I was early. The doors didn't open until the guy who was asleep in the truck decided to crawl out 10 minutes after you were supposed to open. Then the truck I reserved was missing keys. 30 min later I went back inside and had to wait for the guy to acknowledge me. Then I had told you guys I did not want a dolly because we had already had two at the house but one of our movers snapped it off of course and we got charged extra for that. We also were charged extra for the blankets that I had already paid for. I am livid! And I will never use U-Haul again! Horrible experience! Oh and because your guys were late and it took forever to get the truck we lost an hourAutumn B.

After hours entrance process was a little confusing with the card swipe machine on the opposite side of the door - i.e. to use the bathroom you needed to walk to the right side of the door - swipe card to show you were authorized then back to bathroom to swipe card to open. I have been using U-Haul for years. But today is the last time. Your policy of requiring employees to photograph drivers licenses whit their personal cell phones is dangerous and puts your company at risk. Having all of my personal information on someones cell phone especially someone I don't know is wrong. I asked if there was another way and I was told no. I subsequently left that location and went to another where I was told the same thing. At the end of the transaction I asked the employee to show me his cell phone th prove that my information had been erased and he refused. I have written a letter to the Arizona Attorney General's office.ROBERT C.

I should only be charged for 4 days as I wasn't able to return for one additional day due to internal miscommunication. Were a police report was created for the trailer as stolen. Therefore from Friday 2/26/21 from 9am to 9pm. The trailer stood in my drive way till a sheriff's officer showed up to clear the report from the system so I could drive it back to u-haul. I spoke with Kyle and explained to him that I spoke with one of his personal over the phone on Wednesday to extend to Thursday. To which he responded by placing me on a brief hold and got back on the phone to give me the all clear to extend. The trailer was back due on Thursday at 4pm i was delayed and before I knew it passed seven on Thursday. I figured I would take it back in the morning on Friday as I was paying cash. The trailer went unaccounted for from Thursday @4pm to Friday @about 9am. Because I woke to a voice Mail from the sheriffs office on Friday morning at about 830am. In which he stated that Kyle filed a trailer theft with them. Again it was un accounted for 5 hours. I believe who ever I spoke to over the phone failed to make notations or simply didn't communicate to Kyle that he okayed for me to keep the trailer till Thursday @4pm 2/25/21. Kyle became very aggressive and verbally abusive when I tried explaining to him the situation on Friday night when I dropped off the trailer. I tried explaining that I couldn't bring the trailer sooner because of the police report. I have a recording of the whole interaction and Kyle's unprofessional conduct and behavior. I am willing to provide that to corporate office as evidence of his unruly behavior. I ask that you please make a correction to 4 days of use and I will personally go in to the location to make appropriate payment. Thank you!MARTIN S.

I called to schedule delivery of our boxes and was originally told one of our two UBoxes were still in Colorado, and they both should have been in Arizona. So of course the stress set in. Moving is stressful enough but adding this on top was too much. I spoke to three different individuals and they all said the same thing about our boxes. After days of not knowing where our things were, someone finally reached out and said both boxes are in fact in Arizona and both scheduled for delivery. I don't understand how this could of happened but it made me very upset that we paid for this service and not one person offered any reimbursement. In fact, we got charged for delivery. When a company fails on this level something needs to be done in regards to recovery. I can't believe Uhaul does this type of business. I will never use UBoxes and will highly discourage people from using this service.Gary G.

I returned my equipment 2 days early on 2/7/21. On 2/9/21 at approximately 6:30 pm, I received a call about returning the equipment. Had to explain to them that I returned it 2 days earlier. I needed to start the move process to Glendale AZ - and this location seemed to be ideal, being within 7 miles of the future home. Upon renting a UHaul truck, found that I qualified for 1 month free rent - which helps out. I found the staff to be very friendly and pleasant, and noticed that this is a state-of-the-art facility with plenty of cameras and security sensors. I was harrssed by phone calls because of his error and talked to very rude and degrading including his caps in text messages on replies. I was accused and blamed for his issue not properly handling situations. Instead told me when I called the emergency line he didn’t answer because it was 1 o’clock in the morning and he found this was a nuisance and I shouldn’t of called. Was handled very poorly. I wish your associate would’ve asked if We were renting a U-Haul truck before charging my credit card. I had told him that my cousin Ruben Drotzmann is picking up a Uhaul truck From the same location tomorrow morning at 9 AM. He is assisting me with my move to your location.
