My truck was over an hour late arriving even with me scheduling the rental weeks in advance. One of the staff members drove to pick up the 26' truck and it only had 1/4 tank of gas in it. Although the staff member gave me a $50 credit, it didn't cover the expense of putting gas in the truck to start the move or the time lost to load the truck.

Phones should be answered if two people are on duty. I went through customer service and they sent a message but they told me only one person was on site but it was two and no comments on site other than me and I still had to leave and walk in the building. But glad he was able to help.

Stop passing the buck. One rep ought to be able to correct an error without sending you to someone else. Telling a customer I can't fix your problem call customer service, and then you wait 90 minutes till your call drops with no problem resolution is a complete send off. If you want to improve, START THERE. Increase your reps AUTHORITY to correct mistakes. It shouldn't take going all the way to the CEO.

You should have another key to each Uhaul.I can't believe that no one isn't exhausted when they just finished up cause everything's a charge and accidentally shut the door and because everything was out of their rental truck.I want to dispute this because the trucks been returned clean and $12 went to almost full tank when she said close enough.If I had the $14 insurance would it have covered it?

I was overcharged for milage. I only put 8 miles on the truck but was charged for over 30. I alerted the manager immediately and sent him pictures of the milage as proof, but he has not replied or refunded me. The truck also smelled really bad.

When I dropped the truck off the gas reading was a half tank. Now my charges say $31 and change for gas. The attendant did not check the truck right away and now I feel I should have waited until he did! I was already under miles and expected more money back not to pay additional funds

you need to improve on parking our car there and before we came back somebody have damage it. something must be done on that one. My car was damage where I park it before I came back, the people there and supervisor did not do anything to it. I'm still on it and they did not allow me to talk to supervisor. Worker there told me that there is camera there which they refused to show and look for the person.

Get your stuff together U-Haul. Bad truck with check engine light that popped on during a long trip between states. Didn’t get the truck I originally reserved an entire MONTH in advance. The storage unit I requested a month in advance wasn’t available either. There is a pandemic and THEY DIDNT CLEAN THE TRUCK AFTER THE PERSON BEFORE ME. The previous customer pulled up and they told me that this was my truck. Worst experience ever. Who cares about convenient hours. Who cares about a near facility if you can’t get my reservation right after an entire month. Never again U-Haul!!

I was happy with U- Haul staff however during the corona epidemic I could not enter the building without wearing a mask lights is completely understandable but when I got in the building nobody else had a mask on none of the staff had mask on so why not understanding what the situation is also outside the building people were parking everywhere walking everywhere and your staff outside the building there were tools all over the ground air hoses everywhere I've tripped massive x almost fell and nobody said or did anything about it and I know there's a lot of people in this world these days if they get hurt on your property they will sue you I would recommend U-Haul to a friend however when I clean my unit out there was rat feces everywhere I was told I have to sweep that out that's not what I was storing that's not my garbage I didn't bring them there I know I didn't and I even put repellent and stuff down before I move my stuff in so I'm not understanding what I'm supposed to do I have to clean everything but I put in there again everything and that's costing me money and time so I paid to store my stuff there and then when I get it to where I'm moving to I have to open everything outside shake it and then clean it and make sure I'm not bringing any mice or rats or bugs home thank you very much I appreciate U-Haul staff was very nice to me they talk to me with respect and manners and they were very nice thank you
