Terrible experience the girl called my several times a couple minutes after 5pm (closing) and I returned the calls not knowing who it was as no voice messages were left. I finally got ahold of them the following week and found out I needed to pick up my cash deposit (I was told a check would be mailed) I went in 2weeeks later as this location is not close (2hrs away) to find it was mailed to the delivery location given on the uhaul and explained the PO will not deliver mail not listed on the box she proceeded to argue and tell me I was wrong and recommended me to goto the post office. No deposit was delivered at the address and driving to the post office during business hours is not possible nor would resolve this issue. I requested to speak to a manager and was interrupted by her husband while she was attempting to call a manager and was told I was a liar that nobody would call at closing and that she always leaves a messages. I spoke to the girl 2 weeks previously to my trip to pick up deposit told her I was not local and said I'd come by to get it and it was mailed to an unconfirmed address without an attempt to contact me now that I knew what this random number calling me without leaving messages was I would've immediately called to confirm any information. I tried calling to speak to the manager and got the same very unfriendly girl who told me to call back after 1pm I called at 1:15 and got the same girl with an attitude and this stress and drama isn't worth the 100$.. all around worst experience and I'd rather pay more somewhere elce as I ended up paying 100$ more in the end.Kristen A.

Check equipment before the customer is there to pick up. For me, we did not know that the electrical harness on the tongue of the trailer, was broken. Luckily, there was another trailer there that I could take, but the customer coming later in the day to pick up that trailer was going to be out of luck.Bryan F.

That $20 fee for dropping a key into a box is an absolute ripoff and for that reason alone, I would not recommend your business. If you cancel the idea, and instead, charge a reasonable fee of $5.00 it makes sense. Otherwise, the personnel were A plus excellent. Thank you. Shila VWShila V.

When I moved out of storage and asked the manager to stop my next automatic payment, I was charged twice for a unit I no longer occupied. I called them to correct the error on the first charge, and she said she already noticed they mistakenly charged me. She said she already reversed the charge. The next day, I was charged again. Both charges incurred an overdraft fee on my bank account, and my account is still frozen. When I called to inquire about the second charge, she blamed their faulty system and said she noticed I was charged again and had already reversed the charges. When I asked her to cover the overdraft charges, she said the mistakes were not her fault and she is sorry. When I said my review would reflect poor service, she started yelling at me and I hung up. I'm appalled that they knew they had made mistakes but never called me to warn me about the unplanned charges to my account. The management at this facility is shady. In addition to the fiasco described above, we had rented a truck to clear our storage for which they overcharged us. They tried to up the daily fee of rental, and when we pointed out it was more than the amount stated on the truck, they upped the mileage cost to $1.29 per mile, stating that is the weekend rate. It all seemed very fishy. I will not make the mistake of trusting U-Haul with my business after this. I'd rather pay more for respectful, honest treatment.April W. | Overall Experience

Didnt receive my final receipt via email, but was satisfied with my experience. It would be nice if there was a 4 hour discount. I only had unit for 4 hours and put less than 30 miles on it. 80 dollars, plus gas... and Uhaul gets an opportunity to rent it again? Seems a bit out of balanceMartin S.

When I moved out there was a motorcycle blocking the entrance to the hallway that my storage unit was in. This made it extremely hard to move anything out especially my large boxes. I’m not positive but I believe it was the employee on duty’s who was also rather rude to me when I went in to say that I had vacated my unit. I took a picture that I can send for proof if i am provided an email address. Nothing! Romie and her team was so helpful! All have great attitudes and will do anything it takes to get the job done! Will be recommending this uhaul to all my friends and family. Side note I didn't know how to return the truck on line I called Romie she also didn't know the prosses told me she's never returned a truck through the website. I booked on line and was quoted a price but was charged more when I picked up the truck . They said they had to bi the truck as one way even thou6i booked online to return it to the same location. They said the price would adjust itself when i brought it back. That did not happen. You shouldn't quote a price online for booking and then charge something totally different on pickupDebra S.

Office was clean and professional. Staff friendly enough but not too competent. Owners dog sweet, but in the way. Equipment felt unreliable and old and dirty. The 1/4 gas tank policy is really inconvenient. Why don't you just require the tanks to be full? It would save stress and time to have to stop for gas once. We came close to running out and in the middle of a move, that is really unnecessary and inconvenient. And lastly, your website and app are not working properly. I did not receive confirmations from my bookings online and I never knew if something was being received on UHaul's end. Over all, it was a negative experience.Deanna W.

It started with the card machine not working. After the 4th attempt it finally went through. At least one time having to enter manually. It continued with after getting the card machine issue fixed, and receiving the van, I find out there is no parking for my car which I had to use to get there, and its suggested I leave my car at a company parking lot down the street or a gas station! I have never had that happen. And I do a lot of car renting. The office person did drive the van to a parking space at the gas station and I followed, but come on now. The final issue was I didn't get a receipt. I thought as they had my email, I would receive that way. Not so. As I live in a rural area, I can't access my bank account until tomorrow, so have no idea what the final charges are. I recruited help for my small move as all I could think about was my car getting towed for being parked where it was, and rushing to get it picked up. Not a good way to run a business. The two women in the office were nice. But as I told one of them, if I had known no parking, I would not have used them. So be aware!Cheryle T.

Love the facility and that they have a bathroom on site and dumpster to use if needed. Gate hours are awesome too except online it says gate access available until 10pm but the onsite person who lives there has said it's actually 9pm. When trying get help to ck in after hours I was told to leave my number and they' call back in 29 minutes. An hour later I gave up and went to bed. I was never called. The local help at the location was great with pick up and follow up!Dave W.
The attendant i rented the uhaul from was very impatient and rude, while we were in the process of filling out the information needed by the company, I questioned some of the process as i had never experienced it before,, she became agitated with me and told me " its not me that wants the information, I can't help what they want". I had to go back to get the furniture pads she forgot to give me she proceeded to throw her hands up as if she were annoyed, because I had knocked on the door that was immediately locked when I walked out. Then she started arguing with me that I had not paid for the pads, which I did check the emailed receipt to ensure I had before reapproaching her, as I was already hesitant to go back and ask, because of my already unpleasant encounter.Chandra T.
