I had scheduled a rental between 9am-2pm on Saturday 9/10/22. I got there and waited until 9:45 to be seen because there was only one person working and she had other customers. I was not offered more time with the truck because another customer had rented the truck at 2pm (when I was due to return the truck) I was also not offered any of my money back. I ended up only having the truck from 9:45am to 1:40pm because I was worried about getting back on time for the other customer at 2pm. That's a decent amount of time cut off from my scheduled rental time that I paid for.

I was in a jam and needed a box truck the Bristol location did not have anything left but vans so while renting the van a box truck came in to be dropped off they quickly cleaned it out and rented it to me and everything went very smoothly

When asking for an additional contact person on the event you cant reach the renter. It shouldn't effect the renters ability to rent. You approval or denial shouldn't depend on the additional contacts availability to rent but sole the renters previous rental history with your company.

Staff at this location are friendly, very knowledgeable of the Rental Services and Equipment. The Manager, Megan is the ideal of what I would call The Uhaul Team Model Employee. I was charged extra money for returning the truck late, it was there by 7:40pm it was pouring raining out and my phone was dead so I couldn't check it back in. And than I was charged an extra 25$ for cleaning even though I cleaned it already AND I GOT STUCK IN THE RAIN WITH NO PHONE

We rented vehicle for 4 hour window...it was returned within 2 hours. We received at less than a quarter of a tank of gas, drove it total 5 miles, and was charged to fill up the tank $137. Then when tried to call, got voicemail that was full, and no one seems to be able to reverse the charge I should never have gotten. The man at the desk never even got up to check vehicle when picked up...just handed us a key. I will never rent a truck from them again.

My unit 1336 wat infested with mice! There were mice droppings on all of my belongings which had to be trashed! My daughter passed away… was actually murdered and the blanket that was over her casket and another blanket with pictures of her were full of mice poop and urine! This really saddens me because that's something I can't replace. I was told I had insurance then when I complained was told I didn't have insurance and that it was easier to go through them directly then going through insurance. I was given a check for $1500 even though the things I lost was worth much more. I complained about my unit since January. I was honestly thinking about calling Mr Shoen because something needs to be done. The mice need to be dealt with! I forgot to mention my fireplace was ruined along with my daughters sneakers due to mold. Also I have videos to prove everything im saying

The reservation was for Feasterville, PA however, even though i had a confirmation number for a rental the truck was not available and then did not have another the same type for me. So the associate found one in Levittown and after an hour took me to the other location to pick up the truck.

The website where you can input drivers' license was hit or miss. I needed to do it a few times before it worked. Overall super easy experience on pick up. Friendly staff. I loved the "take a box" concept since we needed one to move my daughter into college. Gracias.

The mobile-pick up option of renting a van was the opposite of smooth. I reserved a cargo van online and chose the mobile pick up versus counter pick up. I completed the check in days before pick up, as requested by uhaul. When I arrive onsite, I follow the instructions. First it asks me to take a selfie. Why couldn't I do that during check in days ahead? Then it asks for photos of the front and back of my license. Again, why couldn't this have been done days before during check in? I'm sitting at home on my couch doing check in, versus standing in a uhaul parking lot in 95 degree heat. This is delaying me and I have a time I need to be somewhere with this van. THEN, it says I have to wait while my renter eligibility is being checked? WHY ISN'T THIS DONE AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION OR CHECK IN??? Why am I standing in a parking lot, days after reserving and checking in, after coordinating with how many other people for my move, only then finding out whether or not I'm even elligible to rent this van??? Are you people serious? Thank goodness I was eligible. It then says "go inside to the counter to get your key. Skip the line and walk to the end of the counter." Wasn't this supposed to be contactless/mobile pick up? Why am I going up to the counter? The guy was helping someone, so I awkwardly BUTT IN (as you isntruct) and ask for my key. He and the customer were, of course, bothered and he told me to wait. Now I have to KEEP WAITING?? I'm already delayed by other shenanigans that coudlve been handled during reservation. Why do your employees not know how mobile pick up works? Uhaul is physically telling me to skip the line and look like a total jerk and was treated rightfully as such. Do not ask people to butt in line ahead of customers being helped!! It was so uncomfortable! Whose idea was this? Get a lock box, for God's sake. My TRAVEL AGENT has a lockbox for picking up documents. Uhaul is a billion dollar company. Mobile pick up is a logistical nightmare. It is completely ineffient and not at all as advertised. When I returned the van, I, again, followed the instructions to park the van in a spot. The guy came outside and made me move it out of the spot and park it under their vehicle return cleaning port. He told me not to put the keys in the return box, as instructed by mobile pick up, and give them to him. Please train your employees on mobile pick up. Please get a lock box for the keys if the vans can't be unlocked remotely. Please move the selfie, the license photos and RENTER ELLIGIBILTY to the time of reservation. It's insane that you have people plan a move, coordinate with friends and family and not even tell them if they're eligible to rent from you! I'm absolutely flabbergasted by my experience today.

Well under that bumper is a full hitch installed by Dodge. Said she don't care, will not rent if ball is on bumper. Someone at uhaul better educate this girl.

I drove the truck exactly 80 miles and they charged me for 170 miles. I have the contract with the starting miles and a picture of the odometer with the ending miles which shows I drove truck 80 miles not 170... check engine light was on the entire time I had truck and the air conditioning would stop working from time to time, no air blowing thru dash vents. Someone called me from this location on Sunday 7/17/22 to ask why I didn't agree with the invoice and I told him about the mileage discrepancy when I returned the truck Saturday night, I assumed this would have easily been corrected until this evening when I received an email invoice billing me for 170 miles...

