Nice people , good product. Just got busy with a customer before me. But that was the customer a head of me. All was good with your staff
GERRD CPlace was nice but as I pulled in to the drop off area there was a truck blocking the way and no one in sight. So I have to go in and there's literally 5 employees sitting around behind the desk talking. The guy that checked me out was nice but then he's like pull the trailer around back and put it wherever and immediately went back to his conversation. So then I have to get in my car, drive around then side and unhitch it myself. How much better would have been for me to be greeted at the drop off area and either be unhitched right there and on my way or at the very least escorted over to the side and be unhitched by one of the employees? This is the difference between average and excellent!

Deric DThe driver side door would not seal so you had nothing but road noise. Wasn't raining but I imagine it be wet too. Vehicle needed a significant alignment. Wheel required to be left turned to the left 30 degrees to stay straight and would very quickly bounce left or right like a feather touch further indicating the alignment issue.

DVID FI'm not happy about the extra money it costs at the end whenever I rent from Uhaul. The $1.79 a mile is bad enough when I have to refill the gas tank and in my case you got more gas than I left with. What really gets me is the extra taxes on the rental. That jumped my bill another $13 at the end. I feel ripped off after everything.

CANDACE PI was sent to 3 locations to get a car transporter . Not happy took 3.5 hours off my trip and missed the time to pickup the keys for my daughter's Apt. Which caused us to get a hotel room for a week.

The Bad,,, Once our order for U-Box delivery went into the U-Haul Moving Help system there was a total breakdown of communication between the Customer, the Moving Help company, and the U-Haul mechanized system. There was no email/text sent to me identifying the moving Order, the moving vendor did not receive his alert for our pending move order, thus moving day nothing happened, no word from anyone. Circling back to the Maple Shade Facility the U-Box was ready for pick up as scheduled for first thing in the AM, no show as of 11 AM. Between Maple Shade, myself, and the moving vendor we each went back to U-Haul Moving Help for explanation of the non processing of the moving order # that was assigned. Shortly, I received the long awaited email/text of my reservation that contained the necessary payment code. The vendor received the necessary job # and called me confirming. Personally we had 2 family members taking off from work to help facilitate the unloading and placement of items. The Good... The moving vendor was able to mobilize, pick up, deliver, and start unloading in less than an hour from notification, knowing of our situation of taking off from work. Great Job Maple Shade & EXIM Logistics!!! Unfortunately for me the customer, the level of stress that we went through trying to communicate with U-Haul, U-Haul Moving Help using their automated system consistently trying to have the customer go to the on line communication, I would still be on hold waiting for the next available agent. It appears to me that U-Haul and U-Haul Moving Help are two separate entities in which one does not talk to the other, the customer must do the work. For my hours of time, stressed beyond the norm, I respectfully request full compensation for this cluster fuck.

The staff was not apologetic and did not care if I was in a inconvenient situation. I would suggest that you have enough equipment for the customers especially if they reserve it online. You will lose customers because of this. Teach your employees better customer service skills.

Douglas PI rented 2 26' trucks. One went out with 3/4 tank and cost $71. The other went out with 1/4 tank and cost $130. If your policy is that there is an extra $30 charge if you bring a truck back under 1/4 tank then why would you send it out at 1/4 tank? And isn't it good customer service to make sure your customer (who rents 12 trucks a year) is at least aware that the $30 charge is your policy so they don't end up paying $60 for 1/8 of a tank of gas? Is it too much trouble to verbally say that rather than smugly saying after the fact that that's our policy and it's in your contract? I've been in business for 15 years and would never treat my customers that way. Guess it's time to find a new rental company. Shame on you UHaul!

KEVIN GI personally had an issue with the gentleman at the counter. He was not informative and did not do a walk through with us when we went to view the vehicle. This could be because of new policy's being put in place but I didn't feel like there was any good customer service or information given especially in a moment of moving from one place to the next.

It was nice, clean, and quiet. I never had any problems renting one of their units. It is easy to pay your account online and you can use the authenticator to keep your information protected and private. I would rent from U-Haul again if needed.

When I got to the storage bin, we realized there was storage to my vehicle on both sides from the tow dolly and the straps were wrapped around my driver side tire so now my tire was ruined, but the staff and that facility was very amazing to put my mind at ease. They gave me the number to the claims department even had me laughing, which is pretty amazing considering the trip I had in the damage done to my vehicle showed absolutely recommend this specific facility.

Carla C | Overall Experienceupon picking up my truck. the entire system (nationwide?) was down. i had to wait two hours to get my truck. as i explained to the reps that I had needed to get my truck asap so I could stay on schedule was of the upmost of importance, thankfully their repeated tries only took around 2 hours for me to be able to get my truck. after receiving the truck and around 2 hours of loading it, i realized that I could not close the door to the truck. I had already put my couch and dresser and other heavy items into the truck, and seeing how I had a 7 hour drive ahead of me, I was not pleased that I may have to unload the entire truck and repack a new one. After calling roadside assistance, and explaining the problem, they had dispatched someone to help me. This truck was brand new, and only had ~5,500 miles on it, and upon pickup I was told this is basically brand new for moving trucks. So you can imagine my surprise when the back door would not shut. While the man who arrived was extremely helpful, I was lucky enough to be told that I can keep my furniture in the truck, but he had to remove the metal cables that allowed the door to be not nearly as heavy. While I'm thankful I was still able to open and close the door, the door was now 45 pounds instead of the 20 it would be with the cables that were blocking it from shutting. Furthermore, it took about an hour and a half for the truck technician to arrive, when I was only about 15 minutes from where I had picked up the truck.
