The staff were extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. The only issue we had was there was a bolt on the floor on the right hand side of the floorboard of the trailer we rented. We were careful to work around it but it could have damaged furniture had we not paid attention. Otherwise perfect customer service and customer experience.Kim B.

Little upset I reserved an outside spot not inside the gate. Spot was no longer available and the room is not 10:10 it’s more 9 deep and 10 wide. Little misleading. Not happy with the spot but not going to do anything and need to get unloaded.sean w. | First Impressions

Probably because it was a drop off center there was limited interaction with the team. My experience was unusual and the drop off attendant didn't provide any support. Overall, the facility was clean and the people were friendly.Robert B.
I was overcharged for fuel and the agent tried to defend it. I said that I drove 20 miles and put 1.2 gallons in the truck.. the contracted estimated I should add 7/16 of a gallon. The agent charged me an additional $10 for 1.5 gallonsâ€¦I said how does that make senseâ€¦she said it's no unusual for a truck to only get 3-4 miles per gallon..I said that there is no way that makes sense. I said that the truck takes a minute to register the actual amt in the tank and she probably did not take the time to figure that outRichard S.
On the website, U-Haul said that a representative was supposed to call me the night before we were to pick up the truck. On the morning we picked up the truck I had to call to confirm. It took a little while to get a hold of someone at the district office. However, the Noblesville location was amazing! They were kind and friendly.Jonathan R.

I had a reservation from a wed -sun. Apparently she wrote me in as a walk in ignoring my reservation this causing havoc when U-Haul calls me early sat morning telling me I was supposed to have the truck back the night before. Then when I explained I had it til Sunday the guy that calls me says yes but we need it back as soon as possible. I tell him it's impossible as I have a reservation til sun and am hours awaysarah W.

My only issue it is returns. Rented 2 uhauls in 2 weeks back to back. Upon return later that afternoon I was told told someone would be with me in a minute for turn in. 20 minutes later I started self check in. It took less then 10 minutes. As I was walking away some finally came out. Second time didn't bother waiting did self check in right away. Went inside and was told someone would be with me in a minute. The store was empty with no customers in sight. Other then that I love Uhaul.Raymond C.

Pleased with the rental process BUT the following day (Sunday) it looks like my credit card is being charged twice for a rental amount that does match the online receipt amount I see when I set up my online account & checked my past rental history. The website is terrible to navigate so I tried calling the phone number - was always told there was a 10 minute wait time. I could not figure out your 24/7 return a truck on my phone. I work in digital projects all day long and was miserable trying to use the website, your app, and talk to a person. Tracie Bowman was nice to work with checking out the truck but she had issues trying to extend our reservation too. The location and trucks are fine it's everything else that could use work. All U-haul locations should be a professional establishment like this. A pick up location should not be dilapidated, storefront, warehouse or garage like the pick-up location I dealt with. This comment does not apply to CJ Auto & Rental.Herbert U.

Major inconsideration in accepting reservations and completing check in for a truck and supplies. I ordered a furniture dolly and furniture blankets on line. After checking in, I was told to where retrieve my truck and to pull to the front of the building to get supplies. Not until I go back into the building was I told there was no furniture dolly for me; that it wasn't guaranteed to be available. A furniture dolly was mandatory for what I needed to move. I went and purchased one from Lowe's. I should have been told there was no furniture dolly available before I completed the check out!Don H.

The agent who assisted me with reserving the van was rude an asked me if I knew that it was 10 minutes til they closed in an insulent tone. Most of the agents are helpful and professional. But she was not. I don't remember her name but I'm sure it's connected with the contract.MICHELLE W.

You can offload your truck after 5pm because the staff will lock the main entrance and your card couldn’t have access to let you in, you have to walk through the side door which means you can take in heavy stuff like couch or anything that is wider than the side gate. This doesn’t make sense as it renders useless the access card. I don’t see the purpose of the access card if the main gate where truck can offload stuff will be shut at 5pm, it means you can’t offload after working hours.OLADIPUPO D. | First Impressions
