that the representative would send Tim an email with my contact number and proceeded to create a reservation for a 42 ft spot. My reservation number was 924074-00106151 and when my wife arrived yesterday the person at the counter said that my reservation could not be found, and there were no 42ft spaces available. My wife then was told that 37 ft space or there was nothing that they could help her with. My wife paid the fee and was told that there were zero gate fobs. I am beside myself as I have ALWAYS BEEN A GOOD CUSTOMER and I have no idea what went wrong. Gracias.William G. | First Impressions

The staff is very nice. Scheduling and reservations not so much. Had 2 reservations and no storage available. Apparent overbooking. Today I stopped by and was able to get a room. I have used UHaul before for RV storage. I have made my reservation in advance and my spot was held for me. Imagine my surprise when I walk in, on the day I am suppose to drop off my RV to find that I to be told that my reservation has been cancelled (turns out they only cancelled inside storage ones) but that my spot had not been held. This meant I needed to pick a new spot. This is a challenge for a mom who now has to back in an RV with her 3 children guiding her. Looking at and selecting a spot took 45 minutes, while actually getting in the spot took another 45 minutes. (This is in addition to my original stop to meet with the manager to select a spot when I made my first reservation.) If you are not going to maintain site selection, please notify customers of that in advance. In the past I used to make my reservations months in advance and my site would be held. This time it was not. Please do people the courtesy of informing them in advance if that is going to be the case.Renee E. | First Impressions
