I would like to extend a heart felt huge thank you to manager John Sargent and counter person Comiller(I'm not sure on the spelling). I came in to there location with what I felt was a huge problem. I rented a 6x12 trailer from my normal location in St Cloud. I picked it up early in the dark not realizing the gate was not the same width of the trailer. I arrived in Tampa about 1.5 hours away to find out the equipment I purchased will fit on the trailer but not through the gate. So I went to there location in Tampa not having a good morning! After speaking with Comiller(spelling) she asked her assistant manager and he stated there was nothing he could due and that I would need to drive back to St Cloud or pay $450 to have the trailer I rented taken back. Comiller(spelling?) was not OK with his response of no help and called for manager John. John put me at piece with a simple statement of “we will figure this outâ€! He did!!! He made me feel that I was truly a valued customer! He rented me a new truck and a car hauler that I was able to drop off at my Uhaul in St Cloud. This his fix only cost me slightly more than the original trailer! I am beyond thankful. I hope this will get to Uhaul Corporate to let all know that you truly have two fantastic assets in John and Comiller! Please thank them both again for me!
The customer service provided from the time I rented the cargo van to the time I returned it was excellent, courteous and professional. Highly recommend and will continue to use their services when needed.
The first attempt >>>Waiting time to make a reservation or purchases is ridiculous. Should have employees who are more attentive towards customers and aware of such long lines and work faster and not standing around talking to each other. Over all the second time around was delightful.

My family and I have rented through this location a few times and we always use the U-Haul app to complete the reservation pick up. A few days ago we had a reservation and did our usual process through the app (which includes payment/ authorization hold process) but as I went to get the keys after we got dispatched the clerk told me that I needed to pay an additional $140...she was trying to argue with me, stating in order for me to get the keys that needed to be paid. What's the point of going through the app to do the process without ANY complications when we try to get the keys and this situation occurs. There was no need for any of that when ALL drivers. Information was confirmed through selfies during check-in process. I am very disturbed with this. This is the second time I have had the same issue.
Hire knowledgeable and polite employees
We rented a trailer and returned the same day, but our order (21921164) continued open until three days later. We have to call twice and wait close to 1 hour, on the phone, to be able to solve the issue. Regina did an awesome job helping us. In general the employees at this location are very helpful.
Staff was amazing and very helpful. Made the move in process very easy, after driving for 4 days all I wanted to do was get rid of all of my stuff and the trailer attached to my car!!!
Make sure that when someone request dollies for the truck that it's on the truck, make sure to inform your customer about extra charges that may be up before pick up of vehicle, and also give the option of how much mileage a customer would have to pay for don't just make them pay for a 100 miles then have to wait on a refund of money not used.

Returned truck here. Very nice signage that shows where to park, but staff were not near the return area so we were not sure where to put the keys and had to walk inside. Not a big deal though, overall it was a good experience at this location.

Uhaul is the biggest piece of shit company along with the regional manager to use for your transporting needs. I set up a reservation the night before and confirmed that I was going to pick it up at a certain location. I go to this dumpy piece of Shit location that was behind a used car lot and the guy was like sorry we don't have any trucks. I spoke with the regional manager and her bitch ass was like Um we called and left a message saying that the pickup location does not have trucks available. She was a snoody bitch and gave me attitude. Don't use this company. Aweful management.

The individuals were nice, but the service and follow up were awful. Apparently, the U Haul system can't distinguish between different types of trailers. I mentioned my requirements many times, from the beginning. Yet, I had to personally hustle to various locations to locate the correct trailer. Bad experience, but U Haul has a virtual monopoly in this kind of business and Can abuse their customers and employees.

The owner lacks customer service skills. He was very rude and felt like he was racial profiling because we were African Americans. We went back last night to get a bigger truck. The staff last night were excellent. She said she will not charge us be cause we waited so long, however the Renee Garcia charge us for upgrading the truck anyway. I am so upset I have a storage unit there to. Why should I be this way when I am a paying customer?
Please fire all the employees and hire new ones. First I was charged for insurance without explanation. Second after I returned the truck I was charged extra money for gas. (luckily I had a picture of the mileage) Third they tried to charge me for an extra 18 miles 👎. At 10 in the morning they were already tired.

COMILLER WAS THE BEST! She was honestly the only good thing that came out of the location! She was very patient, personable, and kind. She was assisting a new member of the team yet being attentive in order to resolve our issues as well as another guest. She had a great smile the entire time and made us laugh! COMILLER noticed how we had an issue with the first location and did everything in her power to make sure we were happy about our recent transaction. I would definitely come back with her assistance next time and hope she's there! Comiller again was amazing and she really knows how to handle guests and customer service!

When I returned my truck...the young lady who checked me in...charged me 237.00 dollars...for a dolly I did not have. .did not ask any questions at aall..I'm grateful for Camille she's agreat worker she went about and beyond to help me...your workers were sitting around laughing and talking while Camilla was trying to help everyone...the manager rode off laughing thinking it was funny...poor poor poor work habit at this location...you all should be ashamed

I requested an emailed receipt and the file does not open. I get message that file is corrupted. Furthermore, I was charged 3 times for a 2 day rental. And I still have not been able to get a valid receipt or the extra charges dropped.

I liked the picture app used to document how the truck looked at time of rental, upon return of equipment the sign says to stay with the equipment you are returning so I stayed sitting in the truck and was passed over because the person checking in returns didn't look for me

The storage facility was clean and well maintained and easily accessible. But the representative I worked with to check in was a bit rude when I explained that I already had a disk lock and did not need to purchase one. Additionally I was a bit confused with the insurance. I added it on for my first month and asked if I could take it off for the second to save a bit of money since for the second "month" as I will only be in the unit for three additional days. At this point I was told the insurance was mandatory even though it is billed as optional when I selected the unit online. It's completely fine if I need to have the insurance I was just a bit confused as that was the first time I heard it referred to as required.
The Staff was VERY helpful and understanding and helped me tremendously. These are hard times for everyone, and you all were more than accommodating. Thanks so much. God Bless!
I felt cheated by a unit with steel column taking up approx 4 square feet in almost dead center of my floor and was given a paltry discount which took 3 months to finally be given. And then when I was I think 6 days late moving out they tried to charge me for an entire month. Then Katrina told me to talk to Marcus to settle it , he gave me a price of half a month , a week more than I used , and then they sent me a bill for another half month even after I moved out a week before the half month I paid for . My worst experience with U Haul in over 50 years of dealing with them .

I did not like the three steps from the street entrance to the storage unit. It caused me a lot more moving work. I also didn't like the fact that you raised the price without notification

My unit was located in an no light zone. I went to get my belonging from the storage and there was a roach inside my box. All my boxes was left outside my home. Having to treat for roaches is no joke

Ive had a good experience, but find your $10 a month fee for 24hr access steep n inconveinent. Perhaps allow for 3 after hours visits a month before a fee is leveied or similar.

Delivery of u-boxes was not on time as promised. Office person stated was “too busy” to return my calls and “didn’t have the number of the delivery driver.” It cost me $135 due to 5 1/2 delay!!
This facility was great. The store I rented my trailer in grapevine was not it’s on William D Tate. I filled a complaint and after several calls they didn’t resolve my complaint. So sad!!!
So thanks for spamming my email with 136 emails for this review ._. Waited 3HOURS for the manager to get my box UBox. ONE guy in lobby did EVERYTHING. Manager rude & unhelpful. Jock was the real hero.
I would definitely store here again if needed.
