My appointment was for 9:00am didn't even start until 10:15am? The man that seemed to run the place told me that they do not install hitches until 10:00 and will get to it when he could??? I was treated with such disrespect! There were 2 ladies there , the younger one was great but the older one was rude as heck! Did not have a good feeling about the guys work ethic at all! I was charged 25.00 for cleaning fee, The truck was not clean when I picked it up!!John B.
Returned trailer at 11:05 am, three hours before due. Attendant said a return receipt would be emailed to me shortly. I waited two hours with no receipt. Called twice and kept getting told a receipt would be sent. I had to go back to store to find out the attendant never checked the trailer in. Either the attendant messed up, U haul was trying to charge more because it was never checked in or they were trying to get me to pay for a trailer that already had been returned. All options sounds like Uhaul was trying to pull a fast one. I had to request a receipt at the store that the trailer was returned. They changed the return time from 11:05 to 2:00 pm so I expect Uhaul to try and charge a late fee. I am totally frustrated with the whole episode. I have never had a store loan out equipment and tell me to wait for an on line receipt. I will not trust Uhaul again from this horrible experience.donald A.

I did mobile pick up. The store didn't stage the truck so I had to wait for the office to open. Guy was 10 minutes late to open and was rude. He was disheveled looking. No apologies. Truck was as clean as it could be for the condition of it. Just old and tired. Worst U-Haul I've rented, and I've used a lot over the years for myself or others moving. Ceiling fabric falling down in front of windshield, many plastic pieces inside cab broken, all incessantly shaking/ vibrating during driving, so annoying it would have made me go crazy if the drive was longer. Did the mobile check inâ€¦ won't ever do it again. Pictures were not representative of the vehicle's actual condition at all, had to send in multiple dispute pictures and took much longer just to leave the lot than it should have. Blankets I had on order were not in the truck, had to go collect those from front desk before departing, rendering the mobile check in useless. Was it a great experience? No. Did I get the move done without the truck breaking down? Yes, so points are definitely given for that at least. Employees were friendly.Glenn R.

My truck battery died at the delivery site. I got charged for a second day because I could not bring the truck back on time. I had to wait till a tow came out and then I returned the vehicle asap so I would not get stuck a second time. It would have been nice to have had the vehicle for longer, but I was not willing to take my chances getting stuck a second time. I want my money back for the second day rental because I was not able to use the truck as it had died and had to wait all evening to get it started. Not that I was idle. I had help and we could not start the truck even with a jump. Would not recommend you guys after that. Make it right. I and several others booked trucks prior to opening. We could not check in on line and had to wait for facility to open! I clicked the prompt, but it only gave me my invoice and no other leads to continue picking up truck. Very aggrevating when I had 8 guys waiting to load for 2 hours. The online check out process is difficult and very cumbersome, it took over an hour to locate then checkout the vehicle. I spoke with 6 other customers very frustrated and having the same issues. Once the vehicle was finally located and checked out the moving trio went well. I wouldn't recommend this online check out to others unless you have an hour to kill â€¦PAUL S.

I had no problem with the storage unit. I had every problem with the place I dropped my U-Haul at and with being charged late fees that was fraudulent. if I hadn't taken photos of my car dropping off the U-Haul the person in charge of submitting this information would have gotten away with this. I dropped my U-Haul at a different location from my storage unit. he claimed I turned in the U-Haul a day late when in fact it was a day early. thanks to my photos and the people at the storage unit I have a claim and reciept that says I will Eventually recieve my refund. I have spent hours waiting to speak to someone only for the phone to hang up on me. and then to receive no help from anyone online. the only person to help me were the people at the storage unit. i had to file a claim through them and reopen it several times bc I still haven't received my refund for the fees. I had to call the storage manager again bc he's the only one who has helped me bc to this day I still haven't received my refund. I wouldn't recommend renting from U-Haul to anyone bc of how much time it takes to speak to anyone and how little they care. by the way it's been over a month and I still haven't received my refund. this was terrible and I deserve a bigger refund for how much time I have spent on this. this service besides you having one kind and caring employee has been terrible. reference number 3721448bianca s. | Overall Experience

The reason I'm giving average rating is because when arriving to the storage unit we were told that the lock hinges would be adjusted because they were loose & didn't align, which made it hard to close the lock. The guy that supposedly "fixed" it only had to put a bigger washer in the back of the door because the door is worn out were the screw is. But no.... he decided to force the screw tight. Only to realize it wasn't aligned & then grabbed a drill and just made the lock hole bigger, instead of doing the job properly. You tell me that isn't some ghetto carpentry 臘♀️. I know for a fact that it's going to get loose again. If he would've fixed it properly he wouldn't have to come back again when it loosens up again. The lazy work harder & double. I sure hope they don't try to charge me for something that was already messed up.. mind you that I said yes to the unit ONLY because he said it was going to get fixed for proper use. I'm not the happiest camper but I'm happy with the storage space & the facility is very clean. Just that 1 little detail would've given U-haul a 5 star rating but I have to be realistic, so there you have it.Beverly V. | First Impressions
