oscar W.Unfortunately, the person who used the vehicle, prior to me, smoked heavily while driving. I was not able to accomplish everything that I needed to do at the time. I got 10 miles to pick up some purchased items and got them home, but had to rest for 4 hours because of migraine and nausea. This left me only one trip to storage because of the delay. I was too ill to do laundry or grocery shop after that. Every effort was made by the Uhaul to accommodate me, but I have such a sensitivity to cigarettes and my body reacts severely to the smell. Sadly, no one can control someone else's self-centered inconsiderate and apathetic nature. I've had an overwhelming, positive relationship with this store over years of renting vehicles and will continue to do so. This is only the 2nd time in probably 6 years this has happened, but after this time, I will have to pass on any vehicles that were abused by the previous renters.

Jesus A.The original location on Paisano Drive that I was directed by to UHAUL when the reservation was made - that UHAUL facility was HORRIBLE. The technician was late arriving and they did not have a TOW BAR and BALL for purchase. I had to ask them to contact another UHAUL office in El Paso, which they did. They facility on Dyer Street was well organized, helpful, and had a TOW BAR for purchase. I would give the Paisano UHAUL facility a score of 0. I turned in the UHAUL to Eddies Repair Shop, Courthouse Road, Stafford, Va. The facility also rates a 0 score in my book. The administrators at the front desk were not helpful and just told me "drive around back and someone will help you." Well, I drove around back and waited 20 minutes until an elderly man and young man drove up in a golf cart and told me to move the trailer about 100 meter with my truck, which I did. I disconnected the chains and light adapter myself. The two men finally arrived and after much cursing between them (the older man used the term "MF'er" 3-4 times in my presence, which greatly offended me. I don't recommend Eddies Repair Shop for anything.
james I.Found a rat poison trap in the storage unit when I opened it. I get there needs to be pest control, but the box said "do not touch" so I had to move it to the hall with my foot. I hope no rats get my stuff. Access control panel also seems confusing in its messaging on the screen. I also don't like needing the card cuz it makes it difficult for movers or other contractors to access my stuff in my behalf.

Also it would be pleasant not to get attitude from a representative when you have questions and she is the one that Is supposed to be there to answer said questions.

JOSE LUIS V.Extremely disrespectful workers, upon picking up my uhaul the person at the register said that I fit the profile of someone that would steal the uhaul and was going to need an extra utility bill for proof of address. I told him I didn't see that anywhere online and his response was “ it's not but it think you might try and steal the uhaul so I need it or you can't take the vehicle†of course when I asked for the manager he was running 2hr late. Terrible location if I could give it negative stars I would.

Corey P.I would have put one star but the one of the staff was at least trying to help. I had all my things in storage while on rotation to korea. When I got back, I needed it for 5 more weeks. I paid two months at $160! It was only 5 weeks. If I only need the storage unit for 7 days, I should be prorated what I'm not using instead of paying a whole month for one week. Will not be using uhaul for storage ever again.

Highly recommend for anyone who wants to secure their belongings with peace of mind.

ROMAINE Z. | First ImpressionsMy unit was not properly sealed. As a result everything was covered in dirt. The staff was rude and seemed annoyed with having to do anything. Their were two employees that were pleasant but the manager especially infuriated me as he found it a good idea to play tough guy with me on my concern with my move out. Instead he came in and said do we have a problem! Instead of asking me what my concern was and how he could help me. Then he tried to justify his actions with my 84 year old father who also was not impressed with his way of his way of handling the situation. After this I decided it was not worth arguing with him and told him to stop talking and just close out my account. He then told me he could just just make me leave at which point I told him I would leave when my account was closed. His response was do you have an email to send me the receipt at which point I told him to just print the receipt and he said " you know what I am out of paper so you will just have to give me your email" I told him the go and get some "explitve" paper because I am not leaving here without a receipt! Low and behold the printer magically had paper in it and he printed it and I left. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I admit I was not kind to the manager throughout our interaction due to the way he came in and spoke to me and my father but if he would have handled it in a better way I would have left and probably just left it alone. Instead he chose a very poor path and as a result it is ending with not one but two very poor reviews on every possible site we can find to post a review on. And to everyone we know. This is not a reflection on All U-haul facilities as I have had many. But this location is very Poorly run.
