We are still moving into the unit that we reserved. We have had excellent customer service since the beginning. I would highly recommend this location. We feel like part of the Uhaul family.

I should only be charged for 4 days as I wasn't able to return for one additional day due to internal miscommunication. Were a police report was created for the trailer as stolen. Therefore from Friday 2/26/21 from 9am to 9pm. The trailer stood in my drive way till a sheriff's officer showed up to clear the report from the system so I could drive it back to u-haul. I spoke with Kyle and explained to him that I spoke with one of his personal over the phone on Wednesday to extend to Thursday. To which he responded by placing me on a brief hold and got back on the phone to give me the all clear to extend. The trailer was back due on Thursday at 4pm i was delayed and before I knew it passed seven on Thursday. I figured I would take it back in the morning on Friday as I was paying cash. The trailer went unaccounted for from Thursday @4pm to Friday @about 9am. Because I woke to a voice Mail from the sheriffs office on Friday morning at about 830am. In which he stated that Kyle filed a trailer theft with them. Again it was un accounted for 5 hours. I believe who ever I spoke to over the phone failed to make notations or simply didn't communicate to Kyle that he okayed for me to keep the trailer till Thursday @4pm 2/25/21. Kyle became very aggressive and verbally abusive when I tried explaining to him the situation on Friday night when I dropped off the trailer. I tried explaining that I couldn't bring the trailer sooner because of the police report. I have a recording of the whole interaction and Kyle's unprofessional conduct and behavior. I am willing to provide that to corporate office as evidence of his unruly behavior. I ask that you please make a correction to 4 days of use and I will personally go in to the location to make appropriate payment. Thank you!

This was the best storage facility that I have ever used. Storage unit I had was perfect for my needs. I rented vehicles a few times which were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The overall cleanliness was flawless. I give the facility and staff a well deserved excellent rating.

The lady who made my reservation at the Litchfield location was very pushy. She is at the Goodyear location and.I definitely would not use that location. Her customer service is not all that great 🙄

Kiel, Thanks for working with us yesterday. Happy to get the 8x10 storage unit. BUT sure look forward to hearing we can move to a 10x15 by beginning of March. We probably will hold off putting anything in our 8x10 until we hear from you. Thanks. Roger

Sometime had trouble getting in do to insult truck park in the way unloading box storage for warehouse Also I feel if you leave the unit clean you should get a refund with rent left for the month 1/2 left Thanks Robert Beard (623-810-0552 )

I called to schedule delivery of our boxes and was originally told one of our two UBoxes were still in Colorado, and they both should have been in Arizona. So of course the stress set in. Moving is stressful enough but adding this on top was too much. I spoke to three different individuals and they all said the same thing about our boxes. After days of not knowing where our things were, someone finally reached out and said both boxes are in fact in Arizona and both scheduled for delivery. I don't understand how this could of happened but it made me very upset that we paid for this service and not one person offered any reimbursement. In fact, we got charged for delivery. When a company fails on this level something needs to be done in regards to recovery. I can't believe Uhaul does this type of business. I will never use UBoxes and will highly discourage people from using this service.

I returned my equipment 2 days early on 2/7/21. On 2/9/21 at approximately 6:30 pm, I received a call about returning the equipment. Had to explain to them that I returned it 2 days earlier. Either someone didn't put it in the system as returned, which prevented you from renting it again; or someone didn't check system showing it was already returned. More training is needed.

I was charged twice and told one of the charges would “fall off” but it hasn't.

We have had nothing but excellent service the whole 2 years we used their facility. the staff have been courteous, friendly and willing to help without asking. They exceeded every expectation that we had. We have moved which means we are no longer in that area. We hope if we ever have to use U-Haul again the next team will be as excellent as this one. This is my go to store. They take care of all of my moving needs from storage to boxes to trucks and equipment. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They help me keep my buisness growing and they help keep my customers happy.

