Rented a tow. A bunch of plastic car parts on both ramps I personally had to clean. I reserved tow for 4hrs which only used for hour and a half and received multiple calls and emails that day and the following day on why I didn't return equipment. I literally told 3 ppl on arrival if I needed to sign or do anything everyone said no we see it. To receive calls and emails that night and the next.
BLADIMIL MGreat customer service and easy assembly with the app and the team members at the location. All ladies worked above and beyond even with unruly customers. Great staff, easy pick up and drop off.

Alejandro RStaff on site are unprofessional and do not support the app's guidance. Mobile pick-ups end up taking much longer because they are either short-staffed or simply do not follow the guidelines for customers who opt for the quicker mobile pick-up.
ANDREW NThe location and the workers were great however the Uhaul experience is not that great. It's very time consuming. Your app is very glitchy. You have the option to use the counter person for help but when you get there they still make you do the whole process through the phone and the app. This needs be easier and less stressful.

erasmo bI want to start by saying that the workers on the clock were great. They were very helpful and accommodating. The trucks however were pretty rough. Out of the three that I had, only one had about a 1/2 tank of gas, the other two were empty. One truck broke down 3 times before I could get to the entrance of the parking lot. For the insane charges/ fees, I expect a lot more from Uhaul/

JUAN PDid the inspection the app lagged and didn't let me complete inspection. Left me truck with no gas. Returned truck with gas and charged me for fuel and fee to refuel and lady working front desk was useless and no help should've avoided this ratchet location lazy employees

ORLANDO CI waited until 9 am the opening time for this location. Once I got there I was told that the system is down and I have to do self- check in on my phone. I could've done that at an earlier time and didn't have to wait until 9 am

Gary OWell to start, the location where I ordered the truck to be picked up did not have my truck there, and they sent me to a 2nd location, and the person in charge to pick up my truck wasn't there, so he sent me to a third location where I finally picked up the truck. However, it took two hours out of my day, and this is the third time I have had an issue with U-Haul and yet I continue to use them. So there are plenty of improvements to be made.
JOAO FI recommend informing the people working at the desk to instruct the customers where to pick up additional equipment. I was charged for a hand truck that I never received after I called and notified U-Haul on the same day that I did have the item.

James HHave employees do all checking in and out of vehicles. Mainly take pictures of the vehicles on U-Haul phone apps. U-Haul phone app might not work on all customer's phones. Problem I encountered. Thanks to the team for helping.

JAMIE HDisappointed that I was charged for 2 days. I returned the truck 2 hours past the time (10am instead of 8am) so I know I technically have no right to complain but as I only drove a total of 4 miles, I was hoping for a little leeway.

JOSE CAll the trailers had issues. One had mud all over the outside and the one I was getting was broken. I was then sent to another location , the second location said no one called from this location. I had to go to a third location. It was a waste of the day.

Despite customer service detailing an email was sent to me with the new pickup location, this was never received. The 2 day prior call also detailed the original pickup location. The morning of was a hectic mess due to this miscommunication & the regional customer manager was very rude and snarky. Truck was great however.

ANGELO FLet's begin by the rudeness.While we are doing our transaction the attendant begins to order her lunch on the phone in front of me. Then I notice she used her personal cell phone to take a picture of my id. Which seems very unprofessional and suspicious. I questioned it and she said it was through the Uhaul app. Still not professional but I said ok. Then I waited almost an hour to get the trailer out back because no one was willing to come help and take my paper work. And they were definitely staffed because there were at least 7 workers present. Then the attendant herself came out to put the trailer and confirm proper installation and leaves her cell phone on the trailer. Calls to see if I had noticed it. This place is definitely not the place for professionalism or customer service
EDER RVehicle was waiting for me ready to go. Staff was helpful and they even called me when I was a little late in the morning to see if there were any accommodations they could make. Would recommend!

Marco MThe trailer was useless. They sent me off with the brake lights and signal not working, also the straps were present but cut short and unsafe by the time I noticed and drove back I didn't get to load the car on to it or anything.
Louis SThis isn't specific to this location, ever here was great and helped me as much as they could, but the online registration process needs work. It's very glitchy and I spent too much of my day trying to get pictures of the vehicle and my license to go through. The entire registration process in general is tedious and excessive in my opinion as well.

I was charged for 2 months after my move out day and now I am receiving messages I that own almost 1,000 dollars. I have proof from all the times that I've try to contact this place and all the messages I've sent. Horrible

Upon entering the lobby of the office location, the visual display and neat organization of items, were very impressive. Extremely noteworthy also is the actual visual of storage unit sizes, relative to their projected measurements. Such visuals were unique and extremely helpful in the decision/selection process for this customer. It also made the whole process very expedient. Such was the case during my first encounter of reservation. The male [I can't recall his name] was very professional, but could have been more cordial; however, the process was seamless. Noteworthy also was how quickly he responded to other callers, notifying them of a brief hold, while completing my transaction in a timely manner. The storage facility was extremely clean, and the entry & exit protocols were also extremely satisfactory. The storage unit's alarm system provided great peace of mind. Nathaly, I must say is an awesome Supervisor. During my first encounter with her, not knowing her position, I was very impressed with her customer service skills as well--very personable, cordial, courteous, awesomely pleasant personality. She went above and beyond. These were just a few of the many attributes she personified, before I discovered she was the supervisor. Overall, beyond the snafu and misinformation, not caused by this facilit, I'm extremely pleased with the service I received at this Uhaul. Thank you!

Any issue I've ever had was never resolved and when I try to call I'm on hold for 20 min plus, if you look at my profile I have spoken to customer service on numerous occasions. Plus once my things were sold they told me that it wasn't worth anything. I had a brand new Queen sized bed and the frame. Someone is using the tv that was stored in that facility, activity popped up on my Netflix account. The Newark location has some nerve to still send me a bill when I KNOW things of value were in my unit. Jordan's, purses, artwork, pillow top mattress in plastic.

Aun estoy en espera un día más por mi reembolso de mi dinero el cual sigue un día más pendiente…….. me ha ocasionado problema en mi cuenta bancarias para pagar mis demás facturas….. recomiendo a todo el que lea esto que se proteja tomando fiscos siempre….
