Nothing. Everyone was super friendly and understanding! They were out of stock of a couple of moving supplies I had reserved but they were very helpful finding a substitute and very helpful when I had to rent the truck for an extended period when the winter weather kicked in and delayed my moving progress lol which I really appreciated. TIRAN ELeft inner rear and left front tires need replaced. Truck bucked badly on not so smooth roads.

NANCY WIt is hard to find the office. Especially with where the entrance to the parking lot is. Perhaps get better signage for the office. Such as signs on the building direction you toward the office.

When I returned the truck I had mistakenly left 2 shopping bags behind the drivers seat. I went back the next morning and was only able to retrieve 1 with no explanation as to the whereabouts of the other that had about $16 of merchandise in it.
CATHERINE PIf you have an E alert someone should call you. I spent 50 minutes waiting to talk with someone and find there was no issues.Wasted a lot of time for no reason.
ROBERT FIt was an afterhours drop off and it was a little weird because i didn't know where to go or what to do. I just hope i did the right thing.

JOHNNY CI called in to reserve a motorcycle trailer. The guy said it was reserved. I even got the reserve number confirmed to my phone. Went to pick it up and they didn't even have in thier system. So the guy gave me a trailer I didn't want but had no choice. It was a bigger heavy one. And cost more to rent. U would think since uhaul dropped the ball, they rent the bigger trailer to me at the same price. NOPE NOT AT ALL! VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH UHAUL ON NORTH DICKSON IN KOKOMO INDIANA!!!

LEVI GRoad Side Assistance guy started a fight with my husband because he was being really rude with me and I told him to leave. The guy from the roadside company called me a bitch and refused to leave the property so my husband pretended like he was calling the cops to remove this guy off of my property and he swung at my husband. My husband obviously retaliated and defended himself. I recorded everything. They picked up the UHaul from my house because I didn't feel safe driving it as the mechanic from roadside just put oil in it. (I called because it had a serious oil leak). They kept $100 bill from me and my husband and we didn't even get to use the Uhaul because we picked it up at closing time. Will pursue legal action.

Hung up and then no one answered which pushed me to the phone Que. Live chat refunded dollie , but didn't note on my account so I was charged $120 for missing Dollie's. That I didn't receive.

ZUQUIA L | First ImpressionsThe van was covered in animal fur and cigarette ash with a cigarette butt under the seat. Best recommendation would be to thoroughly clean the vehicles before renting them out and use some type of deodorizer to kill lingering odors
MARGARET SI rented a van for my son to utilize and called in for an explanation of the additional charges added to my credit card and to request a receipt. Willard was extremely rude, over-talked me, and hung up on me. Thankfully, UHaul Central Customer Support kindly forwarded me a copy for my records. I hope that others aren't treated rudely when asking for their final bill as he was more than kind and supportive of obtaining my business on the front end.
NATHANIEL RThe manager was nice when I signed up...the employee on the next day acted as if we were bothering him. the card access didn't work and we had to wait 30mins for the employee to unlock the doors even though we asked at 830am..he said he didn't open til 9am so he couldn't help until then.

I am giving this rating an excellent because of Willard, but your website sucks rocks. I have not been reimbursed for the huge overcharging that your website charged me. I would like my money back (minus the actual charge for the truck rental, that's yours), since it is my money and not what I should have been charged in the first place.
Mark RThe van I rented had no keyhole on the back door. You could lock it by pushing the button on the inside of the door, but could not from the outside. The entire keyhole was removed. Also, I would get the gas gauge checked. It seemed off.

For for what already paid in full then Chg of $1.28 ridiculous for what should of waved never explained yet did them a favor taking a larger vehicle cause was needed so they said to destination and would get additional $30.20 off and no refund showing on my C.C. this was a nightmare. Too many stories should not be this difficult and still no call back. Don't recommend this kind of services. Can't say I recommend this location when to many changes on their part after paid in full! Not even the right drop off sight!
