I'd refer folks to this location if someone would for the love of God please send your manager Vicky back to customer service school. If that's even an option. I find it highly unprofessional to ignore a customer's greetings and then interrupt the customer's questions or concerns. I've been coming to this location for many years now for one reason and that's bc i will only direct my attention to the gentlemen there. There are 3 of them and i wish I could remember their names. They are the ones who deserve to be recognized. She has made my experience there at uhaul less than pleasurable twice now and honestly I'm only writing this in hopes that someone above her will remind her who she works for as I'm pretty sure the management above her doesn't want to lose business. Doesn't seem very logical to keep someone around who is disrespectful to the customers. I also took the time to read some reviews about this location and it's what I thought it would be. All the bad reviews are about that lady. I'd think someone should step up
Carroll C.Our truck had a leak at the top of the gas tank. Upon the first fill up fuel spilled out onto the ground . Not cool when gas is $5.00/gallon. Could only fill up 3/4 due ro the gole in gas tank. Upon pick up we were rold the teuck had 1/4 tank of gas. When in fact, it was on empty and had to get gas immediately. Called store after filling up to notify. Was told to let Uhaul know on the review.

Steven S.A young hispanic man would not focus on serving me. He was the first person I went to after waiting in a small line. First he said he didn't have the item I RESERVED, only to be corrected by a very helpful and jubilant black woman. Even after the verifying the parts where there, the young man refused to go back to the counter to ring me up after I waited 3 minutes. The black woman asked me what happened, then immediately served me from the register he was previously at. the young man finally came out of the garage area, ignoring me, making NO apologies. Corporate racism? I PRAY NOT. This guy needs to go and any manager supporting it. I thank the black woman for her service, laughter and promptness to my business needs. She is a keeper, please promote her and those who take servicing ALL customers seriously.

Bryan T.The desk representative was great and very helpful. The truck was clean however poorly maintained. I booked a 20' truck for a cross country move and it was a miracle the tires made it around the block. Less than half way into the trip one of the rear tires had a blowout, another could not hold air. There should be a much better pre inspection check done on any truck rented out, especially if they know it is a long distance move.

Lee P.All staff I dealt with were wonderful with the exception of the woman I spoke to on Monday, May 9th. The woman who did our contract to rent the truck on Sunday, May 8th inadvertantly charged us for the insurance, even though we declined it. She circled the charge and initialed it and told us we could get reimbursed when we returned the truck. We returned the truck about 10 min after the store closed on Sunday so called on Monday to get reimbursed. The woman who took our call was very rude and said that they don't choose whether or not the customer takes the insurance, the customer does. When I told her the woman was trying to help by doing all of the selections herself and that she made a mistake, she cut me off an said "well, you'll need to try to explain that to management and come into the store on Wednesday when they are here" . Very rude an unhelpful. I was able to get the charge reversed when I came in on Thursday, 5/12.

Ali A.Website accepted debit card and allowed me to rent a dolly, upon arriving I was rudely greeted, rudely told that credit cards is the only option and the GM was to blame for that, also the dolly was not available so I had to buy one from Home Depot for $100. Home Depot refused my return and I would like to get reimbursed for the dolly.
Almaz D.One of the employees made comments about my children. They were playing quietly in the store, but one child was standing between displays of boxes. He was not making noise, he was not climbing, he was playing peekaboo with his younger sister. The employee, who was not assisting me, said in a rude tone, "MA'AM, your CHILDREN." I asked what he meant and he said, "He's all in the boxes." I responded, "No, he is standing between them, but he's not climbing." The associate looked at the customer and said, "See what we have to deal with?" Whether he was speaking about my response or the "behavior" of my children, his comments were rude and unappreciated, especially when I have personally witnessed the behavior of others, even grown adults, in this location. I have rented from this location several times, but I won't be returning. According to reviews online, others have had issues with Paul and his lack of kindness or basic regard for others. I would rather drive to Tomball and spend double than a quarter mile to this location if this rude employee remains.

Cianna A.I was told that it had a 1/4 tank of gas but in actuality there was 23 miles till empty. I fill up the tank which cost me $120. I was told if I returned it on a 1/4 tank I would get money back. Not familiar with how big the gas tank was and returned it with a half tank and believe I should be credited with my money. At least the next person renting your product won't go through the same hassle that I experienced. You definitely don't mind up charging your customers but I was told that I wouldn't receive any credit towards my extra gas and that's where y'all are wrong
