Stella SStaff was friendly and helped make sure the truck was ready to be loaded up. Drop off was a breeze despite the number of trucks they had returned over a holiday weekend. When the company didn't have a furniture or utility dolly in stock, the staff member provided a furniture dolly and rectified my order.
ZACHARY SBumper was falling off. Shook like crazy. Lock broke. I told the guy he said yeah it just came out of the shop with a new starter. Probably it's last run. I asked for a different truck. He said none available. There were like 50 there . Overall worse uhaul experience ever. Would not recommend this place to anyone
KATONNA LThis location needs more covered trailers. Our area is considered dry but when it rains, it rains a lot with scattered showers so we don't know which area of town will get rain while the other area is dry.

MONNIE DWe got there right as the store opened. The guy was in a very funny mood from the very start. He was very good and kind to us very truthful with us. He made sure that we had the best prices and knew all the tricks on how to make it a very good move.
JULIE PSal was and the young men there super helpful. They cared that I needed movers and referred be someone good and reliable. Much gratitude to Sal for letting me the truck in the lot for the next day movers would come and that is excellent customer service.
JOSE CUnderstaffed, definitely not a friendly welcoming visit however the man I did work with was kind and funny, the parking lot is gravel- very dusty/dirty/not good for moving vehicles where you put prized possessions, the app crashed during the drivers license portion, then it crashed during the pick up my truck portion. I will continue to use uhaul but I'll never return to this location

Keri SThis was a Saturday extravaganza of moving. I could spot the legend from amongst the forest of trucks. He came out slowly but with a commanding presence. Standing 10 feet tall was "Sal". A smile cracked across his face as he saw us waking up. What happened next was a blur of truck renting and supply buying. Out the door asking myself "did that just happen". Did I just deal with a legend?

BHARADWAJ JI had originally reserved a 10' truck at the Cedar Park location and I specifically asked if the 10' truck came with a ramp and lady I spoke to said "oh yes, all the 10' trucks come with ramps"!! But I realized it would be much easier to pick it up at the 3Points location. When I called 3Points they were very helpful and explained that the 10' trucks DO NOT come with ramps!!! Thank heavens I changed locations!!! I HAD TO HAVE A RAMP because of heavy furniture and three 71 year old women loading it, so I went ahead and got the 15' truck. The gentleman at the 3Points location was very nice and helpful!! Someone should visit or at least call the location in Cedar Park on Bell Blvd and give them a refresher course on what they rent and what comes with it or you're going to have some very upset customers!!!

ANTHONY SThe wording on when to pick up a rental vehicle should be improved. I reserved for 5 hours and the email said to be sure to arrive within a hour of pickup time because it won't be ready if you arrive too early. My reservation was cancelled because I arrived more than an hour after pickup time assuming it was only my own 5 hours that were getting eaten into based off that wording. Luckily the location was able to get me the vehicle again so kudos to them.
JACOB HMy friend came along with me to rent the truck. The customer service that I received was very poor from a black young man name Elie. He never asked if I wanted a truck with a ramp or without. The back of the trick was dirty. And after I return the truck a young Mexican girl waited on me. She charged me for two days with the truck, to which I only had the truck for one day.The truck came to only fifty some dollars. But my friend and I explained to her that I only had the truck for one Dat. She couldn't seem to complete my receipt. And asked her Manager Salvator to help her, to which she still charged me $72.23 for two days. Now I have to wait 5--7 days for my money to be refunded back on my Debit Card. What a mess and an inconvenience for me. I guess this is when you hire inexperienced people who do not know anything about Customer Service or how to count and treat a customer. I know my money better be on my card !
SHANNON GThe suspension wasn't very good. The ride was very bumpy and the seat was very hard. I have a badly bruised tailbone from it.
LANETTA NPeople did not service the equipment properly and had multiple issues. The desk employe told me I could drop off the vehicle anywhere and that it didn't matter. When I did I was charged a $70+ "wrong drop off" fee. When I dropped it off the website said that a employee was supposed to contact me to ensure that everything was good but I was never contacted and I was just charged the fee.

Kimberly SI have rented from Uhaul several times but this was the worst experience I have ever had. I booked my truck several days in advance and received a confirmation but when I arrived at 9pm and tried to use the mobile app to pick up my truck, I got a message that my equipment was not available. I tried to call and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. I tried online chat and got the run around. The agent was slow to respond and didn't help me. I finally got my husband to login instead and then the issue was payment. So we paid and everything worked out but it took us 2 hours to get our rental.

