Some staff members were great, but the store manager was horrible. I was charged for a storage space I did not have access to and I was accused of putting the wrong lock on my storage even though I bought the lock from their store. When I shared this information with an employee and the manager I was threatened by the manager that my lock would be cut off if I did not come to remove it. The lock was on the storage space they charged me for but I did not have access to it. Needless to say I will not do business with this facility again. Most of the staff members were truly great and helpful but that manager has got to go.

Reservation was made over the phone and done incorrectly. When I called to address the mistake i was told they didn't have the equipment for the time I needed it. I compromised. Called ahead to pick up equipment, was told it was there and ready. When I arrived I was told it was not there. I had to wait and take a shorter truck. Very disorganized employees. Very frustrating to customer

My 5x8 trailer had a flat tire before leaving town and a slow leaking tire 24 hours later. Also the leaf springs have out 2 days after renting with the trailer only at half weight capacity. The roadside assistance takes forever to use and the companies they hire to do work are often sub par. The people working at the 55 E 3900 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84107 went above and beyond to help us though and highly recommend them just in customer support alone.

We waited in line 15 minutes to be assisted with pickup, and then waited another 15 minutes trying to return it because there was only one employee in the store and she was assisting someone trying to rent a storage unit. There should be a streamlined process for returning vehicles, particularly considering all she did was take the receipt and keys and tell us we were good to go after we stood there, exhausted from a day of moving furniture, waiting to return the truck.

When I first got the unit I had problems but once the young guy Jordan took over I had no problem after he even gave me the option to choose a buzzer are a card to get in and out the gate due to me have a problem with the card that I was provided but he said they been had the buzzer I would recommend dealing with this guy any day.
