JAMES DPlease clean the trucks in-between customers. The steering wheel was so dirty and sticky. I tried to clean it with 2 wet wipes and they turned black and the steering wheel was still dirty and sticky. Disgusting!

Walter HThe steering wheel was sticky slightly gummy. It was like the steering wheel was older not dirty. It needs a cover or to be replaced. It was very fast and easy picking up and returning the truck. Everyone was very pleasant with me.

SALVADOR MThe process was smooth and quick. I'm thankful for that. The one thing I will mention for improvement is for the General Manager, Richard Herrera to be more respectful when speaking to his associates, especially in front of customers. The way he spoke to the young man that was helping me was uncalled for and embarrassing. I'm a manager and I understand that coaching and counseling is a part of our duties, but this should never ever be done in front of customers. I found his remarks and tone to be unprofessional. I hope he reads this.

LATONIA DThe guy that helped me out seemed lost and kept blaming the system on why things were taking so long. Took me an hour just to get checked out. Ridiculous. Then later find out they didn't have the fabric pads that were in my contact for them to not take it of my contact and NOW having to file a dispute since now I'm being charged since they're "missing". Don't not recommend this location.
JULISSA CThe line was extremely long. The General Manager never jumped in , he just sat at the computer. I asked him could he help out the line and he said please give us a few minutes. Sir people time is important, no one was receiving a free service! Never be to good to serve customers, always have a spirit of servitude in customer service. If your not going to assist go in the office! Additionally I witnessed him speak to an employee in a demeaning manner, I didn't like it . I really felt bad for the guy , as he was serving customers as quickly and professionally as possible. I wanted to help him find another job where he can be respected and valued! I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN . Check out time : 30 minsssssssssssssssss

TRISTIN Scheck the maintenance on truck (1) head light was out, truck rides very hard, miles don’t work properly, for me to compare to other Uhal i rented, this experience was the worst, but we made it work, i’m Asking for a discount on this rental, we’re you can’t see due to head light out, possible could have got a ticket, for this one, Thanks, please follow up on my request, for discount, Thanks Appreciate .

KARL NThe first truck they gave I had to go in the back of the parking lot to find it myself . When I got the truck it was not working properly it had an enlightenment problem so I had to return it . When I arrived to let the know the problem a young man at the counter was eager to return my money back not to give me another truck as I suggested. Went back and forth with me and was very nonchalant. Then another young man walked up and overheard the conversation and told me he will teach me how to drive it and took me on a ride in the truck and told me just to hold the wheel firm "it's not a big deal". So I asked for a supervisor explained to him that I really needed a truck he looked in the system found a truck. I was then given another key by the younger man again and was told I was good to go had to go and find the other truck on my own again . Got to the truck it smelled like smoke , also it was cannabis in the cup holder ,ashes on the floor board. Also big red fire ants were coming from the passenger door . Returned the key to the young man who I previously did the test drive with and told him about the cannabis and he said "oh ok leave it there I'll get it " as if it wasn't a business. I would like a full refund not happy with the service at all .
SHONTAVIA HGet an experience worker. Your worker d8dnt hook up the trailer correctly, it jump off my hitch,ran into traffic and hit the city of mia.i gardens decorations and wall.
JAWARA SWhen people are picking up and returning the equipment please do it timely manner no one wants to wait 30 minutes or more to pick up and return the equipment and the 1 guy told me I could unhook it myself and put it away.

ANOUS FI HAVE RENTED FROM THIS LOCATION TWICE NOW, AND BOTH TIMES IT HAS BEEN SMOOTH. THIS TIME I USED THE MOBILE APP, AND WAS PERFECT DID NOT HAVE TO GO INSIDE FOR ANYTHING.

SHEILA HEverything was fine until you have to pay they put a hold on my credit card. I paid in cash. I went back to get my refund in cash because of the hold on my debit card and they would not give me my cash money back so for that reason, I don't like that, it's double pay and you should be able to get your cash money back. No people don't wanna hear I can't get your cash money back when you're paid in cash that is an acceptable. That is not good customer service.