OROBOSA EBit of a line when we arrived (saturday is move day) but the guys worked right through it Trailer was hooked up with the ball/bar/pin from the shelf and I was out of there. Trailer worked fine, moved the bikes and returned with no issues. Overall a good show

NATHAN OWhen I received the car it had 1/4 of gas and they marked it as half full. I returned it with half the gas but had an extra expense of $25 that I hadn't planned on. Everything else was good and this is my favorite place. I let you know for future clients.
YANNIER MI first rented a 9' van because of the clearance in the garage I'm loading my stuff but then they changed it to the 10' truck which is fine. The day I picked up the truck, they didn't have a dolly that I reserved. I inquired twice few days and day before to make sure it's reserved and I was promised that it is available. How do they expect me to load the mattress w/o it? They could have at least have the courtesy to call and let me know so I could have find a dolly rental somewhere else. The staff in that office acted like they don't care. I WAS SO FRUSTRATED AND ANGRY EARLY IN THE MORNING. Need to change your management !

Armando HThe app is a little difficult to use. We signed up to take possession of the vehicle using the mobile app but we could not figure out how to do that. The app was not very user friendly. But the service at the location was very good.

Ana M | Overall Experiencestaff was extremely incompetent , rude and very disrespectful. My reservation for a drive unit was not accessible as it should be and was inconvenienced by this when moving truck was prepared to unload. Called the 1-800 u-haul number to verify and get reservation paid or okayed for move in, but seeing that this 3 point location is a "dealer", the more or less are independent of u-haul policy and guidelines, hence the reason why when I called the 1-800 number, they could not access or see any reservation account that I had. But was given the okay by 1-800 u haul to move in, because I was told that the truck I had was already rented out for the morning to another family, so I worked on unloading my belongings myself till 12 in the morning so as not to inconvenience the next family with their rental full of someone elses stuff still loaded on truck. I unloaded it and cleaned it out and turned in the key to drop box. The next morning before I was to go to location office, I had an emergency that took much of my morning, I checked my phone when I had the first chance and recieved a nasty message from the u haul location at 3 points stating that if I did not come pick up my stuff from location, that it was going to be throw into the dumpster and that I would be picking it up from in there if I did not get there in two hours, with two hours written again for added emphasis. I had to break off my emergency meeting, call the 800 number to advice them of this, drive back into town to save my belongings. when I get to location, I called the 800 number only to be told that 1-800 u haul has no control of this ' U-HAUL" business and there isnt anything they ( 1-800-u-haul ) could do for me and that I had to go into the office where I was treated inhumanely by the black woman with a severe attitude and nasty mouth whom only disrespected me over and over on getting her point across that u-haul has no business telling me what I could or could not do there at her location! Never in my life have I ever seen a what I thouth to be a reputable business represented in this manner and fashion! I feel even shameful for even attempting to do business here and will no longer ever set my eyes on this brand and will share my experience to the tee so that others may be warned of u-hauls business policy, practice and customer care that is non existent when even it comes at its worst from one of their one facility brandishing its own name, very shameful and u-haul does not even care to follow up with me to make sure that my belongings or even myself are ok,

The new girl wasn't properly trained and it showed as she did not know anything about any question I had and the assistant manager was trying to force me to do things I wasn't capable of even though I calmly told her I couldn't, she offered no help or solutions and only after calling the Uhaul hotline and having them speak to the manager was I able to get my unit hours later even though I reserved it in advance. They had a young male whose name I can't remember (starts with an A) and he was awesome, he should be running the place as he was able to locate a uhaul truck for me and had me driving off within the hour. The place is good but not the women in the store, she had a friend in there speaking loudly and using the speaker phone and talking to her as I was trying to give my information...very unprofessional If you use this place I hope you get the young man as he did business right

We had a storage unit for about 3 yrs. and the rates increased each year. I didn't see why since nothing change, no extra security, no lights within the unit or any extra maintenance.

I called the office and the guy who came keep saying he don't work on this side this is not his job, he works on the other side this was not his job. I felt like as if I was inconveniencing him or something. I didn't like that. Why wasn't the unit cleaned before it was rented to me? So what he did was left the wood in there , closed the door and gave me a different unit number to use. Not standard practice I'm sure.
