How can I say this... it was just super easy and simple. I almost thought something was wrong or missing because it was so easy. The guy helped when I didn't understand the mobile feature and when dropping it off, the young lady was entertaining to deal with. My experience was awesome from here.

As a customer I think for the money that they’re charging they should get some newer storage spaces because the storage spaces look kind of old.Other than that everything else is pretty good I really wish I could’ve been at the climate storage but that was a little bit too pricey so I just one with the lower level which is the regular unit

I let the attendant know the vehicle I rent was dirty and was some grass( look like weed ) had the smell. he didn't bother to check on it. I never expect this from this location.

You could let customer rent cart dolly. They would be helpful with a truck full of boxes. I've rented from you many times at this location. I've never had a problem & your people are very knowledgeable about what size truck I've needed.

Really nothing well I couldn't find anything it was fast convenient professional it was a great experience for me but you know what talking about improving I was paying cash and well with that I was only able to get the basic insurance but the plus insurance was only with card that's about it but overall GREAT!!!!

The women working the front desk was very unprofessional when it came to answering questions. We had questions that I'm sure most first time customers may have about the equipment and she rolled her eyes at mom for asking how we can submit pictures of damage on the truck. The young gentleman that was in the brown uniform was very sweet when we came back to return the truck. I don't usually write reviews. But as someone who also works in customer service, this was not acceptable. I will NEVER come here again nor recommend this to any of my family nor friends.

I rented a car haul trailer for a 700 mile 3 day trip. The trailer was in excellent shape and towed great. The only drawback was the price of "one way rental" , so I had to tow the empty trailer around for a day and then all the way back home, but even that was an easy tow. I will definitely use these services again.

The ramps on the dolly were almost impossible to pull out and then even harder to put up once we were done with them. It took 3 people. The safety chains that you put around the control arm were covered in tons of thick grease, and the ratchet assemblies haven't been cleaned or lubed since they were new. A little preventative maintenance would go a long way. I understand that this is a small item and not as important as a truck, but I will honestly remember this worthless trailer more than any bad truck rental.

Don't report your customers to the police that vehicle is stolen when it wasn't. As well as lie to your customer over he phone saying they reached out to the police to handle the matter to find out the next morning from a manager that it actually wasn't. I was put at risk for a felony charge for something I just paid you 2,400 in rental fee the month before and have receipts.

Return to the previous policy of allowing the $19.99 a day rental for the 8 ft pickup to be done with a debit card. We have rented that way previously through your company without a problem but was unable to do so this time which forced me to upgrade to the 10 ft box truck which added approximately $80 to the original bill.

My storage experience was great! The guy I dealt with was thorough and very nice. However, check in 4 my uhaul vehicle was HORRIBLE! The website would not upload my pic on step 5 of 5 and after being on hold with uhaul's corp office for almost 45 minutes, I took a screenshot of the page and dropped the key in the drop box! Now I have to get up at 7am ro call the location!

Everything here was fine, had no problems getting my stuff in and out, until I had to deal with the staff. The staff is lazy in doing what needs to be done in a timely fashion. Even after leaving the unit, Calling ahead of time TWICE, to make sure I'll be taken out of the system, my card still gets charged and with an added late fee?? When I call the guy on the phone he says "we're probably too busy to do a walk through on the unit. " wow, how reassuring..

The staff was so friendly and helpful! I had an indoor unit and the halls were very clean, no sign of any pest activity in my unit. They had a controlled access gate they removed, but my stuff was ok.

Facility is ok enough. They get really busy and overwhelmed. My negative revolve around one particular staff member who would always disappear. Left me standing there 40 min upon move out. Not cool.

During move out some employees were going into each empty space for maintenance and each entry they made caused the alarm to go off. Just a suggestion that they should be able to do this quietly.

There were roaches all over the place and it also smelled of urine.. I paid extra to have 24 hour access and yet the sliding door to my building was ALWAYS locked after closing time HUGE inconvenience
