And on the 3rd trailer he asked me “are you sure you want this trailer it's good for y'all?â€

Aleska A.The truck smelled like weed, in the cab and in the back of the truck, when I told the kid checking in the trucks he ducked his head and smiled. These employees need to be drug tested. The facility didn't have the Dollie's or blankets I reserved either. When I told the people up front about the weed smell in the truck I seemed to get the impression that it's a common thing.

Robert E.The trailer provided was the worst looking one on the lot. Attendant indicated they keep the good trailers for round trip rentals. When I opened the back of the trailer at the facility it had debris in it such as cactus leaves (no thorns), dirt, grass, etc. I kicked some of it out in the lot and the attendant did not appreciate it. I cleaned the trailer out a little more at home before loading. Our cargo was boxes of clothes, appliances, fishing equipment, etc., that did not leave any clutter in the trailer. However, I was charged a cleaning fee at the drop off location which I feel is very unfair as the trailer was not clean to begin with.

Juan S.Was sent to 2 alternate locations because this location supposedly did not have a truck available…only to be sent back to the original location where plenty of trucks were available. I feel like I was given the runaround for no reason. In addition I was told to fill the truck with gas before returning, which I did, and wound up paying for 9 gallons of gas when I had only driven 18 miles, so obviously the truck was not full when I rented it; now I feel like I was ripped off by paying for the more gas than I used. Very unhappy.
Michael M.I dropped off a truck and 2 trailers on Sunday, but 1 trailer was not shown as checked in until Monday. Overall still a great experience. Location was well staffed and exceedingly friendly for how busy they were. I was in and out. This location was fantastic.

Roger M.I rented a U-Haul this past weekend for a few hours and I know in the end this is my fault and I didn't fault it in the survey as I know how surveys work. I also prepaid for mileage on the app and after dropping off I was charged an additional $55 However at most I drove it 30 miles and they can see that in the mileage in and mileage out numbers and I don't know how it was marked that I used 11 gallons. Granted at the end I know this is my fault as I didn't keep any documentation and didn't alert there rep but it just didn't make much sense to me to be charged for 11 gallons when you can see it was not driven very much

The customer service was awful. The lady that handled with me was slightly rude and just needs a better customer service skills. But he said his name was Justin was awful rude and definitely will not be recommending this place due to his attitude.

yoldanda G.I only went 18 miles and they charged me do 44. I wanted a contactless pick up and could not do that the lady told me because they are open it was not available. If that is that case why does it give you the option. Mia was her name and was very rude when I said I had an automatic check in. The mileage was not correct when I picked it up. They did not go over anything or check it with me when I picked it up . Only handed me a paper and said sign here your truck is out side . I have used uhaul prob overs 20 times and have never had this bad experience. I would not recommend this location . I will stick with penski next time or a smaller location that does values their customers.

Darron T.I put my pick up at 7am because I work at 7am but my boss let me be late so I could get my Uhaul as I was moving the next day early. The manager was the only one there I believe his name is Mark. He refused to open at 7am. He said he had to move trailers and trucks first. I said dude there are 3 customers here and we should be your priority not a trailer no one is picking up right now. He then goes well I'm definitely not helping you now. Walked off and continued to move stuff around. The guys waiting with me waiting on trucks were like really and the guy kept walking away. Finally after another 20 minutes a lady helped me. We went out to the trailer I reserved and she wasn't strong enough to move it so she asked me to help and it was so heavy my hands still hurt from being pinched and I have a bruised knuckle because she fell when we were trying to get it to my hitch. Once it was on I was then stuck because she gave me a trailer that's tires were behind another trailer and she wasn't strong enough to move that one either. No one came to help her because Mark the manager wanted to prove he was a big boy and not help me because I yelled at him. Horrible experience and I will never use them again. It's wrong they charged me for my full amount after that. I didn't get home till well after 8am. It shouldn't have taken over an hour to pick up a trailer I reserved and have used Uhaul plenty of times so my info is all in there.
HEATHER S.The truck was terrible. It had over 150,000 miles, the brakes were mushy, the alignment was messed up, and the passenger side door didn't work right. Driving it felt like having an out of body experience. Very unsafe.

Will be renting a 15 foot truck in August, to complete my move from Amarillo to Midland. Hope it all goes as well. Been using Uhaul for 45 years, loyal customer. Hasn't always been easy, but it does always work out.

When something is reserved online I expect it to be what I'm getting: midland uhaul is screwing people just because they work in the oil field and assume everyone has a pile of money. Never again....
