I always go there and customer service is excellent but today there was a new person that attended me did not take pictures of equipment/trailer or made sure that everything was set probably just walked off on me. Also I Am very upset because I told her I think my card was being over charged when renting and she said I can go somewhere else cursed at me and treated me very unprofessional in front of other customers I am still very embarrassed and felt like I was being discriminated. Definitely not someone for customer service.

Hello, my experience with this location workers was absolutely terrible the person whom cancel my order of 20ft truck should be fired , i set my truck a day ve iré , i clearly said I will pick up the truck late is not approval at all , no excuse to cancel , do yourself a favor fired that person who cancel my truck just because she feel like , I had a very hard time with the very small truck I did 10 trips and had not ramp , fired the supervisor, NOT GOOD FOR YOUR BUSINESS, my # (862)686-0957Dr.Robledo

Clean the equipment better before renting. Driver side seat belt clicker needed repairing. Side view mirrors difficult to adjust to proper level. Cup holder needed repairing. Person at rental desk was good.

The truck was clean, but it was poor maintained. The Heater did not worked. While driving the truck felt like it was drowning. It was not a comfortable ride. And the lock was not able to lock. When I returned the truck and complaint the staff member couldn't do anything about it.

Associate gave me a trailer that couldn't hook up to me vehicle and then proceeded to give me another trailer. To only call me 30 minutes later to notify me that she accidentally gave me the incorrect one and that I would need to bring it back in 30 minutes because another customer was scheduled to pick it up. I already had my vehicle loaded up so I had to unload the vehicle and head back to switch for the correct one. When I was a block away from the location I was called to notify me that I didn't have to bring it back anymore. I wasted a total of an hour and a half of my allotted time. I asked the associate to extend the time I needed and she stated it was okay with extend to 6pm. I was then called by her manager stating that I had to return the trailer by 4:30 because another customer was scheduled to pick it up. I was 2 hours away from the drop off location and I had to stop what I was doing to return the equipment. Very unprofessional.

Vehicle was dirty inside, there was long line to get to register even though we booked on line, vehicle was returned low on gas so that also created issues in route, rep at register was efficient and courteous- just took forever to get to him.

I purchased and had a trailer hitch attached to my Lexus. The service from the reception to the completed job was excellent. When I arrived at Here I was advised by Kevin to Move the truck to the front of the store. However I was unable to move the truck as someone was backing up a trailer and blocking us at 6:45 pm. We then went around the front and moved the truck and parked behind another gentleman dropping off a vehicle. Kevin attempted to assist me in dropping off the vehicle and doing a remote drop off with my phone at 6:50, we were unsuccessful in completing it and he believed it to be due to us having issues with our drop off location. He advised myself and my husband to simply “give him the keys, we were all set, it wouldn't be an issue with a late fee (since they are open until 7) and he would work with his manager in the morning to trouble shoot'.” I have a photo of our truck being dropped off in front of the Passaic uhaul at 6:53pm BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED OUR RECEIPT Last night. We left the Uhaul before 7pm. This morning, at 11:40am I received a receipt for an additional $185 on my original $195 rental. Uhaul has charged me for an additional day of use and coverage (since I opted for usuals coverage). I am also being charged an after hours fee, though we were there, handed over the keys and left before 7pm and refueling today 3/4tank of gas. Theres also additional tax fees on the receipt that are not labeled as to why they have been accumulated. I have spent 45 minutes on hold between Passaic (to discuss why thought it appropriate to charge for an extra day of use when the truck was dropped off before BUSINESS END WITH KEVIN) and Uhaul to confirm. Not a single person has answered.

reservations are booked too close together. if one customer is running late, then theres an issue with the other customers. uhaul should not book reservations so close in time between customers
