In town not affraid but for out of town would be nice if a spare wheel and tire was included. Because out in country would be stranded for along time for Roadside to show up. But then again not many know how to change a flat .

The website said the car dolly I got was rated for the vehicle I needed to tow. To which it very much wasn't. Max capacity on car dolly was 3500lbs I entered my project vehicle on the uhaul online calculator and said it would work but it doesn't come close as my vehicle was 4500

Person at the location was very rude confrontational! Did not want to be there or help anyone. I was given the wrong truck and she did not want to change the paperwork to match because she was too busy. To be fair you only had one person working that day and it was moths end there should have been more people working when you know you are busy. This was an awful experience and I will definitely tell every one about it. No one should have to deal with this when they are moving. And I will tell everyone to go somewhere else!

The location and service was very good. In general however not a great experience. After the booking was done I received multiple texts and emails , but never received good clarity on the process. I was unabke to check in on line or through app. The time I was told to pick up they were not open , and at no time was I told there was a key and lock box for the given pick up. Also trucks should come filled and then we should fill back up when returned. Would be much easier and more fair. There needs to be specific instruction on the whole process sent at booking .Each person in line when we picked up that day had issues. The lady there was very friendly and tried really hard , but poor thing was working by herself , on a weekend second last day . I realize staff shortages and all but that is tough for everyone

Your on-line booking process need refinement. My confirmation e-mail confirmed the wrong size truck. Also, I was unable to pick up my rental using the on-line process. I had to attend the CS counter to straighten things out. This is not a problem during business hours, but I would have been unhappy to experience these glitches during an after-hours pickup.

This is the best place for storage -- very secure, well lit, good hours. Your stuff will definitely be safe! Staff are very friendly and willing to accommodate! They went way beyond expectations to help me out during difficult times! Highly recommend!

You should maintain a minimum of 2 staff on at all times. If your staff person is out doing an inspection the place is left empty. I actually thought there was no one there at all because the place was empty when I arrived. The one staff that was on did an amazing job of juggling the work load if you ask me!

Allow for longer rentals. I was told, due to it being near the end of the month (23rd) I was unable to book the uhaul for longer then 24hours. Due to time constraints they did allow me 27 hours but I was billed for a full 48hours that I was not allowed to fully utilize.

It's our first time renting storage and the lady who took care of us was extremely helpful and really nice to deal with. She explained everything simple and straightforward. Took us to the unit and showed it to us. We couldn't have been more pleased with the level of service we had received.

Hello, it was great having u-haul for moving and storage. Every staff member was helpful and great up until I got to Medicine Hat. I went to the storage unit to collect all of my belongings. The woman working behind the desk was extremely nasty and condescending. All I did was ask to get into my storage unit to gather all my belongings. Ever since the second I walked in she was extremely rude and condescending. She spoke to me as if I was bothering her by asking to access my unit. I do not know her name but she looked quite young and had blonde hair. (Any other staff member I came in contact with was great). Only that person I described at the Medicine Hat, Ab location, made the experience horrible by the way she was towards me.

I think U-Haul in Medicine Hat was good for what we needed. The manager and staff are a good bunch of people. I would go back if I needed them again. I just would have appreciated 24 hour access to our stuff. But for the year and a half I was there, I felt our stuff was safe and secure. However, I always believe there's always room for improvement. Nothing is perfect. Happy moving and storage at U-Haul Moving and Storage (Redcliff/Medicine Hat, AB) y'all.

One of the best self-storage facilities I've dealt with and downright fantastic office staff. Seriously helpful in spite of the pressure on them! Of course I would have enjoyed even more extended hours as I wanted to bring in things later than the 10pm cut-off time. But I do understand the problems even later hours may create.

Did not get the locker I reserved. Was not told that it could be any locker. At first. Please have staff notify customers that. Also a small oversight on no lock inside locker as promised. But was quickly righted. Great place

The only issue that I had was that a female employee told me that I would receive a credit back for the unused days and when I requested this credit another employee told me that wasn’t true. Contacted someone through the website only to find out the info that I was given was false. Pretty disappointed that a 12 day credit is what would deter me from using this service again.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The only issue I had was trying to do the return as I was on hold a very long time and still didn't manage to get threw to complete the return. I will be in to return the dolly in the morning as the movers forgot it off the truck. Sorry my fault. I didn't double Check. All in all the customer service at the Redcliff location is excellent!
