A very pleasant experience with a really nice manager who made sure all of our questions were answered. Made us feel welcome and treated us kindly. ¡Excelente ubicación!

gilberto Q.I had to go to an alternate location to pick the trailer up. Unfortunately, while the attendant was professional, the location did not have the trailer hitch or moving materials I specified in my on line reservation. So I needed to buy a hitch at a nearby auto parts store, then go to the original reservation location to pick up the moving materials under a separate contact. The net result was it took several hours longer to get the equipment and materials, which put me significantly off schedule. It seems to me that when you are redirecting an online reservation to an alternate location, you should give the customer a heads up that the location will not have the other materials ordered (especially the trailer hitch).
Christopher R.My truck had no Air Conditioning. Which seems like a tiny deal, but it makes it horrible when moving in the heat and expecting a nice cool cabin to cool off in.
Joseph B.The truck was quite dirty and the gas wasn't the same as they said it was, but we put those on the form and were not a huge deal. The actual service was great, the process easy, and the people friendly.

James D.truck broke down after 20 miles. Then broke again. wasted hours and hours waiting on the truck. waited over an hour to get the bill corrected.... still not corrected including charging us for moving pads we never ordered or received. Haven't heard back about why they decided to charge us for those. back on the phone waiting 30 min... rent a truck from penske or use your car and do 20 trips. it'll be faster

DONA K.I was charged $30 for fuel service fee and $31.50 for 6 gallons of gas because of a very minor difference in how much gas was back when I returned the vehicle. I get that I won't get the service fee back, but an 8 mile difference to empty does not equate to 6 gallons of gas, it's less than $1. We're talking less than $4 of difference retail price here. Charging me $61.50 for that is downright deceitful.
Patrick M.No dolly, And I discovered this when we went to load the truck. The battery also died on us and we had to call for service. That meant I could not return the keys to my old apartment and I was charged another days rent.

Mr. Dressler should hold seminars with other U-Haul managers on how to address customers... especially some other's I have had the displeasure to deal with...
