I was given the wrong truck and she did not want to change the paperwork to match because she was too busy. To be fair you only had one person working that day and it was moths end there should have been more people working when you know you are busy. This was an awful experience and I will definitely tell every one about it. No one should have to deal with this when they are moving. And I will tell everyone to go somewhere else!

After the booking was done I received multiple texts and emails , but never received good clarity on the process. I was unabke to check in on line or through app. The time I was told to pick up they were not open , and at no time was I told there was a key and lock box for the given pick up. Also trucks should come filled and then we should fill back up when returned. Would be much easier and more fair. There needs to be specific instruction on the whole process sent at booking .Each person in line when we picked up that day had issues. The lady there was very friendly and tried really hard , but poor thing was working by herself , on a weekend second last day . I realize staff shortages and all but that is tough for everyone

wayne C.Your on-line booking process need refinement. My confirmation e-mail confirmed the wrong size truck. Also, I was unable to pick up my rental using the on-line process. I had to attend the CS counter to straighten things out. This is not a problem during business hours, but I would have been unhappy to experience these glitches during an after-hours pickup.

dwayne R.You should maintain a minimum of 2 staff on at all times. If your staff person is out doing an inspection the place is left empty. I actually thought there was no one there at all because the place was empty when I arrived. The one staff that was on did an amazing job of juggling the work load if you ask me!

Brian G.Allow for longer rentals. I was told, due to it being near the end of the month (23rd) I was unable to book the uhaul for longer then 24hours. Due to time constraints they did allow me 27 hours but I was billed for a full 48hours that I was not allowed to fully utilize.

I went to the storage unit to collect all of my belongings. The woman working behind the desk was extremely nasty and condescending. All I did was ask to get into my storage unit to gather all my belongings. Ever since the second I walked in she was extremely rude and condescending. She spoke to me as if I was bothering her by asking to access my unit. I do not know her name but she looked quite young and had blonde hair. (Any other staff member I came in contact with was great). Only that person I described at the Medicine Hat, Ab location, made the experience horrible by the way she was towards me.

I just would have appreciated 24 hour access to our stuff. But for the year and a half I was there, I felt our stuff was safe and secure. However, I always believe there's always room for improvement. Nothing is perfect. Happy moving and storage at U-Haul Moving and Storage (Redcliff/Medicine Hat, AB) y'all.