Provide a garbage can, yet I understand why you don't, because people will take advantage and throw any use it like a dumpster

I felt the staff in VA were polite and accommodating better with me, the applicant than my children who the box was for. They could have been kinder being that this was a move my children were scared about moving and driving from VA to AZ. The AZ location were not as accessible when we/my children were trying to make reservations to pick up items from U-Box. It all could have been handled better for the amount of money I paid. I expected better service from both locations.

When I called,the person answered from a different location....probably in a different state. She was not knowledgeable about the stock on hand ant the location I was driving to. She was as helpful as she could be,but said her computer showed no trailers at this location. When I got there they had what I needed

I needed to start the move process to Glendale AZ - and this location seemed to be ideal, being within 7 miles of the future home. Upon renting a UHaul truck, found that I qualified for 1 month free rent - which helps out. I found the staff to be very friendly and pleasant, and noticed that this is a state-of-the-art facility with plenty of cameras and security sensors. The rental unit was spotless and seemed to be very new.

Everything was okay with the storage unit but when you decided to raise the price that's when I decided to take my stuff out, especially right now with covid going on and times are hard and people are unemployed you decide to raise the rent amount not good for me I was almost there a year with you guys but nope had to look for somewhere cheaper.

The whole crew at this location seem to work like a team, a well oiled machine. Polite, friendly, and attentive. I know I can count on these guys for anything, propane, vehicle and equipment rental. This is how I wish all U-haul locations were. Keep up the good work.

Facility is very clean. I was able to unload a 15ft truck by myself thanks to the loading dock and use of carts to move my things to a 3rd floor location using elevator. A+++

in the 10 years I’ve been a customer I’ve never experienced worst customer service from the GM Kyle. I was harrssed by phone calls because of his error and talked to very rude and degrading including his caps in text messages on replies. I was accused and blamed for his issue not properly handling situations. Instead told me when I called the emergency line he didn’t answer because it was 1 o’clock in the morning and he found this was a nuisance and I shouldn’t of called. Was handled very poorly. Make matters worse received a increased invoice starting in February for a absurb dollar amount!! I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had. I am now very sorry to say that I ever worked for UHaul. I was hung up on by managers, I was disrespected, lied to and way overcharged. I plan on filing a consumer complaint now that you have your property.

Nothing great experience

The computer systems had issues and could not process my card. I had to wait for a while and eventually left.

It would be nicer if the vehicle had a quick wash before it was picked up. At the very least, have all windows and mirrors wiped down.

I wish your associate would’ve asked if We were renting a U-Haul truck before charging my credit card. I had told him that my cousin Ruben Drotzmann is picking up a Uhaul truck From the same location tomorrow morning at 9 AM. He is assisting me with my move to your location. The associate said if he would’ve known he would’ve gave me the first month free for storage. I feel he should’ve asked me to double check. If an adjustment can be made that would be appreciated. Make sure the fuel amount is correct-contract 3/4 of tank of gas-actual 1/2. called about the difference and issue was resolved. Great customer service. Great valve

Make sure that techs are properly trained to perform their duties. Maybe have a secondary person check install to make sure that its correctly installed.

Some Uboxes contained nicely packaged furniture pads where there were 12. However, some boxes had the pads just thrown in there and there were not 12, however, I still had plenty...

Storage unit did allow water under the door after a rain, wetting several boxes on the floor.

We had three units as we transitioned to our new state and home. This facility was perfect for our needs and the staff was excellent. They were helpful, professional and friendly to work with.

When I had an issue trying to get autopay to work they were friendly and respectful to me and got the problems resolved.

The facility is outstanding. The person who received the vehicle was very helpful and very professional. One minor problem is the access to the location. Although it is located next to the freeway, the access is hard to figure out.

Kiel was outstanding and without a doubt a shining star for U haul. He made the experience easy even with changing reservations. Very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He has my vote for U-Haul employee of the month.

I had 4 units & one had a black widow spider & daddy long legs & lots of mouse poop. My last day there was cat poop in the hall. Told staff but when I returned before 7 pm it was still there. Need mouse traps everywhere b/c all units had mouse poop but one w/spiders had the most mouse poop. I did tell staff about black widow, other spiders & mouse poop in the one unit.

