The App is a bit buggy at times, like its hard to click on to check that we read the term of service. And when we return the truck, the App wont let us upload the picture for odometer. Every time we upload and click continue, it will ask us to upload again and again. The contactless rental concept is great, but actual execution has a lot to be desired.Chin L.

Make sure the gas tank is full before renting it out, or indicate how many gallons it takes per 1/8 tank. It was just above 3/4 and I ended up filling it up (spending my own money) because I had no idea how much it would take to get it back there.Andrew B.

Returning the equipment after hours was a little tricky because I'm not that techy but I worked it out. Instructions on web site need to tell you earlier that google chrome will let you take the picture of inside of trailer. Now that I know that it will be easier and faster next time.HOWARD M.

I use this location because it's big and they have plenty of trucks. The staff used to be friendly. The woman I dealt with when I went in yesterday wasn't masked and clearly didn't care to give good service. She seemed bored and displayed zero emotion. My complaint was that I did the order through the app so I wouldn't have to go to the counter at all (like it says on the website). Well, I had to go to the counter anyway, despite the claim on your website. She didn't care about anything I said and went through the documents super softly and quickly in a hard to understand accent. I just wanted to get out of there. I'll try one of the other locations next time. They're always professional and courteous. Truck was fine, but had A LOT of play in the steering. I liked that I could mention that when I checked the truck in online.KEITH V.

While I was at location picking up my truck with a good experience. Another customer was also at location picking up truck he reserved online. It was a different price when he got in office. The associate that was assisting him was not using good customer service. The customer said to her, i understand what you are saying and the associate came back & said to customer, I don't think you understand what I am saying. And she acted like she didn't want to find a solution for him. Associates need to find other words and phrases that are not negative or condacending!THELMA B.

The truck was clean except for bird droppings all over the front. This might have been caused by the truck being parked under a tree. The experience was good overall, but the process for reviewing the condition of the truck was a bit cumbersome. The pictures of the truck condition were hard to see, so I had to upload my own with comments about some pre-existing damage.Keith J.

I was informed by desk rep that the 10fthad 3 seats. It didn't and so my move was delayed having to drive the third person home. Then the online â€œvehicle pre-trip review.â€ was not easy to navigate. Please offer good old fashion customer service. Not everyone has high tech through their smart phone. You, like many companies, are making a big assumption that everyone has easy access. It's bad enough to make me consider another company. Often high tech programs waste time because the computer programmers are too close to the projects and know how to navigate-start asking older folks or people with limited computer access to test your website. You'd be surprised by what â€œyou thinkâ€ is easy to navigate.SANDRA W.

Customer service on Sat 8/7 at 3:30 PM pick-up was atrocious. No concern for courtesy, efficiency or foul language. The clerk was working outside because she didn't want to work inside anymore and the install/shop guy was working the counter. It is doubtful I will use this location again.HEATH A.

Line was an hour long, which almost caused us to automatically lose the truck. The online system shouldn't automatically free up reservations after an hour on high traffic days. Or at least the timer should be extended.Garrett W.

We have been trying to return our storage and one of the employees is very rude and unhelpful. When I let her know I couldn't get into the gate to retrieve the lock she stated I must for this current months even though we were returning the storage she the proceeded to argue about how it can't be released until payment is made and come back tomorrow when the manager has returned. The next day I missed the call from the manager and when I called back she answers the phone but denies the conversation and refuses to let me speak to the manger not only that she denies me leaving the keys with her and says I need to return the lock. She rose her voice, lied and now I have to go back up there to argue with her. I am nine months pregnant on top of all of this. The original reservation was with the location in Round Rock just passed the RRHS on 620. Even though I made a reservation, there wasn't a trailer for me. The GY working there was rude and treated me like I was an idiot. I have never had this poor of service renting anything. He was condescending and not helpful.
