The staff were young and not very professional except for one young woman. They didn't act like they were at work. Eating nachos having a good time. Considering the amount of money I spent on the truck, they could have been more helpful regarding my rental. They did not inform me of anything, I had to ask all the questions. I would not recommend Uhaul in general to a friend. The reservations were messed up at another location and then I was sent here. The cost is far yo high and uhaul seems to be unreliable.Licia A.

I had beyond poor service. My number kept getting changed in the system causing late delivery beyond a month. My bed is damaged due to this. Customer service is beyond rude. I was double changed and noone wants to fix it. Worst experience ever. Only Bruce in Litchfield is trying to get answers. Truck I reserved was not there, had to Uber almost 30 miles to the closest one, within 20 miles check engine light came on, during the ride the cruise control quit. Further in all the dash lights came on. These 26 footers have no suspension, quite a bit of my stuff was damaged. Would not recommend these trucks if they don't have air suspension.Joseph C.

You lost our Uboxes. Then you would t release them because of a clerical error. But you never notified either us or the movers. Uboxes showed up a day late. We were charged twice. We couldn't reach anybody in the Litchfield location. The movers were turned away. You shipped our Uboxes a month too early and we had no access. It was a clown show and I'll NEVER use Uhaul again. Ever. I never received an apology, an explanation, or a refund.Marc L.

Change the governor to at least the freeway speed limit. Traveling cross country in a vehicle that maxes speed at 74 when the speed limit is either 75 or 80 mph. On top of the fact there was no cruise control. For the cost of the rental to travel cross country, the least you could do is have cruise control.David D.

I'm a long term customer at this facility. They have a high turn over of employees, employees are seldom well trained. They are slow to respond in person when I pull up to return equipment. Facility overall is often not kept up and even if you pick up trash for them there is nowhere to dispose of it.Michael N.

It's odd that I now have to go inside to get the key to a vehicle I rented when I'm using my phone. It's also very frustrating that I received the vehicle with less than a quarter tank of gas, and the windshield was so dirty I could hardly see out of it.Michael J.

when I ordered this box to be delivered there was a small window in which I needed it delivered to have help loading it. The location in Arizona never attempted to contact me when they had truck problems and couldn't make the original Saturday delivery. I had guys at the delivery location awaiting to load it up. After waiting longer than we should've I called the 1800 number to have someone repeatedly tell me a call was made even after I told them there wasn't a call or a voicemail left. Fast forward I told them to deliver it in the driveway and confirmed delivery on the website and on the phone and had 5 additional phone calls made to ask me the same questions that had already been confirmed. The Austin location doesn't answer their phones and you get transferred all over the place to confirm a time to pickup and you wait on hold for 30-45 minutes each time you call just to get transferred to Houston dispatch or some other location. When I went to pickup the UBox in Austin the guy tried saying that my 2022 GMC 2500 diesel pickup truck wasn't sufficiently rated to tow the UBox in his opinion because it was a 3/4 ton truck. Then tried to tell me I would need to come back the following day for pickup after I repeatedly called their location just to be put on hold and then transferred to Houston and then get told that I would receive a call back. I Informed the Austin Uhaul representative that I had an email stating my container was ready for pickup and that I needed to pick it up that day and coming back wasn't an option just for him to try and argue that it wouldn't be possible. In my experience the service received was way harder than it should have been and this isn't a location specific problem and is a problem across the company considering the amount of time wasted on both ends to have the UBox delivered and schedule self delivery. The soft ride that you guys claim with regards to these boxes was anything but soft and caused my stuff to be damaged in the processKenneth M.

I wanted my boxes delivered at the end of the day to reduce the exposure to Phoenix sun and temperatures of 106-108 all day. My request was dismissed with â€œthe schedule is already set for tomorrowâ€. Bad service if the day before call has no purpose at all. For $6000+ I expected to at least be listened to.Gary D.
Maintenance on the vehicles seems to be lacking. The trucks were all clean. However, two ten foot trucks had a tire with low pressure and a van requested in their place was not operating. The facility was able to provide a 15 foot truck in place of my requested 10 foot truck. The service was great by all who were there and the facility was clean. Just appears they could use some help with vehicle maintenance / upkeep.Scott D.

The Litchfield park U-haul was quite helpful. The eastern WA U-hauls have been a literal disaster. It is unfortunate that the overall experience with U-haul is tainted with the Pasco and Yakima U-haul facilities. This eastern WA fiasco continues, and I just want it all to end.Joe B.
I was charged for 6 moving blankets that were never in the bag. Obviously an oversight on both of our oarts. I was also charged for using the dolly. That was a lie. I ensured the tab was not broken when we sealed up the truck. I won't be disputing the charges as it's not worth the time, but I have to call out the dishonesty.Matthew M.

Had to wait 25 minutes in line to get the supplies I preordered online, after we did the self pickup of the truck to save time â€¦ then got charged extra when we dropped the truck off 12 minutes late with self drop off You need a supply pickup or just have the supplies waiting in the truck when they are all ordered together online check in and pickup only cost me more â€¦ not happyDan J.
