Make sure the 24 /7 check in on phone actually works. Also that the truck is at least has a clean windshield. That’s a hazard! And make drop off easier and faster

This uhaul has the absolutely best customer service.i have had nothing but the best experience , I have been at this location for years, They all work as a team, with the best team leader Anthony. His asst Genelle is so amazing and helpful. I have a great respect for everyone, Carmen has a very straight forward and honest approach to Bussiness. They have treated me better than ever imaginable, The entire staff is always efficient, professional, respectful, helpful, and drum to the same beat. I can always count on the consistency of a professional team. I have no doubts that anyone whom goes to three points located in pflugerville Texas will receive ?? satisfaction. You charged me an extra $20 for overnight fee even though I returned my truck early AND with more gas than when I got it. Your app did not work for check in. Tried calling, sat on hold for 45 minutes. Tried to call the next day and could not get through all day. Would rather pay for movers than use UHaul again.

My overall experience was average but quick. The only issue is when it was time to help me strap my car onto the trailer, they guy basically told me the instructions on how to hook drive my car on the ramp and hook it up. But when I told him I was only he caught an attitude saying “well I guess I have no other choice but to hook it up”. The website clearly said that a staff member will assist in the process!

I don’t know why I was charged extra mileage when I delivered it to the exact location on the order. I would give a bit more of a buffer to return if that is going to be the case. I filled the gas a little more than expected and also returned early and still was charged.

I reserved the truck via the app but when I arrived had to wait in line because app didn’t work. Also your credit card pad didn’t work either. Nothing associated with technology worked it was frustrating and a bad experience. The employees were nice considering the challenges they had to deal with.

The person who assisted me was great but there was too many people there and not enough employees to assist. She had me use the online check on system which was horrible. No feedback on what I was missing. The system just kept rejecting and timing me out. It took an hour to get my scheduled rental.

Pet peeve cashier lied about the mileage price she said it was 69 cents per mile the bill came out to $0.89 per mile the vehicle do not have a ramp well I was not tall enough all we needed was a truck and you're not able to get a truck with a debit Mastercard no good

The rental network was down. I had to stand there, looking at my keys for my reservation for 45+ minutes because there was no paper redundancy to the electronic system. It caused a ripple effect that made me miss one appointment, and very late for the next.

Teach the employees who hook up the trailers to inspect their work before releasing the trailer to the customer. Trailer wasn’t hooked up properly causing the trailer to come off the ball hitch and hitting me when the car rolled up on the trailer. This could’ve been much worse. Truck could’ve got damaged and if I was driving down the road with a car in tow and it would’ve came off on the highway, I and anyone around me could’ve been seriously hurt or killed. Will never go back to this location.

This location was helpful, but the original one we chose was awful. I know the entire computer system was down nationwide, but there has got to be a back up system in place for when that happens. I sat outside the truck for 20 minutes waiting for verification before calling and being notified that the system was down. The verification process should take place WHEN YOU RESERVE THE TRUCK, not when you're parked outside of it waiting to get in. Sending pictures of your face and your license should have happened beforehand. It is frustrating and time-consuming to be put through that process when you're literally on moving day trying to get the truck.

Your front desk customer service was horrible !!! She doesn’t listen and she tries to over talk the client. She insinuated that I didn’t have a major credit card and even after I told her over and over again I did and that my bank DOES operate on the weekend ... she still didn’t listen .. I told her I needed to go home as my card was in another purse .. instead of listening she began to talk stating she needed to see my card ..the same card I literally just said I had to go home and retrieve. I recommend she listens before she opens her mouth ... her customer service ended when she felt she knew more than the customer .. which is often true but you won’t know until you shut up and listen to what’s being said .

Sign was fallen down. Signage wasn't clear. Attendee didn't stop to talk with me I literally had to follow him to carry on the conversation. Answers were accurate but short and to the point.

Prices are steadily increasing for the units, there are other places in town that are cheaper and have wider spaces in between units that make it easier to drive through when other people are moving.

While this facility was not at fault, disappointed with UBox, started to fall apart in transit, had to be power drilled back into place, we couldn't take to our home, belongings were drilled into.