My experience to this area traumatized me as a new customer and first time to rent a storage due to my late husband passed away a few months and need to empty the house to be on the market for sell so we restored important things we need but anyhow We moved our items on this area on Feb.19,2024 approximately 2pm and then all the receipts was giving to us and the code as created. Went back to the placed Sunday Feb.24, 2024 at 4pm restored remaining items we are unable to enter the place because it says error the code went to the desk spoke to a lady i knew her name but i don't want to mention her checking my name and storage number doesn't exist shows the storage number is vacant I was shocked i told her " what all the items we moved on the 19 is there and i have 2 keys with me that's impossible"! I told her i have the key she can accompany me inside she refused and kept talking and told me has camera and she can't let me in I was so disappointed please review your footage. Anyhow i left went to my car to calm myself and called customer service thank God to Marilyn customer service able to help me I was asked by her to go back inside and she want to talk to the front desk lady i put her on speaker she spoke to her i found out the person help us put me in and checked me out that day so that's why it shows vacant. I insist if i can get in if my items still there she accompanied me and was confirmed my key is a right one and my items is there Thank God! she registered me back again presented my ID and register me with a new code Marilyn was still in the phone until i got settle and front desk lady told her she will give me 1 months free and will let her boss know that's going on and apologize to me and was acceptable we are just human being made mistake.I thought everything was fix that day i got the receipt got the code but i was told by the lady give sometimes like 3 days for the code to be activated I said okay and left the area. My family went back feb.2,2024 to restore more items on my storage he can't get in the code was denied and she went to the front same lady was there and he was recognized by her before and let her inside the door and was asked to go back to register again it seems doesn't go through before this time I can't accept this games I called customer service spoke to Marietta unable to help me with my problem i was transfer to the area I spoke to gentleman I don't want to mention his name stated " I'm not registered and still vacant the place but what he can do he will put it on hold the storage for me so no one can go there". I told him all my important stuff is there I was asked to stop by but that time was late and the next day I'm not available anyhow I don't want to be stress anymore I tried to calm myself i don't want to get sick. Feb.3, 2024 the lady was helping me on that area called me the same lady registered me back to the system before asking my identity again to registered me back in the system I still did and was patient with her over the phone I tried to understand everything i'm one of the manager of the medical field so i know how it works but anyhow hoping this time everything will work. I'm going back again in the weekend to see if my problem is solve. I wrote this review it's not to scare people but please we trusted you guys we choose this company over than other companies we deserve a good service please next time be extra careful. God blessed!

I recently moved from a considerable distance and decided to rent a storage unit at their facility. Unfortunately, the process turned out to be a complete letdown. Firstly, on the day of my visit, I arrived with 45 minutes left before the official closing time, only to find the staff in a rush to close up early. Despite the advertised hours, they were unwilling to assist me properly and seemed more focused on getting out of there quickly. To make matters worse, when I asked for help in selecting the appropriate size unit, they seemed uninterested in assisting me, leaving me to make the decision on my own. Consequently, I ended up renting a unit that was too small for all my belongings. As a result, I had to make the heartbreaking decision of discarding a significant portion of my property, which left me incredibly upset and frustrated. The staff's explanation that they had to close early, even before the already scheduled closing time, is unacceptable and reflects poor customer service. Considering that I had just moved from over 200 miles away, their lack of assistance and disregard for their stated hours made the situation even more distressing. In conclusion, my experience with U-Haul storage rental was anything but pleasant. I am deeply disappointed with the level of service I received, and I sincerely hope they improve their customer care and adhere to their advertised hours in the future. I would caution others to be wary when considering this location for their storage needs.

Had to find a different storage facility at 6pm before other places closed because the unit and price I was quoted was no where close to what they presented to me when I arrived at the facility. Very disappointed with my experience and will not recommend anyone to use their services. Will never use uhaul again. Will use any other company before going back to uhaul.
