I ordered a U-Haul and when I arrived to pick it up they didn't have one for me. I flew in from Pittsburgh and took an Uber from the airport to this location and they had no truck. They made me wait while I had movers at my house. Then they said to take another Uber to a different U-Haul location 20 minutes away. No discount or anything for this inconvenience.JAMES B.

I have not called the location yet, but I was charged for use of the Utility Doll. I thought since it was in the truck use was included in the rental cost. I did not like all the App and or emails for all the transaction. Every time I went to open a link the link would be expired. Still this location is great!Debbie H.

You really cannot rate the location based on U-Haul's level of service as a company as MOST of the bad experience stemmed from your "Traffic" department. I was moving from Pensacola FL to Wisconsin. I made the reservation at one location I trusted only to find out two days before it was changed to send me almost 20 miles away into Milton FL to pickup at 3:00 pm NOT the 8:00 am I reserved as I had help lined up to help me load. Then the day of I find out it was changed again ONLY because I called the new location to find out that it was because of a reservation that was 15 minutes late in arriving so they cancelled it. Thankfully I got there as quick as I could to avoid any unpleasant encounter with the person who had made the reservation that was cancelled by U-Haul when they were 15 minutes past pickup time. Then I was sent to another location the next day to get the two dolly for my car. I'm going to chalk it up to COVID like everything else is being attributed to.ELIZABETH W.

This was my first time doing business with Uhaul. The Uhaul truck itself was in perfect condition in my opinion but the customer service was lacking. The gentleman I picked up the truck with was nice enough but not overly so. I'm not asking for an a** kissing.. The problem was the young man when I turned the truck in.. Mind you I turned the truck in early and with more gas than when I picked it up.. The young man was short and snarky for no reason whatsoever.. In today's climate it immediately makes me think racially motivated?? Especially that I had done everything right.. I told him he was rude.. I'll be sure to warn of the N. Davis Hwy store..Damita R.

Your people at Davis Highway, Pensacola made it a great experience. Super friendly! They made it very easy to rent and return a truck. Online try to rent went poorly. I thought it would be so much easier but it wasn't I just got hung up and said authenticating credentials for about 1718 minutes. Not what you want to see if you're super tired and you're ready to move onto the next step. Not sure why there was a hangup. Well the actual walking talking employees made the day they were fantastic! So overall not so happy with the online experience but I've always had a fantastic experience with dealing with U-Haul staff in general. Always a great experience thank you Uhaul!Octavio M.

One suggestion for drop off at this location to be more helpful, would be to have the exact address of the drop off location rather than this address. This address is for the U-Haul self storage units. The truck drop off location was a separate location 1/2 mile down the road across a major 4 lane highway. It would have been much easier to go straight to the exact drop off location rather than be directed to the wrong place frist. The U-Haul employee who directed us to the correct location was very helpful saying this happens all the time and is confusing.Wendy P.

I felt the charges were a little bit deceptive. $30 a day has an advertised rate, however there's that a per charge mile plus we have to refill with gas. Total about $70 for just a few hours rental.DAVID T.

Check in via uhaul.com was very cumbersome. They had to call two people to verify it was me. This took several tries before I was approved.John S.
Location and staff very helpful. Location significantly further than reserved location and truck size different than reservation. The time alloyed for rental was reduced by 1 day and despite having to travel to a different state to pick up the rental mileage allotment was not increased. This has nothing to do w the location and staff since reservation was made online. I did not receive notification regarding location change or other changes to reservation. I didn't receive a swipe card they have them but says most people loose them and don't really like the fact that I have to get out the car to punch in a code and then I was charged 5.00 extra a month to get a clicker when if the key pad was where I could drive up and punch in code and even if they had given me a card I still have to get out the car and then 5.00 extra for a clicker because their key pad isn't stationed where I can drive up and stay in the car in this day and time is like wow. And if the location is gate and key accessed but I can't access it 24 hours is ridiculous only 5am to 10pm and when I asked about 24 hour access I was told it would be an extra charge is ridiculous if they have cameras and gates why can't I access it 24/7Hannah W. | Online Move In
