Don't call the customer and tell them the place you rented from screwed up the contract and now you have to pay an extra $400 because the employee there entered the information wrong.

I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH STORE OR EQUIPMENT.. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. BUT PRICE WAS RIDICULOUS!!! STARTED OFF WITH A 19.95 TRUCK ENDED UP SPENDING A TOTAL OF $100.00 FOR RENTING A TRUCK TO PICK UP A DRYER.. NEVER AGAIN!! THIS IS CRAZY!! THE WORST!! ILL NEVER RENT FROM U-HAUL AGAIN!!!

We went to this location for help when the door to the trailer would not open. The Pace Blvd in Pensacola location indicated they had never encountered such a dilemma ...(?)....but directed us to this Davis Hwy. location. Davis U-haul was SO very helpful...had to take a fork lift and shake our trailer to get the contents away from the door so it would open. ( Items were from our garage, remnants from a household move, so luckily nothing fragile was in the trailer.) Grateful Thankful. will be writing U-haul with commendation for two excellent employees, who used their best upbeat efforts on a hot day, when we presented ourselves with our problem unannounced. They represent the what U-haul should celebrate in their hires.

I dropped of the vehicle after hours (6p) in perfectly good condition... I was charged $161.00 without notification for a broken tail light. The paperwork stated they didn't see the damage until 3pm the next day (21 hours later).

Originally I was not sent to this location. My text confirmation was to the location at Creighton Street in Pensacola. There I was given the wrong time because they didn't open up until an hour later. The man working the front desk called me to move the truck and when I tried to explain that this was the location texted to me he hung up the phone. When I went back to the location he was extremely rude telling me it was my fault that I came to the wrong place and I had to move the truck immediately. Once I got to the Davis location the staff was great but I am disappointed that the original location given to me was incorrect which caused a huge inconvenience, not to mention the man at the Creighton location being so rude.

I had made reservations about a month in advance. I needed some of my pads a day early and they were very accommodating to do this. However, When I arrived for the truck and dolly there was quite a line and had a long wait to get waited on---I was kind of ok with that and understood ( not sure why they did not anticipate that). The truck was ok, but they could not find the dolly, after asking me to look and finding none I was told they just did not have one and my charges would be credited---I then left and have not received my credit yet!!!

Although the people were very nice when we picked up and dropped off the vehicle, the overall experience was terrible. At the very end, the "computer" could not even find our order so it took a long time to get it returned. Definitely would not recommend U-HAUL

Truck was dirty inside and out. Truck was supposed to have 1/4 tank of gas, but when I drove off the lot it was on empty. Had to return to the location; after checking the truck, the clerk said I'd be credited for the gas purchase, which caused me to expend extra miles and time for an extra gas stop. When my email receipt came, the credit wasn't there, so I had to call the location to get the credit. Also, truck had safety warning light on for low tire pressure; clerk claimed there was no problem but sometimes they just forget to turn off the light. I've been a regular customer of this location for 4 years; I don't plan to return.

Overcharged for gas after I returned the truck with the appropriate gas as before. Service was extremely slow. Representative called me three days after I returned the truck asking when I was going to return it.

I rented a 20 ft truck, and was told that I would get it for the price of the 17 ft. Because they no longer carry that one and the 15 ft would be to small. But I still ended up paying full price, which I don't mind but don't tell someone one thing and than charge them another. Other than that they customer service was great!

I have rented three trucks/trailers so far this year from this U-Haul store. Every time I check out it takes take thirty minutes or more, the employees are spending too much time having casual conversation with the customers while there is a line of customers out the door. It seems to me that the check out process could be shortened. I believe that you are loosing business due to your lengthy check out process.

The ONLY gripe I have is that I had to wait 30 minutes to rent my Motorcycle Trailer. Only one employee. However, Heather was VERY Professional and Polite and the actual transaction went very smoothly for a Friday morning. Many more people were standing in line behind me as well. The Manager came in just as I was being waited on. With all that business you might want to hire more people. I will be back. Return of equipment was not as time consuming. Very Professional Staff. Upsell! I used to be broke, and I used to work in retail. So I understand why retail workers are reluctant to upsell customers. But I'm not broke now. If I had listened to the customer service rep, I would've reserved a 10' truck instead of a 20'. I got the 20'and wound up using every inch of that truck! I also would've gotten the appliance dollies if I had told the differences between the two. Also would've purchased plastic coverings too. No worries though. I came back and got all the stuff I needed. And the customer service reps were all polite and great listeners.

Listen to the customer instead of being a know-it-all jerk. When I made the appt I tried to tell the guy I had the LED light package on my Jeep but he wouldn’t listen and kept blowing me off. As a result he ordered the wrong harness and now I have to wait and make another trip to get the correct one installed

Our sales rep Khajhklil Wilson saved the day. After attempting to deal with two "independent contractor's" for U-Haul, the main store on Davis Hwy ended up being our final pickup location. I was very frustrated with the first independent contractor not being at the store to complete the rental transaction. Khajhklil calmly worked with me to get the trailer I needed to complete my trip from Houston Texas to Clearwater Florida that night. I really appreciated his assistance in completing my rental.

Recommend baiting "critter" traps more than once if a unit is rented for a long period of time. Improve the security system...was not functioning at all.

The only problem we had was there was a water leak into the back of the unit and several boxes got wet and ruined a lot of cloths and bedding. Still going through to see what can be saved or trashed.

The call center and store are not on the same accord. Call center gave me a storage that was too small. truck burn too much gas or the needle is broken. I spent close to a 100 to drive to Panama City
