The mobile check-in option took way too long. The website was slow, and then it took 10 minutes for the alternate contact verification to go through, even though we checked with our alternate contact and she said the phone call took 3 seconds on her side. Then we still had to go inside the store and wait for the key. The whole process took over 30 minutes. The employees at this location were very helpful and friendly, so I would recommend this location, but not the mobile check-in option.Melissa G.

Why is it every time I rent I completely fill out the pre check in with credit card and driver's license pictures they always still need my credit card and some times my driver's license. Additionally they walk through everything from vehicle I'm using to tow and what insurance I want. I thought the reason I did all that online was so I didn't have to do it there? Also seems a little suspect asking for credit card online then asking for it again when I'm there. Note I rent a trailer from this place almost once a month for the better part of the past 2 years.Jonathan T.

You have a gentleman working there that is extremely short with the customers. Like he's to busy to take care of them. He helped me last time I rented from you. I watched his interactions with a customer when I was there on Sunday so I know it's not just me. And he seems very comfortable doing it. Had he been the one to help me I would have called you immediately. I am going through something very hard and his actions would have made it worse. He may not be happy in one sketch of his life or another but he is in a people business and needs to be more approachable and polite.. he had no idea what people are going through that need your services. The gentleman that helped me this time was extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable.Kayla P.

The rental truck's windshield sprayers not working properly and one of the blades wasn't attached. My husband fixed the blade (got it back on properly) however we didn't have the tools to fix the washer spray.Kim B.

I pulled in from my long trip and turned into the drop section where I was greeted and trailer unhooked and asked if how my trailer hauled and if I had any troubles at all with the equipment. I explained back rear tire had to be filled twice but overall it was perfect. He asked if I wanted a printed or emailed receipt, emailed was fine. Excellent customer service.Jason D.

They had me back the trailer in a spot that was to tight my truck was to big had to unhook and push the trailer in its spot by hand told the guy it was to tight he said they park them with a forklift all the time I told him it's east to do with a liftJeremy B.
Lights on trailer did not work. Swapped trailers and still there issues with lights. Trailer lights should be working before renting. When a trailer is picked up is not the time to discover lights are not working.MARTHA P.

I never received my original bill thru my email, which was a good email in your system as I did receive the email upon returning my rental equipment.JEFFREY M.
Lengthy wait, and I was 3rd in line with two other people already being helped. ie. 3 total customers in the store. Was there 25 minutes before I got helped. (2) I had made the reservation online and provided my credit card information online. The employee who was helping me asked me all the questions OVER AND OVER as he failed to get the system to work right. AND THEN he charged my credit card TWICE and told me "it will be ok". When I looked online I had been charged twice, and he had to reverse the charge. And I wasn't sure I hadn't already been charged since I booked online. The whole experience was a circus. Seriously. ITs like the employees are constantly fighting with the computer systems and apparently they don't really work. Very poor experience.PATRICK H.

The first trailer they hooked up had a busted rear blinker which the employee did not catch. I had to come back to get a new trailer. The second trailer they hooked up had a broken door that would not shut. I had to come back again, wasting a full hour of precious time. The third trailer they gave me thankfully worked.James S.