Unfortunately, the app to check in wasn't working. I went in and was checked out by an employee who still had his earbuds in and was on his iPad looking at movies. Upon return, I went in to give my keys and couldn't find him. He was outside with the vehicles and when I went to go hand him my keys he bluntly stated “just leave them in the vehicle!” That was it. No polite thank you or goodbye. Usually this location is great but yesterday, not so much. 

I think that the advertise 19.95 U-Haul rental of a cargo van or pickup is great. However I have spent like $1,000 in the past 6 months on these vehicles and you charge me so much money for mileage it is ridiculous. The charges and up charges, I actually just had one of your beautiful new pickups with 700 miles on it. I never got to use it I had to go straight to work and work all day and then I was exhausted. My total bill was $58 when I only traveled 11 miles to work. Far cry from $19.25. it is always like this the last time I rented from you it was like $360 for my cargo van ridiculous. And so on and so forth don't get me talking about the you box that you sent across the country when I was here. Please advise as to all these errors and mistakes. Now your staff I think is nice and I can relate to Troy number one and then Megan and I don't know the guy's name that cleans the course outside the older man but he's nice too. However he charged me for a gallon of gas $9 ridiculous. That needle didn't move. The vehicle that I use yesterday I didn't even get dirty it didn't even have to be cleaned. And they still charged me extra ridiculous again.

The person on duty gave me the impression I was imposing on him in some way. I walked in and greeted him he did not even acknowledge me. We went to look over the truck and he said heard a noise under the truck ( which I did not) made a big deal about it by bringing someone else over to check it and indicated that I had done something to cause it. Finally he said I had a $17 balance for extra miles. I asked if the more than 1/2 a tank of gas more than was required would offset the balance he said there was nothing he could do. He gave me the manager's card it I wanted to pursue it further. No "thank you" or any kind of acknowledgement at all. The difference in the customer service of the two locations was striking. There is another uhaul location near me and I will be going out of my way to rent from them and avoid this location.

Didn't credit me additional gas, that I put in. Instead of stated that there was a dolly inside the truck that she didn't charge me for, which I didn't use at all. Also the lady stated that she needs to charge me for sweeping, when the truck was swept prior of returning. Looks like the customer service is looking for as much money to strip a customer off, as possible. Not very happy.

This was my third location as U-Haul did not have equipment at the first and they didn't notify me. The second location was not open and I couldn't be transferred to a 24/7 pickup so I had to be sent to a third location. When I arrived the service was subpar at best considering he barely said 2 words to let me know he even heard me as he studied hair marketing.

Tori was helping a customer when I got there to pick up and auto transport. I made it so the other customer was able to go pick up the car that they needed an auto transport for over what kind of car that I was picking up. Tori made sure that both customers got the equipment that was needed for the job. Amazing customer service

Megan Robison (General Manager) has always gone above and beyond to assist me whenever I need anything from Uhaul and this time was no exception! Megan was able to get me a van on short notice and made sure the van was spotless before I left the Uhaul facility. When I told Megan I was unsure how long I needed the van, she told me to stay in touch with her and she would accommodate my needs regardless of how long I needed the van. Prior to my return when I was unsure how much gas I needed, Megan answered immediately and advised me how much gas the van needed before being returned. Megan is an excellent representation of the Uhaul and is a someone who should be considered for any/all future promotions in management as her compassion and elite customer service skills should be taught to newer employees to properly represent Uhaul.

I was very unhappy with the customer service woman who Che led me back in when I returned !!!!!! She was rude And very unprofessional!!!! When I came back , I drove up to the drop area, read the sign to please stay with your vehicle and attendant would be out to check you in. I sat there for approximately 15 minutes thinking maybe they were helping customers at the desk on on the phones. I saw multiple workers walking around inside and the decided to go in for help When I entered the store, I asked is someone would be comjgout for my return and the woman behind the desk doing nothing said no , you are supposed to come inside . I was confused because the directions clearly stated to stay with the vehicle !! I approached desk and she took my key and walked away . She went outside and never returned . She must have checked the vehicle in without me being present and printed out my final bill from outside but never came back in. Another employee saw it and handed it to me . I said the 12 blankets that I rented were in the back of truck if anyone cared. As I stood there for awhile with this final bill I finally asked if this medi wax done and could go ????????? Very poor communication!!!!!! Very unhappy with Nicole Hernandez-Vega , she definitely needs to be retrained !!! Very RUDE !!!!!!

Everything there was excellent except fot the fact that there was a mouse problem and when i emptied my unit i had multiple items that needed to be thrown out,some of these items were things my mother gave me before she passed. These items were wrapped in plastic and stored in uhaul boxes and were damaged beyond repair. Except for this problem u haul is a place i would recommend, they just need to keep on topof this problem and i guess they didn't

Staff was top notch, they took pride in providing a secure location to place your items. They ACTUALLY monitored the cameras and could provide accurate information regarding the coming and going of those who went through the security doors. I not once felt any type of fear or apprehension of my unit. Very understanding and accommodating. I could go on. But I did have sticker shock when I went there but found out that they offered a very competitive price.

Once Tom was gone, it was a far better facility. Prior to Meghan, the facility was terrible. Meghan was easier to contact, the team understood what was going on and able to give answers and be of assistance more frequently. We loved having our stuff at Uhaul & never felt like it was going to be taken or anything. We were there for a total of 5 years & the last year has been much better than the other 4.
