will not use the Uhaul App again. Found it to be as long as waiting inside...You have to be at the location to finish it (I understand that). I had to walk from one end of the facility to the other to find my van rental. When I found my van rental, I then had to walk again to the other side of the lot to get my keys. Although I appreciate the exercise, this was not the time I wanted to do it. Great facility, but the app process needs refinement.

Mgr is very helpful and pleasant to do business with. The young lady that assisted me was also very helpful. The Male employee is unprofessional and rude each time I've had to deal with him.

Clearer communication on price would be nice. I was told when I booked that 35 miles would be include with my rental, then when the time came to check in I was told that that was only if you dropped off at another location. But the drop off price at another location was outrageous. Also, there were extras fees not mentioned in the quote. Kind of frustrating when you think it will be a $55 rental and it turns out to be a $102 rental.

I am conflicted about this rating. I've used this location before and been happy. The staff has always been nice and helpful, as they were this time as well. However, when I pulled in they informed me that I was at the wrong drop off location. I showed my contract to two different people who verified that I was at the correct location according to my contract. I was under the impression that it was worked out and went on my way only to find out that they charged us a $5 "wrong location" fee anyway without saying a word. One of the people a the pickup location called Corporate to get a refund issued, but the way the drop off handled this was a bit frustrating.

You guys should reimburse people if they over fill the tank with fuel because they decided to be nice and fill it up all the way so that way you guys don't need to. I received the car with a half tank of gas and I decided to fill it up all the way to full and return it that way. But you guys don't give refunds so I give you free money just because I was trying to be nice.

All is good at location. But, having to check truck back in with a smart phone so you don't have to pay a fee is not convenient or taking care of the customer. Also, changing that you cannot pay your rental online with a credit card is not helping the customer either. Is the company going backwards in todays times?

The problem I had was I did not get a complete order. the hand dolly did not get placed in the trailer so I could not move what needed to be moved.

We completed online reservation as we wanted to pick up outside of business hours. Got to the location and the site would not give us a code to get into the truck for the key. Had to wait until office opened at 7am for assistance. Person who assisted us would not stop griping about not having hot water in her home and having to take a cold shower- entire process was a hassle and we will not be using UHaul at that location in the future.

The ability to rent trailer adapters/connectors instead of purchasing them for a one time use. I would understand a $30 deposit for using it and credit back afterwards, sort of like renting anything else. Not counting that I just paid $30 for a one day rental.

Im little upset becuz we had a miscommunication concerning the price ...I tried to speak with the manager of the store but she was unwilling to listen or budge on anything ..certainly NOT VERY NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HER...im calling in the morning to the corporate office to work something out hopefully.. Other than the charges dispute everything went very well I just wish the manager diane would have been a little more open to listening and NOT SO JUDGEMENTAL speaking to me as if I was stupid...THE PROBLEM WAS A SIMPLE MISCOMUNICATION NOT THAT I DIDNT UNDERSTAND..

I asked for a car dolly. After signing all the paperwork I was asked to drive around the lot to meet someone who was going to connect the rented equipment. When I met up with the person they pointed to a transport trailer not a car dolly. The Uhaul person in the lot contacted the person at the counter and was able to get the rental changed to a car dolly. The problem is the price l was changed was for the higher priced trailer. When l was ready to drop off the rental it was a problem because all the locations in the destination town were closed and not accepting any new drop offs. I had to drive 60 miles round trip to drop off the rental at the nearest location that was open and accepting drop offs of car dollies.

There was some confusion about trailer i.d. numbers that required re-doing the paperwork. They need to make sure to properly account for and inventory their trailers.

I rented a van and found out the drivers side turn signal and brake lights were not working, unfortunately I found that out while I was driving the vehicle. That should’ve been checked before I was handed over the keys.

There are multiple U-haul locations around me here in the DFW metroplex, however I have always had good results at this location, so if it ain't broke I don't try to fix it, however this time I can't give a gold star rating...bottom line, unfortunately this time, the car hauler I rented had some issues that were overlooked. 1): upon hookup at rental time, we went through the normal light test process, (turn sig/brake/etc) to discover that the right side trailer lights were not working, ( I pull a small cargo trailer regularly and this came as a surprise to keep it short),..I was told that it was a fuse in my truck and we spent a good half hour discussing and looking at fuses, etc..) then I myself began looking at the trailer wiring and found the pinched spot (green lead with copper showing, insulation cut, etc.) in the short harness section that connects the trailer wiring to the vehicle wiring,.....replacing the short harness fixed the problem,....2): Once the vehicle was loaded on the car hauler, and I began the initial strap down at the front wheels, the drivers side worked fine, however on the passenger side - the Nylon strap wheel harness itself was damaged, ( I will call it the belt of the harness - that you insert into the ratchet to tighten down the harness) it was frayed off and liked about a foot in length to be able to reach the ratchet ),..all I could locate were the smaller motorcycle type tie downs, so that's what I did. I had a 50 mile drive across the DFW metroplex to make. Had to stop, check, re-tighten, etc..did make it home without any kind of accident, etc...gotta admit however, not the most relaxing experience. I did show the manager when I returned the trailer and they pulled the trailer into the stall to change out the harness for the next person...
