I pulled up and waited to drop off the equipment but no one came out. After about 15 minutes I went inside and was told to wait in the drop off line where I had been. The gentleman who did come out just unhooked the trailer and told me I could leave then walked off to help another customer. I had to chase him down to make sure he sent me confirmation that the trailer was returned before I left the location. They seemed understaffed especially for a large location and being on a weekend.

This store is run by careless employees. We ordered four dozen blankets three weeks before the move and when we picked up the truck they said the blankets were first come first served. This is BS! I asked the employee to find me blankets at other U-haul stores and she told me off and said she wasn’t going to play this game. The younger generation forgets who pays their bills. U-haul? You have an attitude problem at this store. The manager one week prior could hardly look me in the eye when I picked up a trailer up for an earlier trip. It was like i upset him just walking in the door. Once again this store has an attitude problem!

It would be helpful to have a person at the front desk when you arrive. There was a person in the back helping with returns, who was very helpful, but multiple customers waiting for someone at the front desk.

The service and helpfulness of the staff was good. The trailer worked well with no issues. I was most surprised that a 6'X12' cargo trailer was over half the price of the 26' truck which I rented two weeks earlier. To me the truck was great value, maybe undervalued, and the trailer was overpriced.

The gentleman manager was amazing and very helpful. But the young boy working that's another story. Wanna talk about rude and no customer service. Tried to get loud and argue with me when I told him I couldn't back a trailer. But thankfully there's ana amazing manager there. He jumped in and took care of a very simple issue.

Th space location is a little tight but it always has been. It’s Been there a long time. Great customer service. Very helpful. Uhaul system reservation system was having issues so I was advised by the online rep to go to the location. They were have the same issues but she was very cooland collected and professional

I’m considering a legal response to my treatment at this store by the manager mark. I have been discriminated against, flipped off with his middle finger and told to go fuck myself. And this poor excuse of a man is the manager of this location. Not only does he need to lose his job but so does the sorry son of a bitch that promoted this in American clown.

The wait is always an issue. Waiting the for guy in front of you with no reservation and no idea what he really wants. Maybe a pickup only line and maybe some way to pre-answer all the question so it truely is just a pickup to speed up the process.

Our reservation was for 7:15am, we showed up on time to check in and we did not end up getting the truck for almost 45 minutes. We had reserved a van but the location lost the keys so I was placed in a box truck which I was not comfortable driving and the concern was brushed off that it was just one extra foot. We had planned and scheduled our morning around picking up the rental at 7:15a, which we also gave ourself a 20 minute buffer in case of any issues but did not plan on 45 minutes, putting us late to our market and almost had our paid spot given away due to this. There was ZERO apologies about the entire situation and ZERO sense of urgency seeing that we were more than 30 minutes delayed for issues on U-Haul's end, not our end. There was also a laptop left in the U-Haul so it was clearly not cleaned or checked before we were given the truck. The back had candy spilled We will be using U-Haul for our markets going forward, however we will be using the Odessa location because the Wall St location left us with a bad taste in our mouths due to the issues and the lack of concern from the staff.

The wheel alignment in the truck I rented was very bad. I had to correct the steering wheel constantly so the truck ran straight. I think this is a driving safety hazard and should be fixed.

Clean windshield, windows and mirrors well. Clean inside of truck. I had ordered and I believe I had to PRE-PAY for 3 dozen moving blankets. Upon picking up truck I was advised They were not available unless I drove to another location. I didn’t have time for that. Now I need to figure out how to get the credit. I am currently out of town without my receipt so have to wait for my return to address the refund owed. Disappointing as I ordered all items in advance.

The manager Mark Molina was very rude and nasty. He walked across the store being nosey because someone was helping me just to interrupt and be nasty and rude and threaten that HE would be the reason I couldn't get a truck. I've used that location for years and I've NEVER been treated like that by ANYONE ANYWHERE!HE Interrupted my transaction with the agent, snatched up my card when nobody was talking to him or asking for his help. That's bad for business as a manager.

Management was horrible in maintaining accurate notes of what the customer booked and reconfirmed on each daily call received. This isn’t rocket science they didn’t care to properly note time frames of rental and proceeded with harassment, loud voices, and attitude in their argument to reduce revenue from 1 client in hopes of renting into out to another. This could all be voided by properly noted account notes for rental periods!

Equipment was all good. Did not like the fact that the people at the location were rude and lazy. At least the people inside the location building. The lady sitting at the counter was just sitting there not doing anything with a nasty attitude like is she didn’t want to be there, this other guy in the office was just watching tv watch tennis or something like that, on top of that he threw the keys at me on the desk like if customer service didn’t matter to him, which was super rude. Then he proceeded to go back and watch tv. After that the lady at the desk looked like she didn’t even want to talk to me or like she didn’t even want me there, she didn’t give any kind of information or anything she just sat there looking at me with a judgy look on her face. And when I asked her questions about the rental she looked at me like if I was stupid and dumb and would answer really rude and nasty with an annoyed expression and tone on her face. When I got there to return the equipment, the signs outside under he canopy/port for returns clearly say “wait inside your rental and someone will be out shortly to help you.” Waited 30mins to about 45mins and no one came out. At first I thought maybe they were busy. Walked inside no one was in the store the lady at the desk was just sitting there watching me the whole times from the cameras, the dude in the office was still watching tv. I told them I’ve been waiting to return the equipment and all she said was yeah I know I saw you in the rental. Which at that point I was upset so I gave the lady the keys then she said nothing, didn’t hand me any paperwork, she didn’t do anything I had to verbally ask her if I was going to sign anything else then she proceeded to finally tell me that I will get an emailed receipt. What kind of store it being ran here what kind of service is that. If a sign outside says for me to wait I’m going to wait but I would expect someone to be there right away and not have me waiting and if they did have me waiting I would at the very least expect them to be a little busy. I’m not an impatient person but waiting for someone to help you after 30mins-45mins and no one coming out to tell you anything because they are being lazy is flat out not right it’s BS quite frankly. Oh and on top of that they decided to loan me a rental that was almost out of gas and still expected me to return the equipment at a 1/4 tank. Literally the gas light was on when I drove the vehicle, and they were going to charge me if I didn’t put gas in the truck for them. I expect something to be done and something to be done right.

The on-site Staffs in both Amarillo and Midland are awesome. Used three locations in the past year. The help I received from the Corporate level over the phone, not so much. Will be renting a 15 foot truck in August, to complete my move from Amarillo to Midland. Hope it all goes as well. Been using Uhaul for 45 years, loyal customer. Hasn't always been easy, but it does always work out.

The two times I used them I had reserved my rentals. Both times they completely changed what o had reserved to something that was twice as expensive. When something is reserved online I expect it to be what I’m getting: midland uhaul is screwing people just because they work in the oil field and assume everyone has a pile of money. Never again.... NEVER
