The location and service was great only improvement that can be made is in the cleanliness of its trucks as i have had 2-3 rentals lately and the interiors were not very clean other than that im very happy . GraciasSCOTT RICHARD M.

There was snow in the cab/drivers seat area when I picked up the truck. The back door/lock bar was frozen closed, had to pour hot water on the lock bar and all across the bottom of the door in order to get the door open, it took almost an hour. It was a very frustrating start to our day. I really believe these things should be check before rental.KEVIN CLIFFORD R.

We requested the pick up for the Mountain road location only to arrive and be told they didn't have the vehicle we requested and we would have to go to the Main at location. The girl that served us at the Mountain road location couldn't care less and gave no apology, only said â€œthey should have calledâ€ which they didn't. To say this is annoying is saying the least, not to mention we had to put a few extra Km's on the vehicle and delayed our start time. Once arriving at the mountain rd location, we were well treated and offered an apology. Someone needs to train/retrain the staff at the mountain rd location in Customer Service. We requested access to the uhaul for 730am because our movers were coming for 800am. The uhaul assigned to us was parked behind another uhaul and in between 2 other ones so we could not get it out. We had to wait until they opened at 9am to get our uhaul. This caused 1.5 hours delay. The employee said he'd contact his manager. We have yet to hear back from them. This delay cost me a lot of money. Totally unacceptable. Will never recommend this company since nobody cared enough to make things right.Jeremie C.

Have more team members working on a Saturday morning. I waited approximately 20mins to be waited on. My pickup time was 9 am and I only left with the truck around 45mins later. Not good when you have people waiting to help you load. I also lost something in the truck , called several times to see if it was found but no one ever did respond back to me. Ensure mask compliance in any public area. If you have customers waiting for a hitch install, and those customers must wait in the "break room", then all employees should wear masks in that area as well, until the customer has left the break room.VICKI L S.

The Wiper blades needed changing : they smeared the rain rather than wipe it off the windshield . Your rental rates are misleading ! When you add all the other different charges, especially the 0.89$ per kilometer, the final bill is "quite" steeper than expected.Pierre M.
Staff was great, but that's it. When I got there the computers were down, I had no appointment and the wiring kit wasn't there. My appt for my hitch was at 10 and the wiring was at 11 but I wasn't in their system. Now I have to wait for another appt if or when the wiring comes in and spend another 2 hours driving to come back. Last time i go to Uhaul.David S.

Its wasnt secured also i called and was told one price and when i got there it was something completely different i was. We ordered a 15 foot truck and it switched us after the fact to a 20 foot truck.Luc M B.
When I picked up the truck it was rated as a full tank of gas. The attendant and myself both confirmed that it was less than a full tank of gas. No adjustment was made to my invoice to reflect that fact. I returned the vehicle with a full tank of gas.GARY S H S.

Clean the vehicle. There was plastic cutlery, empty bottles, remains of pot in the cup holders, smell of pot (in a non smoking vehicle) sand on the floor of the bed of the van, crumbs and hairs on the seat upholstery. NO sanitization had been done. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I have rented hundreds of vehicles in my life, and by far this is the worst. Plus, i had asked for the Mountain Road location for pick up and was given the main street location, which delayed my trip by a half hour as i had to travel to the other location. And was not allowed to drop off at preferred location. The "miles remaining" fuel gauge was totally off. The back up camera in the retro mirror worked only intermittently. The air sanitizer hung from the mirror was nauseating and combined with the smell of pot...well full bath and wash all clothes when i got home. This rental was a disaster.Deborah A R.
Worst customer service i ever had I called in afternoon manager told me to pick up truck anytime , I said I'll use the 24/7 kiosk she said it's a crap system best to come before 5 pm . But come at 4:45 cause I'm not waiting for anyone , I go at 4:15 I said I'll take it back in 2 at 445 she said no you next to wait outside In the rain if you want it till 445 . I said my reservation is till 445 and that when I'm taking she instructed that if I complain to anyone at Uhaul it's all coming back to her cause she's the boss , she also said that if it's late she's going to charge me 200$ witch she a did now and she could charge whatever she wants cause she's the boss . Have the vehicle that was rented available. I had a stressful drive with a larger truck, and was told the price would be better, and it wasn't. Also ask to get a call back, nothing yet....very disappointed experience.Carole D.

Not sure if the issue was with the this location or with U-Haul call center. But, I received an email confirming my appointment date and time. I took time off from work, only to get there, and to be told that they didn't have any installers present. I called twice and exchanged 3 or 4 emails the following week, as this was on a Friday. It took them 1 week and a half to sort this out and re-schedule. Very poor customer serviceRaoul L.

Originally scheduled a pick up in Summerside PEI. Called the Monday before pick up date to check on arrangements, Told they would have no trailers available. Had me call Halifax which found me a trailer in Moncton NB. If I had waited until the day before pick up for a confirmation and found out there were no trailers available, my whole trip from New Hampshire to pick up household goods would have been ruined,JAMES B.
I received confirmation that a 5x8 covered trailer was et to pick up Wednesday morning September 1 for 7:30 am. I even stopped in to location in person to confirm it was available Sunday afternoon August 29th and attendant said yes it will be available. When I arrived sept 1 morning the 5x8 was not there and the 4x8 was the only one available. This forced me to load a box spring mattress on my truck bed as it would fit in the smaller trailer. Would have fit in the 5x8 as the head clearance was perfect to fit double box spring mattress upright. Trailer had to b swept out as it had wood chips inside also.