Don’t take the insurance, it does not cover the unit, only if something happens to the whole facility. For example, insurance only covers if there is a fire or flood. The CSRs were extremely rude and offered 0 help with the problems I have here. I stored an air loomed piano that my great grandmother gave me, long story short, I went to clean my unit out and the piano was filled with spider webs, black widows, and brown recluses. The people on duty said they couldn’t do anything about it and that the insurance doesn’t cover it so I’m basically SOL.. The general manager said he can’t do anything without pictures to start a “claim”. It’s been 3 days and still haven’t heard anything. I’m furious. Don’t go here.

One elevator in the building is not enough with multiple floors and large loading docks to accommodate a lot of people.

Our experience with U-Haul on 303 and Northern was great. However just a little disappointed and confused. We rented 2 units and 1 unit we were refunded on when we closed it. Keep in mind that is was at the beginning of that month. We recently closed our second unit and it was at the middle of the month. We were told that we would not be given a refund or even prorated for the remainder of the month even tho uhaul was paid in full for the entire month. Doesnt seem right to not be prorated for the last 2 weeks. We basically gave those funds away.

I was there one time and one of the staff helped took out my bike rack and i also got the bike rack put in a storage cause i Did not want it in the garage cause my relatives will use it. I do not know who helped me but that staff was so helpful. I will never go to another Uhaul store but Kyle store. All the staff are so helpful.

So glad there were carts to move items into storage units.

The grounds after entering the RV storage had several large pot holes, sometimes filled with water from the washout area. My unit had multiple screws and hardware that was left over from a previous tenant. Worried about tire puncture.

Brought the family in to compare units. The staff was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Made great recommendations and worked with my availability. Will recommend this location based on the employees, best experience!!!!! These guys deserve a raise. I cane in June 13th in the afternoon.

The U-Haul storage location at Litchfield Park, Arizona is a great location by far. I've been utilizing their services for some years and I've always been rendered outstanding customer service. A recognition should be given to their employees for their great customer service and for helping out in any possible situation to make things right, "thank you guys".

I rented a U-Haul trailer in Casper, Wyoming and moved to Arizona. I then rented a storage unit from U-Haul in Litchfield, Arizona. I had great service in both places. I wish all the businesses I dealt with was as organized as these were. I made reservations in both places, showed up and everything was ready and waiting for me. Thanks U-Haul.

I was pleased to see how clean, accessible elevator and carts for moving belongings. The online process was very easy. Great experience.

The cleaning lady actually walked me to my unit and had just cleaned it and warned me right off the elevator about wet floors! I actually wrote a letter to the GM Kiel about her she was so awesome! The only thing that went wrong was my card didn’t work after resetting and getting a new card so I have to go back to retry today.

Facility is well-managed and maintained, with several options to meet your storage needs. Staff is friendly and helpful. It can sometimes be hard to reach by phone, but keep trying.

The lights right in front of our unit were not working the entire year we were renting. The day we moved out, men were working to fix the light.

It's very hot in AZ so people would like to work before the sun comes up. The facility opens at six. It's starting to get hot. Earlier gate access would be great.

I rented climate control which was perfect for my valuable to protect from heat. Everytime I was there Lupita was always cleaning, inspecting and very nice to everyone. I would rent again if needed

Some issues with employees knowing how to work the reservation system.

Gravel and dirt lot makes for dust covered vehicles especially with street sweepers stirring it up. Entry gate left open often. Anyone can drive in.

I have nothing but good things to say about this U-Haul. The place was always clean and open when I needed to move stuff into or out of my storage locker. Price was right and the service was great.

Overall it was a great experience. My belongings had been storage for nearly 2 years and by the end of it you couldn't tell. They were clean and kept at a cozy 80 degrees.

The process of getting a storage unit went very smoothly. The unit was cleaned right away and available for me. I also purchased many boxes there as the prices are better than other stores.

The tenant with the road cleaning equipment has damaged the area around the clean out area causing a constant chuck hole with water in it requiring a red warning marker.
