Truck broke down and put us five hours behind our move roadside assistance was wonderful, the people at the new Windsor site were horrible and I feel I should not have to pay!!!! I used the app at the location. Had the screen ready to show customer service to get the key. The store area was empty and no sign of any employee working the inside store area. There were a few ladies who seemed to be in an employee only area inaccessible to customers. After waiting ten minutes I had to knock on the door of that private area to get someone to get help. The vehicle was legacy and dirty - during time of COVID and germs. More and more businesses in America are showing that we are too big and can't handle it. So lazy and dirty and just want money, the easy way, no hard work involved.Lucas F.

Danny was very rude to me, upon returning my truck rental. Danny intentionally under estimated my mileage after giving him my specific destination and made me incur uneccessary additional charges on my moving truck rental and then when I questioned him why he cursed at me an made a scene infront of patronsLARRY COSTELLO T.

The only issue I had was the fact that I rented from one location, but had to go to another which was 20mins in each direction out of my way, because the trailer I was supposed to use, was returned with a flat that they couldn't fix in time. They didn't have anyone that could bring another trailer over from the other location. Extremely inconvenient!Kristen M.
Truck had to be returned for another as it was not running properly I ended up an hour behind schedule- they didn't give credit for and with a smaller truck which ended up causing me to make extra trips. This caused me to pay almost twice the quoted rate. When your stuck your stuck! Awful!Maria P.

A dolly that someone did not rent right where everyone loading and unloading the truck was incredibly not helpful on a already very stressful day. I understand why you put it there as well. So of the zip ties are cut you automatically charge for a dolly rental as well.John S.

Maintain the equipment better. When a mistake is made empower the manager at the location to make it right and actually care about what's going on rather than brush off the customer and not take initiative. There should never be a reason that a customer leaves late, without equipment or is unable to accomplish the reason they rented equipment at NO ADDITIONAL COST to themselves for the mistakes and apathy or uhaul.RICHARDALAN JR B.

You need to have everyone on the same page when calling to change or modified reservation no just give people word of mouth with out sending confirmationJoel S.
Trying to reserve a cargo trailer was extremely frustrating as the reservation could be guaranteed but a trailer could not, nor could a pick up location. I'm my opinion, calling the customer 24-36 hours before pick up is crazy. I had a special move to be done in a certain window of time, confirmation 100% would be less stressful. It all panned out, but I don't like that process!!!!Jody C.
