I was initially denied the rental due to my son having a balance with uhaul. I know this because the drivers driver's license was not mine and just the name was the same. I was punished by uhaul for something I did not do. Probably the worst customer service I have been subjected to. The individual should be held accountable and not some catch all policy that hurts the customer that had nothing to do with the balanced owed. A horrible policy that should be removed.

I called to make a reservation and your customer service employee was awesome. I went in to pick up the vehicle and the gentleman who assisted me was exceptionally good. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous , overall he exhibited all known qualities of a good employee. His coworker with whom he was working was beyond great. I commend your staff . They made my experience a very good one. Thanks so much

Location needs more employees.. making the reservation there was only one employee. Picking up the vehicle, only one employee. Even returning the vehicle the employee seemed overwhelmed..

Reservation was easy, the associate who checked me out was good. The associate when I returned was amazing. Asked all the right questions with some fun small talk. Solid location. will try mobile pick up next time.

Used 24/7 rental to rent a pickup at 5 a.m. pickup. Took lyft to uhaul. Truck not accessible as it was locked inbetween 2 other pickups. Called uhaul, they sent me to another location that had a van available (another lyft ride) No truck available. Called uhaul back. Nothing they could do. Took another Lyft to first uhaul location. Had to wait a hour and 15 before it opened. General manager of location waited on me. She said they couldn't be responsible for someone returned a vehicle and blocked what I had rented. She proceeded to pull a key hanging off the wall and rent me the vehicle that was blocking the original truck I booked. So the gm, outright lied, unless of course, returned a vehicle, broke into the facility, and hung the key on the wall. Uhaul offered a $50 credit to me, (doesn't cover the 2 hours lost time nor the Lyft's I had to pay going to one locstio on to another) The 50 still hasn't hit my account. Doubt it will occur.

I rented a Car hauling trailer. I picked up the trailer on Thursday evening. I drove to Midland Park NJ on Friday morning in order to pickup a vehicle and move it to Rutland, MA. When we loaded the vehicle I did an inspection of the trailer and connections before moving. The left trailer tires, both of them, had less than 15 lbs. of pressure each. It is reasonable to believe that either of these tires could have blown out on the highway on the trip to NJ. It is even more likely that a blow out would have occurred on the trip to MA. A blow out would have caused a serious accident, damage to the Ford F350 that I was driving and destroyed my antique vehicle had I not performed a "Pre-Flight" inspection as I have done since my days in the Army. I brought the issue to the staff member that checked me out on Saturday morning. I would have dropped the trailer the night before, but wanted to properly address the issue. He said he would bring it to the attention of the site manager and would put my account on hold pending her review. He also said she would call me. I did not receive a call. All I received was a bill for 2 days worth of rental. I am appalled and will contest this bill. I have never received such shoddy treatment at a UHaul facility.

The truck that I rented had a broken exhaust getting fumes into the cabin Engine was not running on all cylinders No U-Haul decals. I feel like you knew it was a piece of junk and You rented to me anyway I did not think it was going to make it through the move
